Fierro Hotel, Buenos Aires

Location was good, within walking distance to Soho

Upon arrival room had a bad smell coming from the AC, had to sleep with windows open. Two of my daughter’s necklaces disappeared from the room.

The level of service, location, cleaness, comfort were really good. Outstanding breakfast, mainly well served by Vitoria, an excellent hotel employee.

The room was very comfortable, and besides a minibar the had a mini cava with six bottles of good wines. The breakfast is very good, and the location perfect for my purposes

I appreciated all the people at the front desk. They were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us when we entered the hotel! We loved all of the workers in the restaurant! They made delicious cappuccinos, and the food was over the top delicious! Our waitress always remembered our names!!! Quite impressive!! We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Staff were wonderful, nice restaurant with excellent breakfast included. The terrace suite was great, loved the view.

Excellent value and the complimentary breakfast was a really nice touch. We also really appreciated having a bathroom/shower we could use after checkout as our flight back home was in the evening. Staff was also very helpful.

Excellent attentive staff.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic. The breakfast was a good, but not a wide variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were happy.

We showed up at about 9:00am after a flight cancellation and our rescheduled flight was going to force us to check out at 1:30am. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They immediately allowed us to have breakfast (really good!!!) since we would miss it the next day. Before we finished breakfast, they provided a key to our room!!! They even made sure that a taxi was waiting for us at 1:30am. Also a great, quiet location. We will stay here for sure on our next trip to Buenos Aires!!!

The breakfast was delicious and the service was fantastic! Our wine tasting got cancelled last minute at another hotel so the staff arranged a wine tasting for us on site. We really appreciated that the staff went above and beyond to arrange a last minute wine tasting on property for us. The pool was small but the rooftop location was perfect.

Couch and chair in the room were a little worn. The shower wasn’t draining properly so we were standing in a pool of water. But to be fair we didn’t ask them to fix it because we didn’t want anyone in the room.

Nice breakfast, great service. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Central location, restaurants close by, 10 minute walk to Soho. Rooms were good and the beds were comfortable.

Only improvement would be better lighting in the bathroom, dark shower area.

Very close to Aeroparque airport, just 15min ride, useful for late or earlier flights. Normal check out, at 12:00, when majority have at 10:00. Flexibility to take breakfast, up to 15:00! This was very nice, as we arrived at 00:30 after a long day due to flight cancellations, so we could have a late breakfast at 11:00.

Very well designed facility. The rooms were also well designed. Location was great. Tasty breakfast. Lovely garden. Staff were very cooperative and supportive especially for a slightly late check out.

The home cooked breakfast was amazing. Freshly baked bread, croissants and a selection of high quality options (including Irish breakfast, smoked salmon and eggs, and pancakes). The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and we loved the Terrace suite with the balcony and hot tub.

The pool was very small and was as warm as the hot tub, which meant it wasn't that refreshing to have a dip in the pool in the heat.

This is our second stay at the Fierro. Why did we return? Wonderfull staff, outstanding breakfast, and a perfect location. Room was large and extremely comfortable. We had dinner one evening at the hotel and we were treated like family. And every morning our server Victoria greeted us with a smile and helped brighten our day. This is an outstanding hotel!

Lovely front desk staff who let us have breakfast and use the swimming pool whilst waiting for our room. Really beautiful modern room. Boiling hot pool (perfect in the cold weather!)

We had a great stay, rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, great breakfast and room service food as well.

It was expensive for the value. The charge was in dollar, not pesos so we paid the official exchange rate rather than the tourist rate which would have been 40% cheaper. There are many other properties for a much less price.

Excellent front desk staff - above and beyond expectations. The room and location is great. They take good care of you We lost our phone in the taxi and the front desk helped us retrieve it(Herman). So good idea to book transport with them.

perfect place at the peefect location

This is one of my favorite hotel stays ever! First of all the front desk people, Dyor and Coral went above and beyond to disseminate information and make me comfortable during my stay. it was my first day in Buenos Aires, or even Argentina, so they fed me with important travel information that I would not have known to inquire about. My flight arrived at 8:30 am so although I was unable to check in early since the hotel was full they were extremely hospitable, offered me coffee and other amenities. I needed a few things so headed out and they texted me to let me know my room was ready early. When I arrived all of my luggage had been placed nicely in my room (not even just sitting there, but properly arranged on luggage racks, etc), along with complimentary water and espresso pods. The room was spacious, well appointed , comfortable, and impeccably clean!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!!!
