Zoom Hotel, Brussels

Hotel has good location, the room was great size. I believe we were upgraded to an xl room which was appreciated as we travelled with a baby. Parking nearby possible. Overall very nice, calm neigborhood .

Our room shared a wall with a bar so it was a bit noisy. We understood that the breakfast was 20 euros per room per night but in reality it was the price per person per night so there was there a bit of a miscommunication there during check in. The breakfast is okey, could be better for the price point. The neighbourhood has plenty of options otherwise for breakfast or dining.

The bed was comfy and room size is good enough.

The breakfast was terrible with extremely high price. 20€ for person but lots of items were missing in breakfast, which they listed.

The price more economist than any hotel in that area. The hotel near my meeting place. The hotel room is spacious.

Lift so slow and small capacity, the steps of stairs have different widhts. Lighting in the room are not bright.

The room was massive, very comfortable bed and great breakfast. The staff were always super friendly.

This hotel was slightly more out of the city centre than I expected, roughly a 20 minute walk to grand place but There are lots public transport options very close by.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, 24h reception. Spacious room, very comfy bed. I would definitely return in my next visit.

Nothing really to mention. Very good sound proof in the room towards the street and the bathroom. Not so much vs the common areas/stairs, which made the moments when the cleaning ladies where out of the room a bit noisy, but still.

Great location, quirky but attractive decor and wholesome breakfast (freshly cooked eggs and home squeezed orange juice.

The room was spacious. The hotel is on a quite street, but close to many shops and restaurants in the surrounding neighborhoods.

I found the bed a bit soft, but I like hard beds...

The price for accommodation...

The loaction seems in a safe area (many brand shops around the hotel) and reasonably near the Grand Palace (in about 20min walking distance). The room was very spacious and the A/C was working properly so that my stay was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thigg I did not like is that I found some dusts on top of the coffee machine in the room. Nevertheless it worked and I enjoyed tasty coffee.

We booked 2 double rooms, both of them are excellent and big! beds are compy and superb! We could rest very well after lots of walk and sightseeing. Quite yet easy to reach tram station or Luise station. Somehow there are some magic in the water that after washing hands or shower the skins are still feeling like just applied with lotion...

Lighting is a bit dark but relaxing.

The hotel was cosy. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. The location was excellent.

Everything was excellent—the room, the location, the staff who were so friendly and responded to our every need. We really liked the area, away from the tourist crowds but still very central and well connected with great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would happily stay there again when in Brussels.

Room was big, spacious with everything you need. But ventilation in the room was not great. Location is great. You can walk to most of the attractions or take public transport. Also there was a parking space managed by third party which I used and was happy with that. We managed our own breakfast. There was a store in front of the Hotel where you can get your daily needs.

Ventilation in the room could be improved. It may not be applicable to all the rooms.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The area in the lobby was relaxed & much more quiet than we anticipated it would be. The location was great too for us to get around Brussels.

Receptionist had not been informed by manager that I'd asked for a quiet room (after serious problems with noise during my previous stay) Room was very hot when I arrived - it would have been great to close the curtains and window to keep the heat out.
