Great Hotel. Stunning location with exceptional views of the ocean. Food was of high standard. Staff friendly, professional. Made use of the meeting room / board room facilities when receiving business guests during our stay. It was elegantly furnished, all our needs were looked after. 2nd time at the Hotel, will surely return. All in all a great stay and experience! Thanks to all the staff.

A bit away from city center, but they have complimentary shuttle with the nicest driver Lulu and Vuvu.

The Twelve Apostles is a landmark property which borders the lower slopes of Table Mountain. The staff are professional and enthusiastic. Our lunch at Azure to celebrate two 80th birthdays was fantastic.

Our stay was in shoulder season and there were several events on at the hotel, one of which caused a disturbed night. The hotel is also on the road and the traffic has increased over the years.

Breakfast catered for all our needs, whatever we wanted. The location and views are breathtaking with the added bonus of a good view of a ship wreck. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and humorous. We enjoyed our stay so much we can’t wait to go back!

The temperature of the heated pool was still too cold to us. However there was use of heated pools in the spa. There is really nothing else to improve in my opinion.

Great hotel. Expensive but you get what you pay for. A luxury hotel, fantastic views and sunsets, really attentive staff (the concierge team were really helpful). A drive into Cape Town but the free shuttle service was really good. Highly recommended. The breakfasts were good and the bars were welcoming.

The dinner at the Grill was not very good. The Caesar Salad was a bit ordinary and full of anchovies. And the classic room where my friends stayed was a little smaller than expected.

Breakfast was amazing, well catered with the best view. Staff were attentive and friendly. A All our requests were attended to and satisfied. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will be back

An amazing place- with amazing staff and atmosphere. We loved everything about the hotel/ the position, the refurbishments, the food and the people that made all our wishes come through with a smile- every step, from front desk, to restaurants to the spa and even the cleaning staff. Would come willingly any time

Our room was not good value for money 😳 at more than 500 euros a night you would expect a view and not looking at rocks and still green water. Also somewhat outdated internally

Everything went well, from the warm welcome by friendly staff throughout, meals, the room. All was just good. I enjoyed the view when dining in the Leopards restaurant as well as at breakfast and dinner. The room views can be done better..

Well appointed room with good facilities and an excellent restaurant.

Whilst the staff were very friendly and generally helpful, I thought the service at breakfast was very slow and substandard. An example of this was on each morning I had to ask twice for coffee and it took between 10-15 minutes to arrive - not good in the morning! A lack of training or of supervision….

We though the breakfast excellent. We thought supper at the cafe excellent. We thought supper at the Azure was quite pricey, especially the wine, and we would give the quality of the food 9/10. For example my wife had salmon, which was a bit dry [overcooked?] But care and service was excellent.

See above. My wife struggles to get in and out of a high bath and she struggled at room 416. We should have asked if you had a walk in shower room. Also the coffee machine leaked and I got water into the back of my phone. It was completely dead when we left. Fortunately, I dried it out and it now seeps to be working again.

The room was nice and clean. LuLu was fantastic, making such an effort to tell us about the area when he would drive us to dinner ect. Breakfast was lovely.

There was a lot of renovations going on in the hotel at the time which we did not get warned about in advance. For example laying new carpets outside our room and pool closures we were not expecting this for the price of the room.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our room was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, dinner and breakfast was delicious and the spa is top notch. Although we only stayed for 1 night, we made the most of it and had a fabulous time.

The hotel was beautiful right by the sea front with perfect views of the water and sunset. It was clean and well maintained with the kindest and most accommodating staff. Their assistance made the stay most pleasant! Would recommend to any and all visiting Cape Town. Fantastic stay for a fantastic trip.

The gym was quite small with minimal equipment but was still good given the small space.

It is a beautiful location and an excellent property. The staff were amazing. The pool is heated and there is a cinema too. Food was exceptional.

Noise!! The hotel could definitely use some upgrades and renovations like double glazing in every sea view bedroom. While the view on the ocean is priceless the coast road traffic is endless too. And even when you close the doors/ windows you still hear the traffic.. this shouldn’t be the case for such a hotel!

We loved the view! The pool was great! Hotel staff was helpful and food was great! It was close to the city and easy to get to other places yet peaceful and beautiful setting.
