Great location

The rooms were beautiful. We enjoyed the bell hop and the staff.

Miss Ricky’s breakfast was the BEST! The staff was fantastic. Great place to stay! Close to sights!

A need for a nicer lobby

The overall feel of the hotel. The rooms were very quiet, nicely decorated and the location of the hotel is exceptional! Bed was super comfortable and the amenities in the room were great!

Didnt like the music at the roof top

Everything! The location was awesome we were right in the middle of where we wanted to be. The staff were accommodating and tried their best to make everything right. The rooms were clean and are exactly like the pictures. We will definitely stay again

CHECK IN!!!! We arrived at 3:00 pm one of our rooms wasn’t ready until 3:45. The other room wasn’t ready until 4:30 and when we got to that room it wasn’t the King room we had reserved. Darryl at the front desk immediately fixed the issue and by 5 we were in our room. I think they need a better system when it comes to housekeeping and selecting the rooms.

Great location, nice choice of two breakfast places that were comped to inclusive rate

Having a rooftop bar closed to private events, and the one time we could go, the cocktail/ drink choice was very limited and not good value for money. Also room not being ready when we were told it would be and having to wait 2 more hours wasnt fun.

Great sized rooms, amazing location and friendly staff

Housekeeping didn’t come on the third day and sheets were a little bit stained but overall room was great and towels were clean etc.

Room good, clean, large bed, big shower, excellent location. Reception staff were extremely helpful.

Restaurant - food good if hot, sent back cold, staff seemed annoyed, no apology.

Excellent location in the Loop area of Chicago. Great staff and facilities, Miss Ricky's is a great spot for brunch.

Good location, rooms were small but well fitted out and very comfortable.

Roof top bar was regularly taken over by private parties and although access was allowed for hotel guests , wasn’t really usable whilst we were there.

Very clean and large room. Super quiet. Responsive staff. Nice coffee service in the room. Good location.

The hot water in the shower fluctuated from extremely hot to cold the whole time we were there. The first day we went down to breakfast we were told it was a 30 minute wait so we went somewhere else. The second day we had made reservations and we had a very good experience. We made a reservation for the third day and when we went down, we had a completely different experience. There were different servers and they completely ignored us. So we left. We were flying out on the last day and so did not risk even trying it.

Bed was so comfortable and loved the sit down vanity. Room was very nice and clean, mini bar was so convenient and reasonably priced. They let us check in really early which was so nice and greatly appreciated. View was great and location was perfect for walking around downtown. The restaurant downstairs was really good!

The LED lights on the thermostat did not dim so was really bright at night, had to throw a towel over it to sleep.

It's a beautiful room and excellent style. Compared to times square at NYC, the rooms and facilities felt much better. We really loved being inside the room, it felt like a chic boutique hotel. The breakfast was different than typical buffet menu, pricey but also filling. Parking was discounted to $30 per day on self park. Helpful staff.

Shades didn't cover entire window, meant light shone through it. Shower water flow was iffy, also water kept splattering out of the bath area. The room felt too high on non functional tech. You had to turn on the TV to control the thermostat, all light switches needed to be controlled independently, that should have had a common control.

Amazing location and confortable room

The vibe, it is a great hotel, well located and it has a lot of activities (bar, coffee and restaurant).

My only problem with the hotel was that I paid to have breakfast and I didn’t know it was an amount ($25) per day and per person. And it was even more frustrating when I saw my bill and they didn’t discount it, so I asked in the reception and she did, but she said the amount was in fact $20, so I had to show my reservation to get the correct amount. And all this discussion took me more than 30 minutes.
