Loved the view of Fountain Square, the

Bed was comfortable, close walk to the ballpark.

No breakfast and food prices too high. Parking was expensive.

Location was great and security of the property was excellent

Valet was unorganized, rooms need updating (mirror was broken, air vents were rusted) Members of group weren’t able to check into their rooms until 630 pm, air conditioning in 1421 was not keeping room cool. Thermostat on 65 and it was a balmy 80 degrees in the room.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a nice desk set up with easy access to wi-fi to perform work. Also, it was walking distance to the conference center, many delicious downtown restaurants, as well as the stadium for a Reds game.

When I arrived the hotel at 11pm the was overbooked and the hotel staff had chosen to MOVE my reservation to a Holiday Inn further out back by the airport for the night, despite my reservation being booked months in advance with a notification that I would be arriving late. I didn't receive a courtesy phone call to notify me of their choice to move me, instead they sent me an email.

When we checked out we asked the clerks to call for a taxi. We expected a nice car. The taxi that came was in terrible shape; dirty, full of junk and outworn. The driver was probably sober but not well dressed. Anyway, he took us where we should be but it was not a very pleasant ride.

Fabulous beds and quiet rooms. Fabulous bartender. Lavender balm by the bed.

Cold morning and no hot water. Room was not made up one day, and one bar of soap in bathroom to use between shower and sink. It was all taken care of when I brought it to their attention.

Ice machine where all broke or dirty ice came out.

Great location and nice facilities. There's a stop just around the corner for the city's free street car. It's very convenient way for travellers to check out the city. The free art museum is only 15 minutes away by bus. One can get a day pass for 5 bucks and ride as many times as needed. Room is quiet and clean. The hotel is located inside a big building where there're other business on the first floor. Reception is at the 2nd floor. Took me a while to figure it out though.

The wifi is not free, which is quite an inconvenience. Had to figure out how to choose and pay to use the wifi. It also surprised me that no room services were provided during my 3 nights stay. There were only one big towel and 1 small one in the bathroom when we came in. Had to call and ask for more towels the next day. Thankfully a nice lady delivered them to my door shortly.

I liked the look of the hotel, is styling and furnishing, the service was great and it was quiet and peaceful

Bathroom was extremely small and wasted use of large room.

Super comfortable bed. Spacious room for two. Very quiet and the room was quite dark with all the lights off. Very conducive to sleeping.

No microwave and room coffee maker had zero sugar packets

I love the property! Perfect location and very clean!

Cleaning kept knocking on our door even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door!

The room was not clean. We had to switch rooms.

Cold in the building

Terrible food that did not match the in-room dining breakfast menu, basically it is all pre-made, stale airport cafe style food.

Hotels today do not have full outlets for breakfast or lunch anymore,not ideal

We have a truck and the valet had my husband park his own stating they don’t park trucks anymore but had us go to the garage to park it. It was a very very tight winging pathway down, once started, no way to reverse it!!! His truck barely fit, all tires rubbed, rims got scratched! I see why they aren’t allowed to do it BUT warning the customer why would be nice!!! Instead of sending us that way with no way to reverse it! Now we spend $350 getting rims repaired! We have stayed at the Westin a lot because they always parked our vehicles. We didn’t know any different. But unfortunately, my husband said we will never stay there again because of the parking.

Everything was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to be. The hotel was very nice and clean.

The elevator situation around 9-11 am was not a fun experience. I believe that is around check out time. I think they should allow elevators to go to pick up people instead of being in designated stops... like A B C D ... most times, by the time it got to our floor, the elevator was full.

Location was wonderful. Easy walk to the baseball stadium. Facilities were really nice

The elevator system was terrible. We spent way too much time waiting on elevators. No room service after 11pm. For $450 per night we should be able to order food 24/7 will not stay here again. We will go to the Hyatt or Hilton down the street.

Our tub didn’t drain. I told them upon checkout as we only stayed one night but I didn’t want the next guest to have to deal with the hair that came back up from previous guests.
