Amazing quality for the price

Excellent location, connection to train and subway, walkable to "downtown" an excellent room for people who spend time in town and not "in the room" if you are looking for a room to spend time in, this is not a "wellness" kinda place. it offers excellent space to sleep and work.

That it doesn’t have its own parking. The only parking nearby is for Td garden and expensive for a whole day. I also tried calling the front desk and was on hold for 7 minutes before being frustrated and hung up.

Room was beautiful. It was small but had plenty of amenities. The shower was cool. You can change the color and brightness of the entire room. The view absolutely beautiful.

The bed was again the window. It was beautiful to look out. However, if you’re sharing a bed you’ll have to climb over your bed buddy to go to the bathroom.

A plastic or glass cup was missing, there was no drink water in the room, and the shower holders were loose.

Fun and modern facilities great views and common areas, exceptional service and great coffee. Easy to get around city from the location.

Compact quarters great for solo travelers may be a little too compact for couples or families, little privacy with bathrooms.

This hotel was unlike any other that I have stayed at. The location was great as it was right next-door to TD Garden and North Station. I had read plenty of reviews on this hotel before I made my decision to stay here. Overall, it was a great experience, although I don’t know if I would spend more than a couple nights here at a time. And I also don’t think this is for everybody. But I would definitely stay here again if I were in Boston for a night or two. There is a lot to check out within the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the iPad in the room controls everything, including the color of the lights, which was fun.

I unfortunately did not enjoy the breakfast. I had read plenty of reviews on how awesome the breakfast was, but it was very underwhelming. The set up seemed a bit scattered, the scrambled eggs didn’t seem to be cooked all the way, all of the stations, including the coffee area needed a lot of attention, but nobody seemed to be cleaning or taking care of them. I really thought there would be more options than there were.

They let us check in super early to drop off luggage. Everyone was nice and helpful. 20 steps from TD garden was awesome.

Pillows were to big and firm. Suggest having a firm and soft option.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Fun decor, nice bar, and lounge area. The bed was very comfy, and had fun using the tablet to control temperature, lights, window shades and TV. Location so close, about 500 ft, to The Garden for the Celtics game. Also easy walk to North End for dinner. Definitely would stay there again.

The room was very small, which was fine for one night, but would see if they had larger rooms if staying for a few days.

The location was amazing, the staff was super friendly everytime we were coming or going and the room itself was all around very cozy

I loved how close we were to great food! We were also only a short ride away from Quincy Markey and Boston Commons which was very nice. The hotel lobby itself was a treat; we played board games and hung out while we were killing some time waiting to go out for the night. I also really like the 24/7 food bar in the lobby. Everything was so convenient and the hotel itself was so stylish and chic.

Wonderful stay! The location was fantastic with TD garden right below you (which means plenty of food spots, people, and a subway station). The staff was very helpful and accomadating and the hotel was very clean and tidy. We had the downtown view, which was gorgeous with good weather.

Nitpick: Bathroom was an interesting situation, where the sink was disjoint from the shower. Not a big problem at all nontheless.

The view was amazing, the location was perfect, very easy to find and navigate. We loved the little iPad that controlled everything. The lil lights game in the shower was fun as well!
