The location is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel does not seem fresh and it is definitely overpriced. For the money we spent I expected something more premium.

The property itself was lovely, and the gardens and outside terrace was very smart, and well maintained

The food was poor (very average at best) and over priced, the bedrooms were not made up before 2ish in the afternoon, the balcony door kept breaking - we had to call in the engineer twice. The gardens were closed off in part for 2 of the three days for private functions (the gardens and terrace are the best part)

Property is beautiful with a garden in the middle. Service is excellent and the staff goes out of their way to please.

Location was good, lots of homelessness in neighborhood though.

The shower didn’t work, floors super slippery, room service staff not trained properly about order. Nice hotel but not a 5 star, will stay at 4 season next time, right down the block.

We booked for one price in pesos through booking. .com, but were charged by highest price at the hotel. most of the staff doesn’t speak English

that night was a party and we leíste es the music íntimo 5 am.

Wonderfull Service, good rooms, beautifull old building. Perfect location. Very goood concierge service, Lucio was very helpfull.

One one the breakfast restaurants is vegan, but no way to guess. No eggs or butter for breakfast. Got a transfer to the airport, the driver almost crash us twice. Not up to the task.

Lovely historic hotel. Staff was wonderful front desk, housekeeping, concierge, and front door staff all went above and beyond. Appreciated being allowed to check in early given our 12+h travel day. Housekeeping came twice which was appreciated. Concierge was very helpful in helping us with reservations to tango show, tango classes, cooking class, and covid test. Overall great stay and would highly recommend. p.s. love the Recoleta neighborhood.

Less about the hotel and more about Buenos Aires. Economy is in shambles make sure to bring plenty of USD. A lot of places only accept USD for payment (classes, shopping, covid test). Don't take money from ATMs my friend and I had three machines process withdrawals without returning cash so headache with dealing with bank back home. Instead know that you can get pesos from concierge and charge to room for a 10% fee, totally worth it! Also, concierge will always ask for cash pmt but always ask if you can charge to the room for a fee. We were low on cash so that helped significantly. One incident we did have was miss communication between concierge and the span, a different price was charged than what concierge had provided and also different from spa menu. Make sure to ask for price prior to appointment directly from spa.

Just the perfect location to experience BA. Beautiful hotel and lovely staff.

We ordered a snack of cheese and biscuits to our room with a glass of wine, however we had to go out and left a message on the cart to please leave as we hadn't finished. unfortunately the removed it and when we mentioned it to reception nothing was offered!

The reception area of the hotel on the Posadas side is presently closed. This is understandable given the pandemic. As a result, however, guests residing on the the Posadas side are required to do a considerable amount of running back and forth as the restaurants, spa and reception are only open on the Avenue Alvear side of the hotel. As noted, this is understandable, and a minor price to pay given the excellent service of this hotel.
