We checked in 12 AM, we were glad this could be arranged, staff was very friendly.

Quaint place, very close to town. The property management are responsive and happy to help. The room was comfortable and the water pressure was amazing!

The breakfast was rather limited and expensive. The room could do with more dishes.

Both times I stayed there it was no internet (wi-fi) But considering overall situation with internet connection in TRNC (slow, erratic) not a big deal actually

The hotel is located not too far from the centre of north nicosia, the inner garder is very njce and colorful.

The whole place looks run down and there room was dirty and the walls unfinished. Our cusheons were full of dead ants, spiders and spiderwebs in the bathroom, stains on the sofà.The staff was not very friendly and understanding.

Perfect little hotel, very clean room and walking distance to the centre.

Nicely decorated small "hotel" in the old town of Nicosia. It actually consists of a small 3x3m courtyard with 4 or 5 rooms situated around it. Breakfast is served in the bigger hotel from the same owner few minutes away. It felt like rooms were freshly renovated, clean and modern. Were were the only guest, occupying 2 rooms, therefore the whole place felt private (if all rooms are occupied most probably it gets a little more crowded and noisy). Location is great; it is easy to walk around old town of Nicosia including European part. Would stay here again!

We were arriving with a car and had some difficulties navigating extremely narrow streets to the hotel (300m or so from the main road). No parking is available at the hotel, but we were allowed to leave the car just in front of the house for two days blocking the way leading to the neighbors. Thank you for that! :)

The authenticity of the beautiful little building , and living in the northern area of the Old City . The decaying buildings in our surronding areas made our experience even more authentic . The sympathetic restoration , and great bathroom + a little sitting room with sofa and table and chairs ,made for a very comfortable 7 day stay . Very central location to everything , with all historical sites within walking distance

Everything was very nice.

The room was cleaned and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has an interesting design. The host was very cooperative and arranged a taxi transfer to the airport.

The room was very big and very comfortable and I liked a lot its modern traditional style. The neighborhood was quiet and the owner of the room was very kind and helpful.

There were some insects (not dangerous) in the bathroom.

Every detail is so charming and welcoming. I love what they did with a historic property.
