Bohem Art Hotel, Budapest

Location was perfect to be honest. The majority of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly however there were one or two who simply could not answer basic questions about the area. (eg where to purchase Budapest Cards) The rooms were kept very clean.

The room was extremely small and cramped. There was very little storage space for clothes. Breakfasts were the same every day. There was a fair variety of choice but every day was the same choice perhaps some thought could be given to this.

The hotel is located in the city center, next to Vaci utca (the most important touristic street), very close to tram stations, metro station, the famous old market and the green bridge (Freedom bridge). If you travel by car, there are parking spaces in front of the hotel and the garage at 1’ distance. The staff is very friendly, polite and supportive.

Hotel was spotless and the location was very good. Free water every day was a bonus.

Great location, close to restaurants, public transport and the river. Lovely big room with modern facilities, bright decor, a lift, room serviced daily. Breakfast available. Comfortable seating area in the foyer.

Lack of small but useful stuff, like instant coffee/tea in the room, small package of cosmetic items, but the most important details were all fine. Soundproofing could also be better

Staff were so helpful. Gentleman at Reception was excellent giving us guide to places of interest. Very helpful. We will be recommending this hotel to our family and friends

We had no bad experience at this hotel. The breakfast was fabulous and a great selection of food. Staff were very courteous

Beds were tiny bit narrow

It was very clean and centrally located. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet and spotlessly clean

The beds could be more comfortable and there is not an enough place to put the luggage but it is still worth to stay the rest is perfect

Good hotel at great location with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and fresh in the rooms and bathrooms. Tasty breakfast with free fresh squeezed orange juice. Coffee and tea free of charge at the lobby in the afternoon.

The staff is so kind and helpful, the location is perfect it’s near every thing and in the center Last thing, the hotel is so clean so the rooms and bathroom

The AC didn’t work for like 3 nights, but i think due to some problem that can be fix

Great location near the Danube and centrally located to the Central market and many cultural attractions in Budapest.Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was substantial and included a nice variety of breakfast options.

The heat was turned off in early April due to the warm weather before my stay. During my stay, it was cold and rainy and the heat could not be turned back on. The staff offered me an extra blanket. The walls in my room had chipped paint indicating some minor maintenance work needed. In addition, there were no chest of drawers to unpack clothing-just a closet with one shelf, which was hard to reach.

Very good location walkable to food outlets and stores. Nice staff who were kind enough to do some printing for me. I loved the free water bottles daily and on arrival some chocolate

Comfortable bedrooms and amazing breakfasts, plus the staff are really helpful and friendly.

Tea and coffee choices could be better. I'm not a fan of coffee premixed with milk powder and sugar. Also I prefer breakfast tea to Earl Grey or Green Tea.
