One staff member at the front desk was not very nice, pretty condescending.

Close to the ballpark, friendly staff.

The inability to service regular size trucks for a two night stay is inconvenient.

Love the area

Hotel did have a pool, I have stayed there several times which is why I chose to stay for my sons birthday. We check in and go to find the pool only to find out that they don't have one anymore. I wish this would have been listed. I would have chose a different hotel so he could have swam.

The hotel is impressive in every way in my opinion. The only thing holding me back from ever coming back is the lack of a pool. When we travel, we look for a place where my kids can swim so I we were very disappointed they closed their pool years ago.

There needs to be a pool. Reopen the pool thays already there. This is an expected amenity in any hotel.

While it was a little confusing at first we really came around to the idea of liking that you needed to use your key card to access the elevators, it made us feel safer in a way knowing that you had to be a guest or employee in order to use them.

No on site parking was available and we had to park in another location. We also didn’t like that there were no vending machines (at least none we could find) for a late night snack.

Parking garage and valet was full even though the hotel wasnt fully booked . They handed me a piece of paper with an address to a random parking garage blocks away. I don't understand how there isn't available parking to your guests. Do better!

This hotel provided a truly pleasant experience. The pristine condition of the rooms and common areas was immediately noticeable. Every staff member encountered offered exceptional and welcoming service. Its convenient location made exploring the surrounding area effortless. It's definitely a place worth recommending to others.

Location was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Very please with the stay.

Breakfast staff was not friendly. Upon arrival to the food court, my wife & I was not greeted and the tall slender build old black guy completely ignored us. We stood there while he talked to another worker about a non work related topic, totally unprofessional behavior.

Room Price per night....even though it's downtown, there were no exceptional amenities to justify $300 per night.

The room was nice with a view to Fountain Square. Nice hotel overall.

When I booked the room, it stated you had a swimming pool. For $500 a night to find out it didn't have a pool after all was very disappointing.

Close in walking distance to the Reds game, Fountain Square and river front.

A great location if you are doing something downtown.

The hotel does not have many amenities and getting into the parking garage is a little tricky. I would recommend more experienced drivers to park. It’s just tighter than most parking garages while entering .

I liked that the location was real close to event I was going to.

That the air didn’t work good.

Breakfast was great. Close to Red’s Stadium. My grandson was disappointed there was no pool.

Valet was unorganized, rooms need updating (mirror was broken, air vents were rusted) Members of group weren’t able to check into their rooms until 630 pm, air conditioning in 1421 was not keeping room cool. Thermostat on 65 and it was a balmy 80 degrees in the room.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a nice desk set up with easy access to wi-fi to perform work. Also, it was walking distance to the conference center, many delicious downtown restaurants, as well as the stadium for a Reds game.

When I arrived the hotel at 11pm the was overbooked and the hotel staff had chosen to MOVE my reservation to a Holiday Inn further out back by the airport for the night, despite my reservation being booked months in advance with a notification that I would be arriving late. I didn't receive a courtesy phone call to notify me of their choice to move me, instead they sent me an email.

When we checked out we asked the clerks to call for a taxi. We expected a nice car. The taxi that came was in terrible shape; dirty, full of junk and outworn. The driver was probably sober but not well dressed. Anyway, he took us where we should be but it was not a very pleasant ride.

Fabulous beds and quiet rooms. Fabulous bartender. Lavender balm by the bed.

Cold morning and no hot water. Room was not made up one day, and one bar of soap in bathroom to use between shower and sink. It was all taken care of when I brought it to their attention.

Great location and nice facilities. There's a stop just around the corner for the city's free street car. It's very convenient way for travellers to check out the city. The free art museum is only 15 minutes away by bus. One can get a day pass for 5 bucks and ride as many times as needed. Room is quiet and clean. The hotel is located inside a big building where there're other business on the first floor. Reception is at the 2nd floor. Took me a while to figure it out though.

The wifi is not free, which is quite an inconvenience. Had to figure out how to choose and pay to use the wifi. It also surprised me that no room services were provided during my 3 nights stay. There were only one big towel and 1 small one in the bathroom when we came in. Had to call and ask for more towels the next day. Thankfully a nice lady delivered them to my door shortly.

I liked the look of the hotel, is styling and furnishing, the service was great and it was quiet and peaceful

The confusion of parking, having to pay for parking

Bathroom was extremely small and wasted use of large room.

Super comfortable bed. Spacious room for two. Very quiet and the room was quite dark with all the lights off. Very conducive to sleeping.

No microwave and room coffee maker had zero sugar packets

I love the property! Perfect location and very clean!

Cleaning kept knocking on our door even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door!
