Fierro Hotel, Buenos Aires

Good location, close to restaurants, cafes and transportation.

Very well designed facility. The rooms were also well designed. Location was great. Tasty breakfast. Lovely garden. Staff were very cooperative and supportive especially for a slightly late check out.

The home cooked breakfast was amazing. Freshly baked bread, croissants and a selection of high quality options (including Irish breakfast, smoked salmon and eggs, and pancakes). The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and we loved the Terrace suite with the balcony and hot tub.

The pool was very small and was as warm as the hot tub, which meant it wasn't that refreshing to have a dip in the pool in the heat.

This is our second stay at the Fierro. Why did we return? Wonderfull staff, outstanding breakfast, and a perfect location. Room was large and extremely comfortable. We had dinner one evening at the hotel and we were treated like family. And every morning our server Victoria greeted us with a smile and helped brighten our day. This is an outstanding hotel!

Very nice and cosy hotel in a very nice area os Palermo. Spacious room, very clean, excellent breakfast (until 3 PM!).

Lovely front desk staff who let us have breakfast and use the swimming pool whilst waiting for our room. Really beautiful modern room. Boiling hot pool (perfect in the cold weather!)

We had a great stay, rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, great breakfast and room service food as well.

It was expensive for the value. The charge was in dollar, not pesos so we paid the official exchange rate rather than the tourist rate which would have been 40% cheaper. There are many other properties for a much less price.

Excellent front desk staff - above and beyond expectations. The room and location is great. They take good care of you We lost our phone in the taxi and the front desk helped us retrieve it(Herman). So good idea to book transport with them.

The sliding doors were a bit rusty. However that’s something small and easily fixed

perfect place at the peefect location

This is one of my favorite hotel stays ever! First of all the front desk people, Dyor and Coral went above and beyond to disseminate information and make me comfortable during my stay. it was my first day in Buenos Aires, or even Argentina, so they fed me with important travel information that I would not have known to inquire about. My flight arrived at 8:30 am so although I was unable to check in early since the hotel was full they were extremely hospitable, offered me coffee and other amenities. I needed a few things so headed out and they texted me to let me know my room was ready early. When I arrived all of my luggage had been placed nicely in my room (not even just sitting there, but properly arranged on luggage racks, etc), along with complimentary water and espresso pods. The room was spacious, well appointed , comfortable, and impeccably clean!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!!!

Arriving exhausted from overnight flight having to wait hours for room to be available. I get the logistical difficulty with turning around rooms and the staff was helpful and accommodating throughout.

The overall design of hotel is excellent. Welcoming lobby with quick and easy access to rooms and other amenities. The pool deck is perfect. The rooms are done with nice colors and decor and very comfortable beds! Staff was all amazing! Food in the independent restaurant located on bottom floor is amazing as well.

The staff was great - friendly and helpful. I really liked my room - it was large, comfortable, and had everything I could ask for. The breakfast was delicious and I like that there were different options to choose from. I had a great stay there and highly recommend it!

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed an early morning soak in the outdoor pool on the roof. I especially appreciated the friendly staff when we checked in and out.

We stayed here on our first night in Buenos Aires after a long haul flight from Europe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable, clean and very spacious. The breakfast was incredible! Would very recommend staying here

Wonderful place to stay. The room was excellent- clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was delicious as was the dinner in the restaurant at the hotel. The hotel clerks were so helpful (Coral and Valencia) and arranged transport from hotel to cruise terminal as well as from cruise terminal back to airport 2 weeks later. It was so convenient to have it just billed to our room and not have to worry about methods of payment for the transportation. Highly recommend this as place to stay when in Buenos Aires.

Breakfast was ample. You are offered yogurt, juice, assorted ways of having eggs and pancakes to start your day..

We chose the terrace Suite and it was such a good choice, we really enjoyed our private terrace with sunbeds and a hot tub. breakfast was excellent as were all the staff we encountered from the moment we arrived. Check in was very smooth, our rooms was very clean and well presented, the restaurant staff and reception staff were very helpful and courteous all during our stay. We really enjoyed the Palermo location and always felt safe at any time of day or night.

The hotel rooftop pool was small with limited sunbeds, although we had our private terrace so did not really effect us.

Has all the expected comforts of an excellent 4 Star hotel - for us a benchmark of what all hotels of this calibre should be. This was our second stay in Fierro Hotel.

Great location, very handy to have restaurant on site especially for the very hot days for lunch or dinner, super helpful staff, pool just enough to cool off. The courtyard garden is a real bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were incredibly helpful. There wasn’t a single member who did not go out of their way to smile and offer assistance. They even provided a MetroCard for us to use because none were available from stations. The quality of the linen on the beds and the size of the room is very spacious. Breakfast were made to order and fresh and of the highest quality

The location is quiet but it means a 15 minute walk to the centre of a Palermo and the main restaurants but that was a minor inconvenience.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful regarding touristic attractions, great eating places, hiring taxis, exchanging money, and eating regional food and desserts. Federico and Hernan were very helpful whenever we had a query about local information. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us.

The room was really nice and the hotel has a great restaurant. The location is great as well.

Our room was large, well decorated felt very warm and cozy. Had all the facilities in the room like coffee machine and even a wine refrigerator. Breakfast was good. The location was great for us not in the busy center just a walking distance from a very nice neighborhood with cafe's and restaurants and great shops. The staff was very helpful
