St-Regis Cairo exceeded all my previous stays anywhere in the world. I embraced every single moment there, the atmosphere, the ambiance, the lighting, the suite the equipments, facilities, restaurants, the staff were very patient and helpful. There is enough storage in the room for anything you can think of. The vintage classic vibes were unbeatable, it is to a point you don't even have to leave the hotel there is something to do 24 hours a day, the security system is very high, i had a privilege for a butler since it was a suite, and the concierge is very helpful

My only small request is to have curtains in the bedroom that blocks the sun completely. The sun light was entering the room from below the curtains.

The pool is very small and the restaurant at the pool we could not enjoy it because everyone was swimming and you can't really have lunch with everyone around you staring.

We stayed at The St. Regis Cairo for one night to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The staff really went above and beyond to make it special for us. We got upgraded to a beautiful, spacious apartment, which was a great surprise. The room was super clean, modern, and felt really luxurious. They also sent us flowers and a complimentary birthday cake—such a thoughtful gesture. We had dinner at La Zisa, the Italian restaurant at the hotel, and it was fantastic. The food was delicious and the service was excellent—friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back. Perfect place for a special occasion or just to treat yourself!

The place is new and the pictures looked dated, came in expecting an old hotel and it was brand new, the staff exceptional made us feel at home so attentive I did not want to leave. Late check out and complimentary breakfast were the cherry on top of the pie.

Super clean and luxurious hotel in prime location

Supposed to check in at 3 but I was delayed till 3:30 which was annoying as I had other appointments to catch and all my plans had to be rescheduled

The staff go above and beyond to make the experience feel personal, always greeting you by name and remembering your likes and dislikes. They have thought about every tiny detail, even services you didn't think you needed were provided. The breakfast was exceptional - you could stay for a week and have a completely different cuisine each morning as the selection was as varied as I've ever seen at a hotel or restaurant. The Egyptian restaurant on site was also the best food we had whilst in Cairo by far, so would definitely recommend giving it a try. The servers and manager there were also fantastic. The butler and concierge services exceeded expectations, anything we needed was sorted for us immediately - one evening we needed medication from the pharmacy and it was delivered to us at our table in the restaurant within about half an hour.

Beautiful public spaces, lavish ample suites. Outstanding service from all staff! Of note, Abdul Achman Nouby, who attended my partner’s bleeding gash after he inadvertently hit his head on an open car door, Nouby leapt into action and retrieved a first aid kit in under a minute - above and beyond; Ahmed and Mahmoud by the pool, jovial and genuine, they kept the thread going from day to day; and Abu Thomas by the pool who orchestrated the lovely outdoor space and made a personal connection with each guest. And Abanoub with the warm send off.

The food at J&G Steakhouse was not even close to par. “French” Onion soup that was thickened with cornstarch? A ribeye so thin you could mistake it for something at Outback. A cold popover, why bother? Salads were fine, but something was off… we had to take antibiotics the next morning because…

The St. Regis Cairo exceeded expectations with its elegant interiors, exceptional service, and prime location along the Nile. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and luxurious especially with Shady’s welcoming hospitality. A special highlight was dining at La Zisa restaurant—Chef Ahmad, Rasha, Salah, Rudaina, Ahmad Atia, and the entire team made each visit feel personal with their warm hospitality and impeccable service.

My stay at The St. Regis was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way. One of the standout features for me was the impeccable cleanliness—every corner of the property felt spotless and well-maintained, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort and luxury. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The quality of the food, the presentation and the variety offered were all outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful service making each dining experience special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and feels brand new with a modern yet elegant aesthetic throughout. What truly sets The St. Regis apart, though, is the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations. I left feeling thoroughly impressed and very happy with my stay. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend The St. Regis to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable and seamless hotel experience.
