Close to all the Best atracción and shops.

Good central location, close to everything and easy access to transportation, attractions, food, shopping. Well designed, cosy and comfortable rooms. Helpful friendly staff from front desk, housekeeping, concierge and valet. Well stocked toiletries and towels. No issue with downtown/train noise. Strong water pressure for shower. Comfortable bed and many pillows (both on the soft side though).

Cramped sleeping space. Not much room to maneuver or open suitcases. Lack of flat surface area to place items in the sleeping area. Inconsistent air conditioning temperature. Took a long time to adjust water temperature. City view was only the back of some buildings. TV channels could be improved. Could not find preloaded streaming apps on the TV.

Friendly staff, small but ok gym, conveniently located (close to metro, shops, magnificent mile).

Booked room with breakfast included. However breakfast is not completely included as you get a 25 dollar voucher. Breakfast in general is more expensive than 25 dollars at this location.

Bed wasn’t really comfortable

Location was perfect! Hotel was very clean! Darrell checked us in and he was amazing! He gave us an upgrade from a standard room to a corner suite on the 17th floor! We had a great view! He was very helpful all during our stay. The bathrobe in the room were so snuggly, I wish I had one!

Our only disappointment was no coffee maker in our room and no complementary bottles of water upon arrival.

Location, facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Texted with me constantly and answered questions swiftly.

Even though it was a busy weekend, staff was friendly and attentive. They did an amazing job from the front desk to the valet!. All the bars/restaurants located inside the hotel were amazing. The rooms are clean and quiet. I will definitely be looking for this hotel group first anywhere I travel!

Traveling with pets, chose Virgin Hotels! you and your fur baby will not be disappointed! For the first time, my fur baby was actually comfortable.

The property is located in the heart of downtown Chicago, very easy to walk to places or the metro stations! The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces! :)

It's all the thoughtful little details that make this property impress. The room is an average size, but designed so well that it feels expansive. The sliding doors between the entry/dressing/bathroom area are a little thing that makes a big impact on comfort for a couple, as does separating the shower and toilet. Bed is comfortable, sheets and towels are good quality. The mini fridge and snacks were well-stocked (pricey of course). Good food and bar services on site. Stopped for the view at the rooftop bar, but the chill and our generational gulf led us to a brief stay.

Some of the dimming light switches evaded our mastery, even after four days. It's nice to be able to dim every light, but it's also nice to be able to just flip a switch and have light without having to fiddle with the finicky control.

It was in close proximity to everything. The staff was so helpful. Mr Antoine was a jewel.

The noice from the L train. Our room faced the L Train, which went by every 5 minutes it seemed.

Great location, comfy bed, perfectly clean and great facilities! We loved everything about it!

Zero complaints!

The staff were welcoming and efficient. The amenities in my room included a well-stocked mini-bar, complimentary bathrobes (so comfy!), a separate sitting area, bathroom and bedroom, and a wonderful comfortable bed. Since I was staying over my birthday, the hotel sent up a slice of chocolate cake with raspberry sauce, and a welcoming birthday card. The experience made for a wonderful Chicago weekend!

The checkout process was delayed due to a temperamental computer system. All worked out, but the process was longer than usual.

Hard to get to hotel on a Saturday afternoon because so many people walking and traffic and it had no driveway so just park on street to check in. Seems to be geared more towards a younger more party crowd.

The location was awesome. Right in the loop, with easy access to everything. It was tidy and a good blend of cool older building and nicely renovated with fun touches.

They were a tad stingy on clean towels. I had to call twice for them. They were friendly though and brought them when asked.

Love, love, love the location. It's walkable to most things you'd want to see downtown, especially the theater district. We also loved how large the room is. The suite has a living space and a large bedroom, both with TVs. We really like the huge shower as well, which had great pressure. The room is also super chic and cute, with stylish furnishings. It was very comfortable.

There was very little to dislike: The train was right outside our window, which was loud at times. We were on the 4th floor, so maybe a room higher up would be less noisy. It would also be nice if there was a foldable luggage rack for the bedroom area. Also, the room is pricey, but it's Chicago, so...

The property was beautiful, extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have nothing bad to say, I would definitely stay again.

I did not like the roof top bar I did not like that they forgot to order us the taxi on time and then we were under pressure and late for our dinner reservation

Would have liked more coffee bags in the room. We had one coffee bag and one decaf coffee bag which meant one of us had to have decaf whether we wanted to or not.

This hotel was very comfortable in a great location and with very helpful start. The housekeeping was top rate. The front desk were very helpful. The fact that it is not a huge hotel helps with the atmosphere and our enjoyment.

Rooms can be bigger it was weird having bathroom inside the hallway but also kinda cool

On Saturday night, the reverberations from the music on the top floor can be heard n felt many floors below. Music didn’t stop until 2am. For those who like to sleep, the echoing sounds of the disco beat made it very difficult.

The A/c in the room is not cold enough for the covers provided and one cannot adjust to a lower temperature. Woke up several times because pf this issue.

Location is fantastic. Room was on the small side with very little storage. Bathroom was fine. Several of the electric outlets were too loose to get a decent charge (same with sibling's room). Bar on the roof was too crowded to get a table on Saturday night.

The hotel location was great. The hotel was nice but a few things- the bar and lounge were closed in the afternoon and there was no where to get a drink or snack in the hotel. I find that strange- hotel bats should always be open. We were also charges $25 a day for service fee- what is that for? Just a money grab and its gross.

The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the rooftop area offers a lovely environment where you can enjoy beautiful views.

I asked for a quiet room as I do not sleep well in a noisy environment. My room was in front of the air train and the elevator. There were no water bottles in the room, which is unusual for this type of hotel.

The staff was SO kind! The room was very spacious! The cafe was cute and convenient!

Sometimes a bit on the slow side. rooms sometimes not ready for the guest at check in time. had to wait for more than 1 1/2 hours after check in time till one of the suites was ready. needed the manager to check as the reception had no idea what was the problem to get the room ready.

it's close to all the major tourist attractions in Chicago. it's in a safe nice part of town. it is a comfortable and quiet place to stay. I loved how the bathroom is set up so you can have 2 people using different bathroom amenities at the same time. I liked that the TV was capable of connecting to my phone for streaming.

it cost $189 to park my car at the nearest parking garage. the rooftop bar is not a spot for anyone other than people who want to go to a nightclub, the music was overly loud inside.
