Lovely hotel and staff but would not expect to have criticisms of a hotel with this reputation.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff delightful
Over bath shower flooded the floor each time. Some towels were threadbare.

Perfect location for the Grand Place.
Location and friendly staff at front and bell desk.
Restaurant service was difficult. Bartender was great. Wait staff at breakfast did not speak English and messed up our order on two consecutive days.

Best location, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast.
Beautiful building and interior, amazing location next to the Grand Place. Friendly, cheerful staff and a lovely welcome gift. Delicious breakfast, and very child friendly.
Our bedroom looked out the back so the view wasn’t great, although this didn’t matter as we weren’t in the room for long! I think rooms looking out the front have a great view though.

Definitely stay here
It has the friendliest and the most helpful staff I have ever seen in European hotels. Location was perfect. You can walk everywhere.
Concierge was unbelieveably good. They made the diner reservation and their coices was very good. Especially Haluk was perfect. He even gave us helpful notes about the city that we'll visit next day.
Breakfast buffet was enough and delicious. Room was very clean, chic and comfortable
If i go to Brussels again, i'd like to stay there again, no doubt.

Great location for a stay in Brussells
The hotel is in the best possible location a couple of minutes walk from the main square. The staff were charming and went out of their way to help and advise. The room wasn't huge but very comfortable

Professionalism of the staff and their attention to the needs of the guests. Very comfortable room and perfect bed!
The bar was being refurbished at the time of our visit, but it should be restored to its glory now.

I would stay here again! The hotel is magnificent .
This hotel is superb in every way. The hotel is gorgeous the rooms are big and the location is beyond belief. When you stay here you are really part of the Grand Place.
The restaurant breakfast is too expensive for what they offer (even for a 5 star hotel). We found better breakfast steps away for less than half the price.

Location is excellent; it locates the heart of Brussels attractions, it is the focus of all around.
The staff are absolutely more than perfect, especially Marc, and Haluk and some others sorry I did not their names. Although we met with big problems with our vehicle which disrupted our rest journey, however, the luciest thing was I chose this hotel, because of the staffs and their nice and professionalism of service.
5 stars for recommending the hotel, for their service and for the locations.
