Awesome hotel facility, clean and comfort rooms, staff makes my stay more comfortable and provide all what you need to make your stay more comfortable at very short period of time.

Nothing, note both outdoor and indoor swimming pools only about 1.4m in Depth.

All are very good unless that they asked for extra money as deposit if anything ordered to the room such as food. This shouldn’t be as the guests are all high class where no body will runaway keeping payment behind.

Hotel was beautiful, great gym, nice walk on the Nile l. Breakfast buffet is legit!

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed.

The staff was beyond friendly, and were very attentive they are always there to help with your bags or if you've returned from a shopping trip and their attention to detail is superb. The service is beyond what you could expect a special thanks to Amira, Mustafa, Ibrahim the bellboy, Ahmad and Abdulrazzag from the rooftop restaurant and te room service for their excellent service. These were a few of the many wonderful and friendly staff at the restaurant we had a pleasant day and would definitely recommend to everyone and I find myself coming back to the St Regis

The flexibility of the front desk, the customer service and care, and very friendly staff. High security service and very quick delivery of room service requests.

I’ve been to many 5-star hotels in 4 different countries and definitely this was one of the absolute BEST! exceptional service that worth every penny you pay, what was really outstanding is how attentive the staff is, plus you get you own Butler and ours (Mohsen) took care of literally EVERYTHING we need even if it’s not hotel-related. Definitely raised the quality bar.

Although the hotel has a very beautiful nile view the location isn’t the best.. I’d recommend you not to walk around the hotel’s area and to leave earlier to wherever you go because of the heavy traffic in that area.
