Correct room a bit small but clean , kind and efficient staff.

Difficult to open the window as we had an smoke outlet of closest building nearby. A bit expensive price/quality.

The events were brilliant- they really worked hard to create a sense of community, without pushing anyone to get involved. The Boston skyline tour guide was lovely and very knowledgable, and the staff were helpful and accommodating.

Sheets that stay on the bed more readily!

I always stay here when I’m in Boston – the best value for money.

Location, staff, plenty of restrooms, kitchen with lockers, quiet room

Bathrooms were not as clean to feel comfortable. It was pretty chilly in the room. I was about to ask for a second blanket. Walls are thin. I could hear our neighbors talking as if they were in the room.

location was great, some staff were attentive and helpful, the hostel organized fun tours and activities. The bed was comfortable, nice hangout area with pool, enough private bathrooms and showers

the rooms with 6 bed were quite small and narrow

The owners were intentional about what a nice hostel should look like. - The accessibility to Chinatown, Downtown and other key areas is really great. - Refunding is seamless if you don’t intend to complete your full stay. - Lots of recreation activities, you can easily make friends with fellow hostel-mates. - Nice artworks and modern designs.

- I had to request before my bed was cleaned or I got a new towel. - There was also a poo stain left in the toilet that wasn’t cleaned for a while. The cleaners kept missing it and it got me really disgusted with using the bathroom close to my dorm. They need to be more thorough with cleaning toilets.

Amazing location in the center of the city, there were great activities provided by hostel, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, there is a lot of public space to hang and chill.

Some of the pans and pots were old and need to be replaced

Location is great, the installations are very good and it's very clean. The staff is very friendly. 2nd time I stayed here and I do recommend it.

Now there is no bread and butter included on the morning coffee, hopefully it will be included again.

I love the tour guide. They were so knowledgeable of the history of the area is very informative of a lot of local establishments.

It would be great to have breakfast, pastries or donuts in the lobby and maybe bring back the Ben & Jerry’s dairy non-dairy ice cream.

Great location near Chinatown and the park. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Offers walking tours and pub crawls. Large shared bathrooms.

It's a really great option to stay as a solo traveler. The location is perfect, close to everything and the staff and facilities are perfect.

The bathroom was clean, but I had a homeless person in my room, which made it look dirty. I asked to be moved and the staff were so nice. They solved the problem, and I could continue my stay, but after that experience, I was a little concerned about the cleaning of that place.

The location is perfect! Every attraction is near the hostel! The dorms are spacious and offer some privacy. You can find everything at the hostel : food, beverage, flyers for attractions,…

The location isnt bad & in decent walking distance to where the bus to and fro airport is.

Nice hostel, you have everything, you need: private bed with curtains, socket and a light, linens and towel, a locker for your luggage. Enough of bathrooms at the floor, I never had troubles with occupied one. A lot of cooking spots in the kitchen, a boiling water pump allows you to make tea immediately. You can leave your luggage before and after check in/out. Close to the center and train stations. They also have a laundry room, although I didn't use it

Everything was perfect beside the lack of sharp knifes in the kitchen. I would think of taking my own one from home next time, because I didn't like peeling the cucumber and avocado using a table-knife. I wonder how other people cut the onions and potatoes with them

The location was great. Near the train station. Edge of Chinatown with it’s fantastic restaurants. Plenty of communal spaces in the hostel. Great vibe.

I was in a mixed dorm and the other room mates were a bit noisy. Not the hostels fault though. There was an option to pull a curtain across the bunk so that was nice for privacy.

Nice dorms with privacy curtains. Plenty of bathrooms and a great touch with the shelf of fresh floor mats provided in each bathroom for after a shower. I wish more hostels would do this!

The air con could not be controlled by individual rooms. I could image this is an issue on hot days

It’s so pretty has tones of activities places to seat and just know other people it’s close to the subway and they have guided tours.

I got all I needed: a nice clean bed and a shower. And location is very convenient

There are many bathrooms, with different sizes. Some are rather dirty and have standing water. The showerhead has weak water flow, and the temperature is hard to adjust. When I was taking a shower, it was too hot.

View, ambiance, cozy

The staff was kind, the place was clean and welcoming, the free activities the hostel provided every day were fun and enabled good interaction with other travelers. I liked that I had my own space in a 4-roomate bedroom. It enabled me to rest and to interact with the others when I choose too. There are more than enough bathrooms and showers, and they clean it frequently.

The bed I got was the top one and it was not easy for me to get up and down every time.

The hostel is in a good location and there is plenty space in the common room area for activities or general relaxation. Rooms were clean, facilities good and majority of staff were helpful.

The washrooms were clean and they have a spacious reception area. The location of the hotel was perfect. They allowed me to keep my luggage safely after checking out and their front desk staff were very kind

The dorm room's floor was very unclean. It was greasy and there was a risk of the beds getting stained if one steps on them. The dorm can improve by having a rug or floor mat inside the room.

Very convenient location, near metro stations and the city center is reachable on foot within 15 minutes.

The showers functioned a bit confusingly when it came to selecting the temperature of the water. I had to wait ~1 min to adjust the temperature. The showers were kind of old too..

This is a fantastic hostel. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The facility is top notch, well maintained, and always clean. It is safe, quiet, and well appointed. I cant say enough positive about my stay.
