Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace, Budapest

Everything The location on Danube river was just spectacular looking out over Chain Bridge. I stayed on the 5th level at the front of the hotel in a river room which had a balcony, enjoyed great food, amazing cocktails, and the high tea served was an experience not to be missed. The Four Seasons Gresham Palace Budapest is outstanding and one of the finest hotels in the World.

The facilities and location were excellent. It had one of the nicest exercise and spa areas I’ve ever seen. But the real treat at the Four Seasons was the staff. In my almost 5 day stay here, I never encountered a staff member who was not willing to do whatever it took to make my stay comfortable. The whole staff was just absolutely pleasant to be around.

It’s the best location, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. The rooms are fantastic size. We were staying at Danube River View room, it was lovely to have a seating area with the balcony and amazing view. We really appreciate the customer service.The staff is supportive and very kind, always there to make your stay pleasant and unique. This place is 10

Everything was fantastic. The room was exceptional. Good size and so quiet. Ornate features with beautiful high ceiling and furniture in keeping with the period of the building. Pool and fitness centre were first class too.

The staff and service were friendly and impeccable. More than happy to help in English. The location and amenity were fabulous. We had a room with a msgniglficent view of the Danube and Buda Mountain which was spectacular.

We booked a river view, and it was really worth the extra cost. We had a view of the river, famous bridge, castle & church on the hill. Good location as well for sightseeing in Buda & Pest Very comfortable bed, normal size room but really well furnished. Decent size bathroom. Staff very helpful. Quality hotel

The location of the hotel is Super! If you get the room with a view of the Danube River and Szechenyi bridge- its fantastic! the personal is very attentive and breakfast is very good.

At the beginning of our stay we got the room on the 5 floor , under the roof and it was uncomfortable for me, but when I told about this, it was immediately changed

The location was ideal, the hotel beautiful and comfortable. I enjoyed the fitness room and the pool. Lots of good restaurants near by. There is a lovely walk right out the front door along the river.

Everything from friendly staff; perfect location to watch the fire works and to go to tye Chain bridge, Buda castle, St. Stephen basilica, and so on; facilities; and comfortability.

It is better if the hotel can provide the gift for kids. We have been to several five-star hotels and of course Four seasons in Geneva, they often give stuffed animals for kids. It is adorable and makes my kid feel like her home at the hotel. Finally, it is better when you can design the toilets in a seperate room or maybe a glass door. It is better and convenient.

Breakfast wasn’t what we had expected, not too many choices at the buffet, the ala carte menu was ok but not up to a Four Seasons standard that I’ve seen in other countries, service was a bit slow but still enjoyed the stay nonetheless.

The most memorable couple of days, beautiful facilities with exceptional attention to detail and impeccable and warm treatment from all staff

We lost our cases with Lufthansa for thee days the staff were excellent at retrieving them and helping us with emergency toiletries.

The staff who were so kind , friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and this was throughout every department.Beyond anything we have experienced in other top quality hotels making it noticeable and appreciated. The facilities ( spa, restaurants, the room itself ( 5th floor with balcony) The cleanliness and generosity of service and supply of comfort. Appreciated our delicious cakes welcoming us and recognising our visit was for a special event.

One small suggestion. To consider limiting access for children to specific times and reiterate the purpose of the spa as an adult amenity .( tricky, I know, given the universal ambience of hospitality and welcome in this special hotel) Not the fault of the spa staff who carefully create a wonderful , invitational and relaxing ambience but one visit severely disrupted due to the presence of a family of 7 ( including4 children) The kids took over ( eating a meal, , talking and playing loudly) without much adult intervention.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace in Budapest and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Beautiful hotel, very professional service, we really loved every moment. The pool is great and both "Kolazs" and "Musza" were just perfect with amazing food and great cocktails but above all we will miss the bed in our room that was soooo comfy. We will definitely return.
