It was close to where we wanted to be the TD Garden

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Overall a lovely place, but as an older person the touch screen check in and small rooms were not my cup of tea. Staff was extremly helpful, found us a larger room, and assited at eveyturn. Highly recommended for young business travelers and couples.

Property was very clean and had a modern vibe. Our room was beautiful and perfect for the two of us and had the most gorgeous view.

The one down side was no free parking at the property.

The room was clean and, while compact, had everything we needed (except glasses to drink from).

The bed being surrounded on three sides by walls. This made it VERY difficult to get in and out of the bed (with 2 people) during the night to use the restroom, especially when you are of a mature age.

I wasn't a fan of the sink being in the main part of the room. And it took me a minute to get used to the dimensions of the small room. Not to mention the bed being pushed up against the wall.Really liked the quieky and artistically themed decor. Also loved the view.

Conveniently located next to TD Garden and a lot of restaurants. Best views of the City!!!! I liked that after the Celtics game you had to show your key card to get in the building.

Perfect location next to TD Stadium and train station, with easy access to markets and downtown Boston.

I love the modern feel with the tablet as a remote, the customized lighting and the bathroom being a wet room. The shower head was perfect and the water temp was amazing. The view was awesome-the shades that went up and down another plus. Had to call for face towels though. Bag storage saved the day after check out. Our flight wasn’t until 8pm. This has become my favorite hotel chain.

We asked for face cloths and one actually ripped when I went to ring (spell check) it out.

We especiallally enjoyed the "common" area. Very fresh and vibrant. Also quiet enough for me to spen a few hours with coffe and computer for work and travel planning. Not our first citizenM stay so keep that in mind, preaching to the choir.

Didn't like is a bit too much, but the exercise room could be larger with just a few more machines. Rowing? Point is, three is a crowd down there.

Got a nice welcome, and staff generally pleasant. Location is the big plus here, very near to subways and trains. Some nice city views from higher floors.

Front desk not consistently staffed. Room unusually small for the high price...couldn't even access the window without crawling across the bed. Comfort level was average overall. Breakfast buffet, although with good options, wasn't hot.

Good location for Boston attractions. Our view of the city was stunning.

The room was tiny and not really easy for a couple. The bed was against the window so I had to crawl over my husband to get out of bed. The service was very hand off and impersonal.

Brilliant location. Walkable distance to many attractions. Also convenient for riding the T. Lights and TV can be operated using iPhone.

The hotel was a great location to the TD Arena for concerts and shows. The area was modern and clean. The staff were great and the surrounding area was safe.

The room was really small for the price paid in the area of Boston.

The decor is very cool, the hotel is near/ above North Station, breakfast was very nice, and the bar with its outside patio that looks over the city was great. The alarm feature in the room was very cool.

No coffee maker and no wash cloths.

The room had an amazing view of the city, and we were to personalize our room experience controlling lights/temperature/blinds/tv etc through an iPad. Very nice.

Ease of access from station. Very modern and quirky. Beautiful picture window with stunning city view. Rain shower and comfortable bed. The sightseeing tour bus stops were outside. Only 10 minutes walk to Quincy market and next to part of freedom trail out to Bunker Hill. Food hall, pubs and restaurants around area. Also very quiet. TD garden next door..

Unfortunately the positioning of the bed is such that is placed right up to the picture Window and is also high. It is difficult for person in window side to get in and out of bed. It also made it difficult to see the great view of the Boston skyline without having to climb up onto the bed to view it.

the location is unbeatable. Right on the north station train hub. Walkable to lots of boston. Breakfast is amazing and a great deal. $20 for good fresh food and lots of variety. Helpful staff.

The room. It is different. You really cant get your head around the size and scope of the room until you get into it. Great for solo travel, rough for a couple. No where to sit and work or whatever else.

Everything. Location was perfect. Next to a lot of coffee shops, bars, and very close to a cvs and 7-eleven. North Rail station is a 1 min walk.

Good location, great view, clean and comfortable room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Area felt safe.

Bathroom very small. No pool. Towels not very soft. Had to go to front desk to pick up items that should have already been in the room.

Location was perfect for events at TD garden, and our view, I just couldn't get over it! The best view of Boston we've ever had staying in the city.

The price was a bit high for the size of the room.

Great location close to the main sites of Boston and with really good transport links. Underground station just over the road made getting around so so easy. Room was great and good size. Bed very comfy.

Perfect- all you need is there- perfect shower- comfy bed- great breakfast and nice stuff- very quiet and clean

Loved the friendly staff and the bed was very comfortable. Also loved our view and the iPad controls - very cool!

The bathroom was dreadful. Zero privacy, the door didn’t close all the way and was literally see-thru. Also, every shower drenched the room.

Love the breakfast spread, and the built in bar/coffee bar. I love the outdoor patio and the overall design of the decor inside.

I wish the bed had an outlet like on it/ near it, there was only 1 wall outlet above the desk and my phone charger couldn’t reach while I was in bed otherwise that’s my only issue. My bed at home has an outlet built into the headboard so idk something closer to the bed so I can enjoy my device while it charges
