Showers are EXTREMELY small, can’t even move around in them.

Transportation: I strongly advise against using the hotel’s airport transportation service. Despite premium pricing, the service quality is extremely poor. The vehicles are dirty and poorly maintained, drivers are unprofessional and frequently late. When the hotel offered complimentary return transportation as a courtesy, the experience was equally disappointing - the vehicle had a strong unpleasant odor and maintained the same low standards. This level of service is simply unacceptable. Accommodations: The rooms show signs of wear with carpets that appear used and sometimes unclean. Several areas feature lower-quality design elements and furnishings. Additionally, there are no in-room ironing facilities available. While the hotel offers complimentary ironing for one garment, they lack steam/vapor options that are essential for certain delicate fabrics - a standard amenity typically included at genuine 5-star establishments. Guests seeking immaculate conditions and authentic 5-star standards should consider other options in Buenos Aires. Fitness Facilities: The gym is adequate but has limitations - the lighting is insufficient and equipment options are limited

I was actually not very impressed by the property - I had originally reserved at the Alvear Palace Hotel but made a switch because of my past experience staying at the Melia group of hotels and was expecting the same! The breakfast buffet was disappointing - definitely not the same as the Melia hotel in Spain - the pics the hotel looks more modern and it is but carpets are older, toiletries are not high end. We also had to switch rooms which the staff was gracious about because our bathroom could barely fit one person!

Unfortunate experience with breakfast. There is a buffet set up in the lobby/lounge (common area), we had asked a staff member if it was included with our stay, they stated it was. We began eating and then were informed that it was not included. The buffet is subpar. We would not have eaten here if we were not told it was included. We were then charged 100,000 ARS (~$100 USD) for two people (for some yogurt, fruit, and pastries). We informed them that we were told it was included by staff, they said they didn’t. We ended up obviously paying the 100,000 ARS at check out. It was an unfortunate experience to be told it was included, and then after we start eating, be informed it isn’t. They offered us two beverages as compensation for the above issue.

Not allowing kids at the pool after certain time is a bit upsetting, considering there was no prior warning.

we've chosen this especific hotel considering the inside pool. during our stay, it was closed. our dother was really disapointed. the hotel should have send a note before our stay. the bath area is really small, considering the bathroom size.

While breakfasts are great, dining selections at lunch and dinner are limited. I would have liked just a sandwich for lunch but that’s not on the menu.

The Hotel was great

Not children friendly. One of the things I was looking in the hotel was a pool , and they have a nice cozy one, but it was never mentioned anyware in the descriptions of amenities that the pool was only for adults, which rules should be clear . Eventhough my girls were able to use the pool the first 2 days , the third one , a not friendly staff member told them that the pool was for adults only and they have to leave…. ( so some days yes some days not) clear policies must be applied, or maybe the rude staff member was not her day and decided to make the rule that day….

The staff! The girls at the reception desk are very rude and inefficient. We asked to have our luggage taken from our room 45 minutes before our taxi would have come to pick us up to go to the airport and the luggage was never picked up. When we asked about it (the taxi WE booked had arrived in the meantime), the girl very rudely answered that she didn’t ask anyone to go to pick it up. My husband had to rush upstairs and ask a cleaning lady to open the room in order to get the luggage and hop onto the taxi and avoid getting too late to the airport. Very bad.

Located in a small and quiet street will lovely cafes and galeries bit easy access to the landmarks in Recoleta. Very good breakfast, options à la carte. The atmosphere is relaxed and all interiors are beautifully restored. They also have a cocktail bar open late.

Hotel renewed, room is very comfortable! I loved the decoration and breakfast was also good!

I was greeted by very kind front desk staff who upgraded me for free to a larger room. The room was very large with all amenities such as a mini bar (Even with a small gin bar including rosemary sprouts and a lime in case you felt like having a gin and tonic). The bathroom felt like a spa with a large and deep bathtub with bath salts for you to use to relax. The bathroom also had a shower. The hotel had a fantastic cocktail lounge that had a DJ at night playing music. The hotel is situated in one of the best neighborhoods close to some of the greatest cocktail bars and restaurants all walking distance. The breakfast buffet was very good as well.

My only concern arose when I requested room service in the morning, as I experienced being transferred to three different individuals before my order was taken, suggesting that the initial contact could have streamlined the process by directly connecting me to the appropriate service provider.

The property is brand new! We arrived in January on the third day it opened. Everything was wonderful considering how new it was. Security is top notch and it’s well located on a nice quiet street. Rooms are spacious and beds are incredible. Looks like they took over another hotel that was there and remodeled it. Staff was great too.

Only one negative, but it had only been open three days. The knobs on the bathroom door were missing from the inside.

Loved the ambience, the staff are truly wonderful and attentive, the hotel is in a great place and the breakfast every day was amazing. We were also given a 30 min courtesy massage as the spa and wellness centre were being renovated. The massages were fantastic.

The only small downside was that the pool was not available but it wasn't a major issue as they upgraded us to a suite!

The staff is exceptional, thank you to everyone from reception - Gimena and Javier were very welcoming and friendly!, bar (outstanding designed Bar at the Lobby, please ask to Ramiro for your preferred cocktail!), dinner in Cantina Restaurant (great Argentinian food! Martin, the chef, came out from the kitchen to greet us!), and housekeeping for a fantastic stay. The room was elegant and comfortable. Great location, with really nice restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby Recoleta and La Recova. Only 15 minutes driving distance to Palermo (great restaurants there too!) We will definitely be back!
