gorgeous, luxurious room, very quiet. super pat of town.

Staff were outstanding, especially Gavinder who was so attentive. The bar and restaurant staff also could not have done more.

Location could not be better for exploring Berlin. Room - well presented. Very comfortable bed. Staff - all very helpful, professional and could not do more to make your experience better. Buffet breakfast - one of the best I have had.

Bathroom felt a little small but still very functional.

In a touristic neighborhood, not much edgy Berlin vibe.

The hotel was very central. I loved the aesthetic both inside and out. The staff were super nice! Also, a big plus was that the bed was super comfy!! Will definitely stay again, next time in town.

Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean; everything was immaculately presented. Staff were very friendly and polite, and food and drink were excellent. Bed was very comfortable and there was no noise either from corridors (we were beside the lift) or the road.

Got water only on first day and rest of the daya no water was provided. To us it was strange.

A classy hotel in a great location with lovely staff who were professional but also very friendly & helpful. Rooms are spacious & clean with lovely rituals toiletries to use. Breakfast is exceptional a high quality plentiful menu to choose from, you could not be disappointed staying here.

The team was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was amazing—I was thrilled to have shakshuka specially prepared for me! The rooms are beautifully stylish, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed for our honeymoon and they decorated the room for us :) it was a lovely surprise! The breakfast buffet was great - lots of options for different tastes. Staff are friendly. The building is beautiful and well situated.

It was a bit of a walk to the station for our train to the airport, but not unmanageable. That was a very minor issue.

Not enough cupboard space. No place to unpack everything in the suitcase. But our room was large and comfortable.

The main entrance, bar, spa, breakfast and restaurant were superb.

The rooms didn’t match the grand entrance and the beds were a little soft. Also we wished the spa opened earlier.

Not great value for money but that's Berlin for you

I requested a quiet room and got one that was really, really quiet! Loved that! Breakfast is abundant and of outstanding quality. Public spaces inviting. Staff as professional and as personable as can be. Location is superb, within walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate and the phenomenal city park called Tiergarten, also to the entire cluster of beautiful things to see on the Museumsinse.

The location was excellent — very close to all the main tourist attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was very good and quite varied. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa, but it looked amazing, and the fitness room was well equipped.

The only downside was that the room felt a bit small.

The room was clean and the shower was excellent. The breakfast had a good variety of food and it was labelled clearly. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to most of our activities. 5 minute walk to the concert hall.

The price of a cup of tea in the bar was €7.00 which is ridiculously expensive. The food was very reasonably priced in the bar so that did not make sense. The main restaurant was expensive in our view. Re the breakfast, it was not clear whether you could order a pot of coffee or not. We only discovered you could do this when we saw other people with a pot of coffee.

Very central, clean and had everything we needed.

Rooms were small for an upgraded room, could see no difference with the classic that my daughter stayed in.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at TITANIC.from the first moment we entered we felt at home! The location is perfect!The hotel is beautiful but what made the stay exceptional was the absolutely fantastic staff! Our concierge now BFF Sebastian was and is terrific. We are experienced travelers but rarely have we connected in such a joyous and meaningful way with a concierge! The entire team is first class! We highly recommend this hotel and know it will be our home in Berlin!

Location excellent

The hotel is very well placed for exploring Berlin, close to the main sites and good transport links. Breakfast was varied and good quality - loads of choice. The room (superior) was spacious with good bathroom. Didn't have time to use the spa facilities.

The only downside was that I had requested a twin room in my booking (deluxe room) as was travelling with my son. At check in I was advised that all the twin rooms were occupied but offered upgrade (at a charge). The duplex room or junior suite options were too expensive and in the end they offered a superior room and put in a roll-away bed which was fine. I was a bit put out that they still charged an additional 20euros per evening. I think this charge could have been waived. I think the booking page on Booking.com should be clearer about this.

Extremely comfortable area for a shorter or a longer stay in Berlin. Location is wonderful, making all main points of the city reachable. The staff working in the property, starting from the reception workers, ending with room service have all been exceptionally nice and helpful. And please do not forget to visit the spa area, every detail is thought of. Truly great and reccommended service for an exceptional price.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located, within easy walking distance to most of the historical sites. Fabulous decor, spotlessly clean with very friendly staff. Comfortable beds, modern, clean bathroom. Self serve breakfast that had everything you could want to eat. Wonderful stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly, helpful staff and the cleanliness of this beautiful hotel. We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant and breakfast the next day was lovely with plenty of choices. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely big bathroom. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the spa but everything else was excellent. The hotel is well located to explore the city.

We can't fault our stay here. It was wonderful.

The location is nice, the lobby is a bit shiny but smells good and clean

I had to get a nice room after making a point(. The first room was not right- AC was broken, it was kind of dirty and small

Ad Hoc Service - Hit and miss with getting a table... we had to sit in the bar one morning as there was no room in restaurant.

Very convenient to Brandenburg Gate. Museum Island, Jewish memorial and most of the other key points of interest
