The room was quite small but it was ok for a couple of days in the city. The room was completely clean and the bathroom was comfortable and modern. What I didn't like is that you could hear other rooms' noises. I paid breakfast for one of the mornings and it was ok. Location was perfect. We could move around the city by either public transport or on foot.

Nicely decorated hotel, wonderful staff. The bed/mattress was a bit lopsided but I just used the other side so I suppose that's fine. The showerhead had seen better days and was spraying all over the place. I told the front desk and they had it replaced immediately with a brand new showerhead. Great service, great people, not perfect but it's completely understandable and I believe they offer a fair deal.

Location was fantastic, staff were very friendly and super clean rooms.

Wie had a special request to put up a picture in our room and the hotel staff did not dissapointed us. Thank you very much for this special surprise and favor!

It is a lovely hotel, but the wifi isn't very strong. As a business traveler, this was a bit of a problem.

Great location, very clean rooms but very basic in facilities.

Loved staying here, it was our little home in Budapest. Everything we wanted was in walking distance including being able to walk to restaurants, shops, Danube, bridges to Gellert Spa, Buda castle etc.

Was traveling and staying alone so was important to me to feel safe, which I did. Room was clean and comfy, Staff helpful. Breakfast Plentiful, something for everyone. Great Left luggage facility within foyer area, very secure. All locked up so was great to leave luggage after checkout whilst exploring local area. Very Near Central Market which is a must to visit and one street away from pedestrian street with Restaurants/tourist shops etc

Twin room a bit on the small side

The twin room we had was amazing, it was spacious, had everything that we needed for a few nights, it even had a bath and bidet! Location was amazing and would recommend anyone to stay her again

Good value for money hotel. Basic, but given that a traveller spends most time on sightseeing etc the hotel covers all of their needs. It is clean and modern.

It is on the basic side - not too luxurious or too many facilities, but covers all needs of a traveller.

The lady recepionist in the night was very polite and helpful. Also the morning recepionist was polite too.

Need new mattresses

The room was quite small, but we needed it for 1 night just to sleep before the flight - so, it did not bother much. The location is great - walking distance from the Parliament building! Staff was super nice and breakfast was amazing!

Unbeatable location and sparkling clean room

Staff were friendly and any requests assisted immediately, room is small but well equipped and comfortable.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and has a great breakfast menu. On top of this the location is very good. The price vs the facilities is great. I will choose the same hotel when i travel again with my family.

Loved everything

First time as a solo traveller. The location was excellent. It was clean and quiet!

The bed was too hard and the pillows weren’t good. This was the only downside.

Fantastic location close to lots of attractions within walking distance. Hotel has 24hr check in which was good as we arrived early hours of the morning. Room was a great size and beds were comfortable….slightly awkward getting into & out of the double upper bunk in the quadruple room but comfortable beds and good sleep had by everyone. Hotel allows you to store luggage after check out. Free wifi and complimentary bottles of water

Room was quite dark even with all the lights on On our last day our check out time was 11am but we were wakened by the cleaning staff just before 8.30am

Coffee was only 3 in 1 packs with cream and sugar, so had to buy my own. But that’s not really a problem considering everything else was perfect

Location is great near a metro and many trams. There are also plenty of decent restaurants nearby. We had breakfast one morning at the hotel, which had a nice selection and was delicious. They had free coffee and tee in the afternoons in the lobby. Staff was super nice and helpful. The room was small, but decent. Everything was extremely clean! Bathroom and room was spotless, and the breakfast area was also very tidy.

The wifi is painfully slow. Only about 15 Mbit/s, so streaming on a laptop or similar while connected is not really an option. The room was clean and nice, but quite small (we just had the most basic room). For two people with medium-sized suitcases it felt tight, but we managed. Only basic toiletries, which is fine. Once again, the shower had one of those half doors, so you have to be cautious of water spraying everywhere when showing. Bedding was okay, and the mattress was too soft/springy for my taste.

Very good location in the center of Budapest, convenient parking nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to my next stay!

Bed was a bit too bouncy, light switches were a bit confusing, there is a bit of delay between pressing the switch and the light coming on, shower was our least favorite probably. We found the tile was very slippery, shower head felt cheap it didn’t stay in place, would be great to have a rainfall shower head, also the entire bathroom was flooded after having a shower.

Hotel was fab and so quiet. Staff were friendly. Location really good. Facilities were good. Housekeeping was really good. We left our cases with hotel whilst we went out on the last day. Safe.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. We had a superb holiday. Most people really friendly xxx

Location is very good. Near the main shopping street. The breakfast was tasty but every day is the same and that's boring and very expensive. The room was very clean and new decorated. Every day they left water as a compliment. Thanks for this!

The reception is not friendly they promised me to book taxi to the airport but at the end they can't do it and I was forced to find taxy in a hurry. And their answer was they can't do anything.
