Filthy- moved rooms 2 times. 2nd shower had pink mold in the grout, which is an airborne bacteria that grows in soap scum 🤮

The fact it was close to the art museum. The art decor in the lobby.

The tub was cracked and the tub stopper was not stopping. The drains in the shower and the tub looked crusty and had a white film on it

The decoration, the bar/restaurant, great drinks and delicious breakfast menu. The staffing was super friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it and we'll go back soon.

There was nothing we didn't like. This was the best hotel experience I had.

We had to pay $49 for parking we stayed one night , it was my wife's Birthday . The acoustics were bad we could hear every car , truck , motorcycle outside. The bathroom toilet seat needed repair , the air vent in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a long tme thedust was just stuck on the tines. I'm sorry it was bad if I could I would get my money back.

Peoplenin front desk realy rude i felt And not helful when calling from room service. I asked if parking was free and these guy sayd well if you wanted everything free you should stayed in thornton ? I dont think that was the answer i neded . I live in thornton i know hes exprecion was i was cheap! I dont like people judging expecialy emploees.

Unfortunately the tv remote seemed like it was not connected to the tv. The batteries were good. The fridge was already cranked to 7 but everything was room temp. The shower head support barely attached to the wall. When calling the front desk about it she literally said she can’t do anything about it. For $500 a night. You think she could figure something out. Shoot send something to my room saying sorry. Almost forgot. It said Mountain View. You mean view of the parking garage roof. See pic

This is by far the nicest Hilton I've stayed in. The staff, especially everyone at the front desk are amazing. Since the hotel is part of the art collection, they provide transportation to the museums. Rooms are well appointed, robes, coffee,water,soda. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Individual Air conditioning control. Great fitness room. Good location, next to Denver's contemporary art museum. Restaurants, 16th St mall, larimar square within walking distance.

Staff were really kind and thoughtful about their guest. Food was really good as well.

Upon check in then mentioned that the air conditioner is broken in the hotel, but they are working on the system now. They mentioned that they would have more information at 3 pm. In the end, we stayed out of convenience with the air blowing at 60-70% coolness. No opening a window. They took care of our meal for the issue. The food was really good. Lastly, the shower head was dangling/hanging on by one strip of caulk. It still worked.

Everything is a beautiful hotel

The hotel canceled my reservation and did not inform me so when I arrived I had no place to stay.

Live TV not working 3 days out of five. Temp control not working properly. Food quality is mediocre , at best.

The heater in our room malfunctioned so temp never dropped below 83 degrees and made it impossible to sleep.

no parking, $47 valet. everything broken: key reader down, didn’t get key until 10:30 pm. spot on sheets. at one point both elevators were down and we had to use stairs. we are old, not cool.

The hotel was beautiful and the art work was fantastic. Staff was helpful and informative. The small touches, tv welcome, art water bottles, robes were nice.

The off site parking was scary at night and valet parking expensive. The off site parking was unclear when using the app, if you could get it to work.

The AC broke which I know isnt their fault, but my wife and I literally could not sleep one bit as the room was over 75 degrees. They finally had it fixed at 4 AM and we had to wake up at 6 for our flight. We didnt get offered any concessions, not even breakfast or a coffee for the inconvenience and we paid $400 for our stay just to sweat all night

Nasia who greeted us at the check-in is awesome. Very kind and helpful. We ate breakfast at Fire. It was delicious, plus you get to look at more art while dining. Love the decor throughout the hotel.

Truly can't think of anything. If I had to think of something, I would say that they could ask if we need our luggage taken up to the room.

The room was very comfortable as was the bed, loved the bathroom with 2 sinks! We appreciated the free water, sodas and cozy robes. Loved being close to the Art museum.

very pricey-with all the taxes added, it was an extra $80-90 daily. The restaurant wasn’t open for food after lunch. The rain shower in room 934 didn’t work.

no pool... no steam room for that price point should be one open 24 hours plus workout room and fast valet also if you get into a late flight and pre pay and don't stay in room we should be called back begging to come back for a night free

Everything mentioned above. Plus it felt very cold (attitudinally), the yoga class Saturday morning was disruptive to a nice outdoor breakfast. The room had poor design.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It seemed fairly new, very clean. The room was beautiful, the coffee maker great and the free bottled water was appreciated. Restaurant food was amazing! Highly recommend the brunch!

no room service, I feel like blaming Covid for this shouldn’t be a thing any more. If you can deliver towels to the room why can’t you deliver my food?

Apologies in advance for this long rant, but I feel as though I need to give fair warning to those who might make a reservation. I was recently in Denver with my family for my son's college graduation and stayed at the Art Hotel. Sadly, it was perhaps the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When we checked in, the staff had us in the wrong rooms ( my 92 year-old mother needed an accessible room), insisted the hotel was sold out, but somehow found another room for me when the first one had a broken TV, and kept implying that the mistakes were somehow my fault because I booked the reservation through Booking.com. The confusion continued for the entire stay, ultimately resulting in incorrect charges when we checked out. The coup de grace, though, came when my younger son arrived at around midnight to stay in my room. I had notified the staff that he would be arriving late and should be let in. I watched as his name was put into the computer. Unfortunately, when he showed up, he was denied access to my room and sent away! He ended up taking a Lime scooter in the middle of the night halfway across Denver to my older son's apartment where he slept on the couch. When I inquired the next day, the staff told me that there was no record of his name that they could find. Really? When I got home, I sent two e-mails to the hotel manager, which went unanswered. I wrote to the customer service folks and received 2 obviously standard templated letters with weak apologies, offers of modest monetary compensation, but no specific response to these issues. I'm generally a reasonable person, and have not ever written this sort of review. I also recognize that Hilton is a huge company that doesn't necessarily have time to personally respond to all complaints. However, I feel as though with one exception (a kind and helpful staff member), every inch of the way, my concerns were managed in the most arrogant and impersonal fashion.

the rooms were old and outdated. lamps didn’t work, handles loose or broken, no fan in the bathroom. the way the light switches work was bizarre. stains on furniture. for the price I wouldn’t stay here again

We loved the location and the staff was phenomenal at greeting us and making sure our needs were met during our entire stay at the property. The fire bar was also a great place to end the night with a drink.

The location was great. Room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

Coffee maker didn't work, the water tank wouldn't hold water. Bed and pillows were tough.

It was a really nice hotel in Capitol Hill that is close to the other art museums in the area! We had a great view of the history colorado museum and the lobby had its own great art pieces to look at! Fire has a great bar, as well and the front desk staff was great!

There wasn't anything that was bad about the property and they were very accomodating! The food at Fire is not very good and it is very expensive. If you stick to the drinks and hang out in the lounge, you should be good.

The style of the property was great. Location was great. Proximity to art museum and surrounding establishments was what we were looking for and was fine.

The room had no hot water. Unfortunately, we did not have a lot of time in the morning to wait for someone to come and fix it. We got up and we had a commitment I had breakfast and so had to take a cold shower.

no tub (personal preference) however significant other loved the shower! cryptocurrency convention held at hotel the weekend we stayed made it very difficult to enjoy beautiful atmosphere as it was extremely noisy and crowded in all general areas of lobby, bar & restaurant with attendees. Wait times for elevators long as well as loitering at check in and valet making it difficult for hotel staff to discern those traveling/ staying for leisure or romantic weekend from convention attendees “hanging out”

location, staff (friendly and casual, and still professional and attentive to requests). we enjoyed the bar/ restaurant scene. good food, fun atmosphere.

the electrical wiring in the room is challenging. the entry light can’t be turned on without also turning on the art spotlight next to the bed. not good for the person who is trying to sleep while the other makes a coffee. had trouble with both bathroom outlets - couldn’t get my night light to turn on even after pressing the reset buttons.

i wish there wouldn't have been a $40 fee per night for parking.
