St. Regis truly strives to provide the ultimate in elegance, perfecting every aspect of every moment, and delivering care and pleasure in the most minute details. My stay was exceptional — special thanks to Butler Mr. Zaher Al Arabi and Mr. Mohsen, the floor supervisor, for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. They made our stay truly memorable.

This is the most beautiful five star property I have ever experienced. No detail was spared. I was surprised there was no sundries store until I understood from the concierge that you could order anything to be delivered from a pharmacy or anywhere.

St-Regis Cairo exceeded all my previous stays anywhere in the world. I embraced every single moment there, the atmosphere, the ambiance, the lighting, the suite the equipments, facilities, restaurants, the staff were very patient and helpful. There is enough storage in the room for anything you can think of. The vintage classic vibes were unbeatable, it is to a point you don't even have to leave the hotel there is something to do 24 hours a day, the security system is very high, i had a privilege for a butler since it was a suite, and the concierge is very helpful

My only small request is to have curtains in the bedroom that blocks the sun completely. The sun light was entering the room from below the curtains.

The pool is very small and the restaurant at the pool we could not enjoy it because everyone was swimming and you can't really have lunch with everyone around you staring.

We stayed at The St. Regis Cairo for one night to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The staff really went above and beyond to make it special for us. We got upgraded to a beautiful, spacious apartment, which was a great surprise. The room was super clean, modern, and felt really luxurious. They also sent us flowers and a complimentary birthday cake—such a thoughtful gesture. We had dinner at La Zisa, the Italian restaurant at the hotel, and it was fantastic. The food was delicious and the service was excellent—friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back. Perfect place for a special occasion or just to treat yourself!

The place is new and the pictures looked dated, came in expecting an old hotel and it was brand new, the staff exceptional made us feel at home so attentive I did not want to leave. Late check out and complimentary breakfast were the cherry on top of the pie.
