I loved everything. The staff was very friendly. The hostel is perfectly clean and comfortable. The location is central, so you can go anywhere. Thank you for a great stay.

Huge & so-well organized hostel. It is super clean, offers multiple bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with a view on Boston streets. We very much liked the central location and modern design. I recommend this place to any budget travelers!

All the staff were so kind and helpful! The private room was good size and a great shower with hot water. We loved the daily activities and did several. Location was fantastic!! We played pool. It’s great to use the kitchen. They have milk in the morning for coffee. Security was good and we felt very safe. We would stay again!

It was a little noisy at night. The coffee wasn’t the best. The hair dryer didn’t work but they gave me another to use. The light by the bed was broken and they fixed it the next day.

It's a cozy and comfortable place for people who travel alone.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of Boston!

I understand that keeping things organized and clean can be quite challenging in a large facility. However, both bathrooms near my dorm were out of service, and the bathroom in the other dorm was unfortunately dirty for two days, with the soap dispenser also broken. I hope these issues can be looked into to make everyone's experience better.

The from is too cold

Amazing staff all around. They accepted delivery for a small parcel I had arrive, with no fuss or worry. Flexible booking arrangements, they were very understanding of my airport delays/missed flights and amended my booking without hesitation. Amazing location.

Nothing!

Very nice location. Very clean and has all things which I needed such as towels toiletries lockers. Leaning was very clean and nice. Beds are nice and comfortable. I was in the room with seven other women. I forgot to use earplugs so I did hear a person coming in and another person leaving at night, but didn’t bother me too much I noticed and then fell asleep in dead deadly. Otherwise at all quiet and I had a nice sleep. The only thing I would mention that is not in details of the hostel. You need to have your own lock for the locker. You can buy it thrown them. But if you would like me who has a lock, you probably want to shake it with you. Otherwise they do provide I should say that and it was only eight dollars. Overall, a very good space. Priced a little bit higher for a bed than I would expect.

Price is a bit higher for a bed in a hostel, but then everything is expensive in Boston.

The location was great. I believe it's one of the only hostels in Boston, so great if you don't want to spend lots of money in accommodations. The lockers in the room are spacious, the beds are comfy, they provide towels and I loved that they have bath mats in the showers that helps keep the bathroom tidy. They also keep your luggage for no additional fee and I liked that the bathrooms were outside of the room. Take the tours that they provide in the hostel, they are great and you can meet other travellers!

The kitchen does not have enough utensils/mugs for everyone. There were no utensils on 2 out of 3 mornings I stayed there. The noise in the hall comes into the room, so the room can be a bit noisy. Also, they cancelled one of the hostel tours and didn't provide any notice or different options, which was a bummer!

Location was great, easy access to food/coffee/public transport/attractions like Boston Commons, Newbury St, Beacon Hill. Staff was always nice and attentive. Take your stay at face value - you're staying in a hostel.

Everything about the place was good

Just a bit pricey for one night

Location is great, close to subway station. 2nd floor common room has all cooking utilities and utensils. I reserved a bed in a 8-person room. Great bargain for the price. Bathroom had plenty of tissues and toilet paper. Also bath mats were abundant.

Bathroom was out of shampoo, hair dryer was loud. At late night you could hear ambulance sirens a few times, strongly suggest sleeping with ear plugs.

Centrally located easy walk from South Station - about 25 minute walk from the Silver Line World Trade Center station.

Snoring and the mattress was a little thin but my bunk was clean and secure.

Nice location, enjoyed the free walking tour in one of the afternoons. Huge place, options to hang out with people or be by yourself, I enjoyed that very much.

I had the top bunk and was constantly disturbed by people turning the light on at night. Would be nice to have a curtain or some way to block it.

The room got extremely hot and I was told the ACs had been turned off due to the Boston weather getting cold and so I should open the window to let in cold air.

Well located, good rates, spacious and clean

Everything was great. Secure, safe, clean. Lots of options for essential or food item purchases. There's also hosted events how fun. Loved this hostel

Only complaint is there wasn't much hot water for the showers. Wifi could also be stronger in the rooms.

Great location, right next to the Boston Commons and Chinatown. The private bathrooms and showers were great, I never had to wait for one on my floor. The vibe is great, very social and the events they put on are good.

I wish the water bottle fillers on each floor were a little faster.

The hostel is really modern and has loads of facilities, social events, staff are amazing. Our room was a good size and we paid more for an ensuite as it's just so much easier and comfortable. The bed was so comfy and we slept well, mainly due to it being the end of a 3-week road trip so we were tired! Option for secure left luggage was great as we were due to fly out in evening. Also appreciate there's no breakfast provided so lots of options around area or there's food you can buy at reception. We had a good walk around area – for food/drink: *Fuchun Ju (Beach St) in Chinatown is very reasonably priced, great food and service. Very quick! Which is ideal when you are super hungry *Democracy Brewery (Temple Place) is great for drinks, we had beer flights and a cocktail each *Brattle Books (West St) is great for a browse, we went Sat morning and there was a book sale set up in the lot next to the shop which was great! $1-5 a book! If you love science fiction or obscure book titles, its a must. *Trident books in Back Bay (Newbury St) is also a great bookstore and cafe. Back bay is about 20mins walk from the hostel but a really good area for bars and restaurants. *View Boston at Prudential Tower – we'd not usually do something so touristy but after a long day it was just really nice to get a view of the city and enjoy a cocktail! Treat yourself. *Harvard area - try Mr. Bartley's Burger Cottage – it doesn't just do burgers. Its a Boston institution and tiny, but the food is great. Tip: it doesn't have a restroom but you can use the one at Smiths Campus Center along the street.

Its downtown in a city, expect some street noise (were up on floor 5 at front) – especially from cars with mega sound systems driving past. But to be fair, this got quieter after midnight on the Friday.

We were able to stay together as a family which was great with my little kiddos. It was quiet enough and we loved the chinatown location with lots of playgrounds nearby. Kind staff!

The staff was great! Very central location, close to various public transportion options, including a subway station. The beds are comfortable and the showers are spacious and clean. Everyone in the hostel was very friendly. There are multipule activities taking place in the hostel everyday, no extra charge. Great hostel, very nice people.

What I didnt like about the property is just the constant noises outside. Had to use my ear plugs just to shut the noise and get some rest
