The room had a large, comfortable bed and was clean. Good location near Louise. A bit far from the historic centre but a pleasant walk away. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly snd helpful.

There was only a small table fan in the room, which isn’t ideal in the summer. Housekeeping came by pretty early (when I was still in the room) and didn’t bother to come back later even though requested to do so. The towel rack is awkwardly positioned right next to the toilet, forcing you to sit on the toilet at a weird angle

The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with a smile, offered great local recommendations, and made our stay quite enjoyable.

The wooden floor is very noisy. You wake up everyone in the room if you step on it during the night, going to the bathroom A small fridge would have been useful The bathroom door lock wasn’t working

Great location, comfortable bed and large airy bathroom.

Room was very hot and the a/c wouldn’t operate. I was told it was because the outside temperature was below a certain level. Advised to keep windows open which meant a certain level of street noise. Small niggle on an otherwise good visit.

Would have like more lighting in room. Would have eaten breakfast if it was more reasonably priced.

All staff were very helpful and we felt very comfortable and welcomed in this hotel. We stayed one night so didn't have much chance to explore just how much is around the hotel but it was a short walk from some bars and restaurants. You can buy drinks at the hotel bar at a very reasonable price and take it to your room if you wish.

Sympathetic staff, cozy room in the attic (A5.02) with two big roof windows, the location is pleasant and handy

The room was weirdly overheated all three days, the lamps are just weird and not very handy (but at least the light is warm), the water pressure in the shower is weak

Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Great breakfast and staff extremely kind and friendly. Overall a good hotel.

There was poor lighting in the room, especially around the bathroom mirror. If you need to apply make-up, the lighting would be insufficient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large and nice, and small fridges were available. The beer selection was also excellent. The hotel is located near public transit and there are many stores and restaurants nearby.

As mentioned by others, you could hear people in adjacent rooms and our room was so dark that it was hard to find things. Would've been nice to have a kettle rather than just a coffee machine

Brilliantly iconic decor, very pleasant staff, bags could be left before/after check-in/out, early check-in/out was available, drinks and food available on arrival and check-out, breakfast offered but we ate out (the food did look good though), good social atmosphere and perfect location for the city and transport links to the rest of brussels (tram, metro and bus), short walk from most places. Would go back and would definitely recommend!!

The room could have been a little cleaner, there were old marks from soap and bottles on the bathroom sink, some minor dust and cobwebs, and the outermost curtains to the window in the bathroom had some minor mould on them. But overall clean enough and an enjoyable place to stay, would go back and would definitely recommend!!

I could hear a person walking in the room above and it was quite noisy. isolation could be better. had to use earplugs

The hotel was very charming, and we loved the look and feel. Shout out to Oliver at the front desk for making us feel welcome. Side note: If you don't do well with stairs, this place might be a bit difficult for you since many of the rooms are only accessible via some form of stairs. But if you make a request known beforehand, you should be fine.

The hotel is really close to everything. There's a small kiosk across the hotel where you can get water and some snacks, the trams are right at the corner of the hotel, and the subway stop Louise is about 10mins walk.

Would be nice to have a fridge in the room though.

well placed in a clean area. Very friendly and helpful staff . The room was quite big for a downtown hotel. It was perfect for a business trip.
