Lovely building in a great location. Reception area and lounge nice, rooms quiet and well equipped, if a bit on the small side. Breakfast and breakfast room could not be faulted and neither could the bar area. Spa had nice steamrooms and a hamam. Fitness room the best I´ve seen in a hotel. Staff were friendly.

Room service was somewhat annoying. Our bathrobes (which we used for the spa) were taken every day, but not replaced and when we asked for them to be replaced, it didn´t happen, not even when we asked reception. In the end we had to "attack" the room service wagon every day when we saw it and help ourselves to bathrobes (the maids understood neither German nor English). - A small thing - but could be avoided if the hotel told the maids to replace, not remove the bathrobes.

The staff was warm and hospitable, especially those in the restaurant , bar and breakfast area.

The housekeeping staff needed more training. Every day when they made up the room, there was something missing such as a towel, a washcloth, a pillowcase, tissues, Etc. Twice the curtains were on the floor when we came back to our room. Also, the size of your room was too small for 2 people. There wasn't even room for 2 luggage racks.

Everything was just perfect ! The staff is super helpful including all at the Reception and the amazing concierge Stefan and the people at the bar/restaurant including Tina. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a European Hotel.

The level of the facility in terms of luxry and comfort is probably a little over the price level, it is hard to measure of course but from my experience and in comparison with other hotels the comfort and what you get for the money when booking the hotel is well worth it.

Nothing in particular although for the breakfast my personal opinion is that it is always something that can be overseen, since like my mother I think one of the best things with staying in a hotel is to be able to have breakfast in the hotel.

Reception staff.. Onur was wonderful. Sebastian and other concierges were very helpful. The restaurant staff and especially the manager were extraordinary. Food was perfect.

The breakfast was superb. Alot of choice provided and the food was really good. There was plenty of staff about to help and it was very well structured. The food was really fresh and the coffee was excellent too!

The reception toilet facility was down stairs, would be good to have one on the ground level.

Central location. Excellent staff support. Constantly available hot water, especially needed during a very wet week. Bed large and comfortable.

There were no drawers, which was a very big disappointment. All the detritus of a holiday needs storage and easy access; maps, sunglasses, plastic maps, tickets, scarves, etc etc. Also underwear! I ended up using my suitcase on the floor to store items.

Warm welcome by friendly and helpful staff, keen to help us book any transport or excursions. We got shown around the hotel on arrival. Room was clean and very quiet. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. Amazing gym facilities with top of the line equipment (Technogym). breakfast offerings were fantastic, very good food. Added bonus of a Spa including massage, sauna and beauty treatments. Easy walking distance to all major attractions in the city such as Brandenburg gate, Museum Island, Potsdamer Platz.

Booking.com offered a free Airport shuttle which I accepted however on arrival the final price paid was an extra 250 euro (approx) over what I was quoted and was expecting to pay. I believe I was charged for the Airport shuttle in the end.

The location was terrific, the hotel was lovely and very clean, the staff were extremely helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel has a gorgeous interior and exterior, especially great for people that appreciate architecture. Location is perfect, with very many gorgeous historical buildings and restaurants around. Breakfast had various and delicious options, including vegetarian. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would not hesitate to book again.

Excellent hotel. Our room was huge with a lovely bathroom. The reception, lounge, bar and breakfast room were beautifully decorated. There was a lot of choice for breakfast and the bar served up any drink you wanted. The staff were all very hard working and made everyone feel special. You can walk to all the main attractions and to many bars and restaurants but it is close to rail and metro stations if you didn't fancy walking.

My only negative was the lack of drawer space in the room and no fresh milk for tea or coffee.
