The location was fire!

Breakfast was wonderful. It was more than enough.

I would of spent 2 or 3 nights longer. I was there just for the Celtics game.

The staff was fantastic , location was perfect.

The view from the bedroom was incredible! The common areas were really cool to hang out.

The location is fantastic, right around the corner from the North End and Beacon Hill and right next to the TD Garden, and our room had a great view of the city.

No coffee in the room! But they do make nice espresso drinks downstairs in the fun lobby.

To expensive, I dont eat much in the morning so I opted out because of cost/inability to purchase a small portion.

Free Coffee, most places have free coffee all day, or at least sell it close to cost.

The mattress needed a new one, extremely old & lumpy! The tv did not work from the iPad at all. Took me 45 minutes to get one channel up on tv & went blank when tried to put on the news we needed to watch. No toothbrushes available as we forgot ours in a rush to pack.

No special treatment. No early check-ins allowed. Have to self check in which takes a few minutes. Not very helpful and possibly overworked staff.

Small room, but I knew that before arrival

The design and the vibes of the room were stunning. Our view was also nice to look at. The control from the IPad made it easy set the require needs of the room.

Wish the LED lighting was throughout the whole room. Also if the TV offered more channels/ functioned better.

We came down from Maine on the train for medical needs at Mass Eye and Ear. This hotel was convenient close to the train station and walking distance from Mass General where my husband had to go for his eye.

EXCELLENT location. On top of a central train station, a big supermarket, the Garden and within walking distance of Bunker Hill and everything in central Boston. And despite being on top of a train station and sports arena there was zero outside noise.

These rooms are small and there's almost no storage. I had to step over my luggage to get into the shower or leave the room. If you're sharing a room between two people the person on the far side of the bed will have to climb over the other person to get out.

Great staff. Great location. This is our garden spot now.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like. Everything was great.

I loved the decor and the proximity to The Garden, I couldn’t have anywhere more convenient for an event.

The only downside is that there was no parking included with my stay. I had to park at a nearby garage.

I love this hotel, it’s conveniently close to everything! Staff is very friendly, easy check in and check out. Me and my family stay here for all of our TD Garden events which is steps away. :)

Everyone was amazing from the time we checked in until the time we checked out !! Super friendly and helpful 😊 The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Everything was nice, hot and delicious !!

No wash cloths for the shower 😕 When you have a couple staying in a room, there should always be (at least) three towels. Women like to be able to wrap one around their hair after a shampoo ~ and then there would still be two other towels for the shower itself 😉

The property was amazing loved everything about it especially the view only had one small issue and if it wasn’t for that issue it would be a perfect 10 what that being said I rated it a 9

I was cold and you can’t turn the heat up on your own you have to ask staff to do it and wait for an hour or so for it to kick in I hate to be cold and guess should be able to control there own temperature please change that and I’ll be a guess forever I hope who ever reads this makes a change because I’m sure I’m not the only person who this is a problem for

Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Location is perfect especially if you are visiting TD Garden.

Extra towels would have been a plus but overall nothing really negative to say.

Loved the decor, the check in and check out process was smooth, the location is perfect, bed was so comfortable and the city view was amazing!

The TV didn’t work well and was unable to connect from The iPad. We ended up having to stream to the TV from our phone.

Clean room and friendly staff. View was spectacular.
