Service in the bar area - multiple occasions when we were waiting a long time, and response time was lax. Breakfast menu could have also been improved.

Stellar customer service, beautiful property, great location on the waterfront! Very safe walking to and from the hotel and waterfront restaurants & shops.
The seagulls at the pool are a bit of a nuisance, though I'm not sure what can be done to mitigate their presence.

Very enjoyable stay
Room was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was also great!
Room was not ready on arrival, but we were offered lunch on the house as well as an upgraded room.

It’s beautiful
The staff/security are racists they told my daughter to move from the bar to accommodate white people. It’s disgusting if this is the attitude for One & Only then you will lose more customers. We can’t have this nonsense in 2022/2023. You need to address this asap. I suggest you get management to get hold my daughter or myself. We always stay at this hotel and disgusted as how my daughter was treated. White people are not superior and we pay the same amount.

The staff were all very helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was in a fabulous position in the Waterfront and we loved the beautiful Cocktail Bar gazing out at Table Mountain.
