Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, in the perfect location in the city center, yet quiet and away from the noise of the busy streets around. I will definitely come back. Great value for money.

Great location, close to metro and trams. St Stephen’s Basilica was a 5 min walk. Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Great buffet breakfast and friendly staff

Good breakfast. We had our room upgraded to a suite on arrival. Huge room, very clean with comfy beds and pillows and an excellent shower.Aircon in the room worked very well with easy controls.Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Excellent location for walking to the Opera, Parliament, Chain Bridge etc. We stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel for far less than a B&B in the UK. Superb value for money. Definitely recommended and would not hesitate to return.

Maybe a little variation in the breakfast menu, I missed my bacon. Otherwise all good.

Cleaning wasn't up to standard. Its a pity as that is the only negative.

The experience was good, but there is no parking available so for the business trip it was not ideal.

Breakfast was very standard, and the price for stay was just too much, there are better options in Budapest with this price level.

Great location, kind staff, and clean rooms, with quiet AC. The shower was very good. Comfortable pillows.

The toilet was uncomfortable because it was too high, and the square shape was unnatural and somewhat painful to seat on. Also the bed mattress was too stiff to my liking.

The hotel is located close to many attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the breakfast offering is very good.

The location of the hotel is a short distance from any attraction. The great staff and the host in an excellent way. They help with everything and with every question. The breakfast is excellent, rich and nutritious. The cleanliness is excellent everywhere and in every corner.

Stuff was very nice to us. Additionally they made us lunch boxes as a replacement to our breakfast that we couldn’t attend 🥰

12 Revay Hotel is centrally located hotel in Budapest, close to the St Stephen's Basilica and Andrassy Street. The location is in nice quiet neighborhood with amazing architecture. The reception staff are very kind, polite and professional answered all our questions. Great experience in Budapest

We booked a shuttle to the airport through reception. This service was advertised throughout the hotel. The driver turned up 25 minutes late. He was scruffy and drove a beat-up small private car. He drove erratically. He said he took credit card, then he had to stop along the way to set up an Apple Pay transaction. He actually tried to do it as he was driving, however we asked him not to as we did not feel safe. It was the worst decision to book this service. There were many taxis driving past the hotel.

The hotel is in a really good location for buses, trams and getting to tourist attractions (and a cat cafe!). Whilst the road outside was busy it wasn't noisy in the hotel and didn't affect sleep. The staff were really friendly and happy to help us out with questions. The hotel looks like the pictures - so we got what we were expecting.

The bar area lacks ambience, so wasn't somewhere you could unwind at the end of the day. We also found the beds a little bit hard, but that was purely personal preference.

What a great hotel for our 3 night stay. Ideally located for access to all areas of the city. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean room and public spaces. Extremely impressed as only rated a 3 star.

Originally booked an inner courtyard view but was given an upgrade to a “superior room” on arrival. This unfortunately was in the attic space of the building. These rooms have small high level windows which meant the only view was of roofs opposite and the sky. As we only used the room as a base it didn’t spoil our visit. A courtyard room on a lower level would have been adequate.

The location was great. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay there again. Attractions were within walking distance and metro was close for those areas that were farther.

Very clean room with a good amount of space. Bathroom had a nice shower. Breakfast was included and pretty good. Hotel was in a great location.

I chose the hotel as it is minutes from the first stop of the Hop On Hop Off bus but was very pleased with my choice. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with staff continually replenishing food items.

The only slight issue was there were no English tv channels apart from one news channel. Not too much of a problem as we weren’t there to watch tv but it would have been nice to be able to watch something whilst we had a bit of chill time in the room

Location is excellent, right at city center in walking distance from restaurants and stores. Modern amenities and squeaky clean.

Perfect location, very good breakfast.

There is 4 floors in this hotel, andc the 4th floor is under the roof as result it was too hot in the room . The weather in Budapest was about 20 dreees. I can't imagine what will be in rooms on the 4 the floor during the summer. In May we survived only because A/C worked for maximum. Dental clinic shares hall with this hotel..and the same entrance...

Great location, being very close to the Opera and St. Stephen's Basilica and with easy access to public transport. The breakfast is varied and they even prepared some special foods because I am allergic to milk.

Very good value for money for a 3-star hotel! Excellent location, close in the city center, St. Stephen Cathedral, metro & bus stations, while at the same time it is in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast with great variety of warm and cold dishes. Very good coffee! The bar is open until late and serves very good craft beer. Modern and clean rooms with adequate facilities. The room had air-conditioning which provided adequate heating during our stay.

The toiletries only had a general soap/shampoo which was decent. It’s better to buy or bring your own. However, it is OK and I wouldn’t consider it a major problem. The standard rooms don’t have a fridge, which might be necessary to store some stuff and water.

We loved the location - it was very central and made it easy to walk to all of the main sights. The room was spacious and the breakfast was superb!

We struggled with the temperature in the room. It was very hot without the air con on but then very noisy with the air con.

Great selection for breakfast and always being topped up with fresh items. Room was so quite and didnt hear any inside or outside noise. Easy check in and check out. Really good value for money. Room was cleaned daily
