Really cares about sustainability

I liked the location the most. It was very convenient to get a subway either from Downtown or south station. The staff was helpful. The atmosphere was chill and there was a sense of comfort. I liked that they were so tourist friendly and organised various events for hostellers to get to know Boston.

During my stay, the lighting in the restroom on 4th floor was not functional. I feel that could have been taken care of !

Very friendly staff, always ready to help us. They had free tours organized and we went on one and really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but did the job! Location was fantastic!!

For the price, the hostel had a very good localisation, close to everything, the food was amazing and the hostel very clean

Boston is difficult to navigate but not the hostels fault.

Comfortable beds, linens included and towels. Breakfast was decent.

Could be cleaner, sheets had someone else’s hair in it. Bathroom out of order in our floor.

Staff were kind, helpful and friendly. Place was ideally located, room was clean and everything functioned as it should. Nice communal areas and free baggage storage. Also nice card left for us on the bed and a map with places staff suggest to check out in Boston. Really was a nice spot

Located near Chinatown, not far from South Station, you can take the Silver Line from the airport to the hotel free of charge

The blanket is too thin, the bed by the window has no Wi-Fi signal

Spacious common spaces, beds were descent to sleep on, nice kitchen, cleaners cleaned bathrooms everyday, nice staff members, close to restaurants, nice fireplace in lobby.

Room was cold.

The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful with the customer service experience, and it seems like they work with a very sense of Pride, which is a good thing.

Couldn’t find anything.

It was very convenient for me to stay there because it was easily accessible from the airport (it took me a short ride in metro to get there). Also, they provided free breakfast and took care of my luggage while I sightsaw the city just by walking

Its experience is reasonable for what you pay, so any thing that I dislike is a minor convenience

Certainly! Here's the updated version with your additional feedback: The breakfast was delicious, and the place is beautiful and unique. I loved the large lockers, as well as the lights and outlets on the bunk beds. Everything worked perfectly! The curtain on the beds for privacy was a fantastic touch, and the bedding was warm and comfortable. The towels and showers were great as well. The hangout areas were wonderful for relaxing, and the breakfast offered a great variety, with some DIY options which I really enjoyed. The staff was professional, and the environment was diverse and welcoming. Customer service was easy, simple, and efficient. The whole place felt very safe, and everything worked as it should.

I'll definitely stay again.

Great location, breakfast is good compared to other hostels I’ve stayed at. Staff are friendly and really helpful, we were able to store our luggage on day of arrival and departure. Would stay again!

Difficult problem of neighbors who snore. I can deal with it as long as I can talk to staff and switch rooms if I need.

Impeccable as all HI Hostels. Clean, comfortable bunk beds and bathrooms, spacious common areas, and a good selection of breakfast. Right in the city center, easily reachable from the airport in about 30 minutes by Silver Line South Station bus stop or Orange Line Chinatown subway station.

The only improvement would be a better pillow and blanket

The pricing could be a bit low, and I would love to get to stay for more than 15 days in a calendar year.

The breakfast was continental however it was great!! Coffee, tea, apple and orange juice, bread, bagels, ham cheese, fruit, yoghurt, granola and cereals. We booked a private room with en suite

Nothing really

I really enjoyed my stay and I'd stay here again if I ever come back to visit Boston! The room, bed, bathroom, kitchen and communal area were clean and tidy. Breakfast was great! Checking in was easy and the staff who checked me in was nice. Location is great as well. 10/10.

The location, amenities and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast was also nice. The property is in the chinatown so lots of places to eat. The curtains and plugs were nice althought the curtain don’t block all the light

Rooms were bit cold especially considering my bunk bed was right next to the window. Asked the front desk for extra blanket.

It's a very comfortable and safe hostel. A lot of staff, very nice people and it's super well organised.

The girls in my room kept being quite noisy during the night but it's not really the hostel.. it's just people.

Great central location. They also hosted an evening social function with a couple of free beers and snacks. Privacy bunk curtains. Includes breakfast.

Breakfast: breads, yogurt, Fruits, beverages, so many choices, super satisfying. the hostel is maintained very well, so clean and safe. The employees were all very nice. The dorm was good, having extra restrooms outside the dorm, absolutely enough for everyone!

Location was great, the common rooms were a great addition, the bean bag room was good. Breakfast was good each morning and I enjoyed the had events and things to do to meet new people and explore the city.

The bed wasn't the most comfy, kind of sinks in the middle making it hard for two people to sleep. It's really the only complaint.

Great location, with a basic and nice breakfast included, good infrastructure and wonderful activities almost daily. The bathrooms/toilets are individual in the corridors, with several options per floor.

As in any hostel, there are people who snore, make noise, arrive at inappropriate hours and make a lot of noise. If you are looking for a place to rest, this may not be the best option... The beds have curtains, but they do not block out the light properly.

The breakfast was very great, and they offer free coffee 24/7.

The staff was lovely, I could easily wash and dry my clothes, and I participated in a free tour guided by a nice architecture gentleman with interesting and funny stories about MIT. The free breakfasts were perfect, people were nice, and everything was close, the conference building where I went and all the shops and parks, etc. I recommend the place!

The room and the whole building were so cold, that I froze to death, I slept in a winter coat, hat, scarf, cardigan, and two layers of trousers, and still froze.

Loved the location and the lobby area. There's also a great co-working space.

There was a light in the room that can't be turned off. Make sure to bring something to cover your eyes.

Good location, easy walk to downtown area. Clean facilities. Basic breakfast provided. Ability to leave bags prior to checkin for free.

Room was a bit cold, and heating initially didn’t work. Room unfortunately not ready on checkin.

A door Banging noise is heard at night because people enter and exit the room.

It is a wonderful hostel. The price, the location, the installations and the staff are great.

The location is amazing, a few steps from city center and also directly in front if the China town, The hostel offer small breakfast fro free also which is good if you are a light breakfast person
