Playfull, Tokyo inspired design. Pool is a nice touch although we didn't use it Decent breakfast

The pool is open 9 to 7 so not accessible for hard working people. Also it seems a play pool not a swim pool. Breakfast from 7am is also late when you work and need to be at meetings. Maybe a better choice for leisure than business travellers.

It was a very nice room. The decor and aesthetics of the hotel were good. Being nice to an Aldi grocery store was a perk!

There is a great deal of ‘noise’ at night with the rooftop bar continuing into the streets. Since we were traveling as a family with our two daughters it was a little loud for us while sleeping.

The location is amazing. Lots of nice cafés and bars around, great for younger crowds. The rooftop area was also very nice.

We came at a time when the elevator wasn't working, and had to always use the stairs including with our luggages up to the 4th floor. All facilities also seemed much bigger on the pictures.

One of the elevators was broken and hence we had to wait a lot. Other one also got stuck a lot, maybe because it was overused. In booking.com the parking fee is specified as 15€ but we were charged 19€. Nights were loud, in the street and also hotel lobby

I liked the whole rustic/ rural vibe. The lobby had a particular smell, which I liked a lot, the room was very clean and well furnished. The staff is very friendly and solution oriented.

The room was not well isolated since I could hear people speak until late in the night. I was hoping to get some job done, however the Wifi did not work.

If I had to mention something that was not so pleasant, it would be the WIFI connection, in our room there was only connection on one side and it was a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that everything was amazing!

I booked for the room for 4 and it was pretty small

The hotel was quite literally what you would expect from its price. Everything was decent. The breakfast was nice, it was a cute atmosphere and some variety. The location was ideal for me, it was about 20 minutes away from the city center but it was a very nice walk there, it felt like a safe neighborhood. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. Big thanks to them for being so cheerful.

I would say the rooms were a bit smaller than the pictures. The beds were also not the most comfortable (too hard for my taste, it would depend on one’s liking to say they were uncomfortable). There is room for improvement but I think it was very cost-effective.

Breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. The location is quite convenient. Close to the tram line. The room size was ok. Bathroom was also nice. The swimming pool available on the terrace is only for a quick stretch. It is of course very shallow and you cannot really swim. You can only stretch your body. The water temperature was fine, even for a relatively cold day.

A small changing room near the swimming pool would be nice. At the moment you have to wrap the towels and go to you room to get dressed.

Lovely hotel, quirky decor, nice staff, great food. We also really enjoyed the bar and a quick dip in the pool.

There was an odd noise (?air in water pipes) in our room which disturbed our sleep, but the staff were very sympathetic and helpful, getting a technician to check it out in the morning and allowing us a later check out. A friend stayed in another room and couldn't hear the noise, so I think it was specific to our room and hopefully fixed since then.

The spa is not part of the hotel and we had a very different expectation so this left us very with a good feeling. Also the pool area and terrace was small and felt a bit cramped

The place is very pleasant. Unfortunately we couldn’t eat at the restaurant. It was full. The swimming pool also was too cold.

Small lifts, small corridors, relatively small rooms. It feels a bit claustrophobic.

The hotel smells good, sauna type of hotel easily to access. Bed was really comfy.

House keeping comes too early, water pressure is too low, sometimes while showering the hotel water went too high sometimes went too cold without touching the nob. And also very slow internet.

Really clean and neat generally. The equipment is maybe not necessarily very new, but still decently good. The staff were quite warm and friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable.

It is regrettable that I have to say this, but Wi-Fi was terrible. Most of the time I couldn't get my devices connected, and even when it was successful the network was unstable and slow, and only after a short while they got disconneted.

It was an amazing stay. I really liked the establishment, it's unique and creative. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I missed vegetables at breakfast. (Besides that everything else was amazing.)

The whole experience was just wonderful... charming neighbourhood, welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable rooms. The hotel has an amazing and vibrant restaurant, a very cool rooftop bar and a beautiful spa that you can benefit from...what's not to love!

There could have been a mirror in the bedroom, not just in the bathroom...

The room was nice and spacious for a couple and our baby. We booked a queen bed with a bunk bed that we used for storage. The room was cleaned every morning aside from the last day. We liked the soaking rooftop pool, there were 3 other people in the pool, it is small but nice. Nice pack and play provided for our baby.

There was a noisy group of teens on the last night but they weren't loud late into the night. Really slow elevator and tiny. We crammed us and our pram in but it was tight. A few coffee shops and resturants in the area but not a ton, plan to travel into town.

There was a coffee machine in the room, however it wasn’t replenished nor was the tea. The bar was cool.

No phone in the room, there also wasn’t a fridge. The sauna wasn’t open, nor was the spa (the reason I booked this hotel)

In rooms there was no drinking water, this would have been a plus. The breakfast menu was very limited, this can be improved too.

It was very nice and spacious and the room and bathroom was very clean. The hotel is located in a good area with many amenities, very close to shops, restaurants and cafés. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Nothing really. The decor in the corridor to my room referenced street art, which took a bit of getting used to but other than that the whole experience had a chilled vibe.

The room was very nice. Loved the vibes and decorations, feels very homie, but also comfortable. You've got everything you need in the room, the bed is very comfortable. Staff was great, we could park our car just in front of the hotel for extra. The breakfast was very good in the super well decorated restaurant.

I am not very sensitive but I can imagine the room being a bit noisy. We were on the 3rd floor with windows on the main avenue, and I believe that if you are noise sensitive, it's not the best.

Hotel was great for a large group of us travelling to the city. Rooftop bar was a cool spot and the cocktails really good. We used the Japanese bath spa. Was a lovely experience and not too expensive.

Reception staff were not over friendly and it seemed to be a hassle to check us in. They didn’t appear happy to be at work. Bar was meant to be open till -am but was closed early two nights of our stay out of three
