Titanic Deluxe Hotel Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin

My room was lovely and I had a very good night's sleep. A very nice shower. Breakfast was nice with a wide selection. The location is great for sightseeing, Museum Island is very close, and all the places I wanted to visit were within walking distance. I think for where it is and the facilities provided it is extremely good value for money.

It was difficult to find any stores to buy snacks and things close by. That's not a criticism of the Hotel, but just an observation on Berlin, maybe I'm just too spoilt by the meal deals from supermarkets in London. The staff were professional, but I wouldn't say friendly.

Beautiful and stunning hotel, beds and pillows comfortable. Facilities excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Friendly staff.

Robes were a little rough and towels could be bigger. Extra towels and pillows would have been nice.

They put a hold on your card at the beginning for the whole hotel bill, then add on bar bills etc as you go along, then take the whole amount owed again at the end! So in theory you have paid double until they remove the initial deposit and bar bill a few days after you have left!

It’s fabulous! Great breakfast great steak restaurant wonderful staff. Spa was busy so I didn’t get to use it will book in time for next visit. Concierge was a Pro 💫💫💫💫

Everything was perfect! From the prior engagement with Sebastian on the concierge desk helping us plan a very quick 24 hour turnaround in Berlin all the way to the front desk team, the bar staff and the excellent breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The general decor was stunning, in the lobby and throughout the hotel. Staff were very professional and helpful. The location is fantastic in such an historic area of this wonderful city. The breakfast was exceptional, with an extensive choice.

Check-in was allowed couple of hours before standard time which was highly appreciated. Note on breakfast, I was prepared by positive comments of other travelers but still pleasant surprised by quality and selection.

It was our second time at the hotel, and if I had to choose again, Titanic Gendarmenmarkt would be my choice again. The architecture is elegant and modern, the decoration is in the style of Art Nouveau, the facilities are excellent, as is the location. Recommend the hotel

Everything was perfect. One thing that could be improved in our room is a big mirror (from top to bottom) in the room /wardrobe.

Nice, elegant hotel in the Mitte area, very close to major cultural places, museums and Opera Unter den Linden. Very good breakfast, stylish decor, deluxe room OK though a bit small.

One would expect better coffee making solution in the room than just an instant option. Otherwise nothing...

We made a mistake with our reservation and a guy named Omar from the reception helped us a lot and took care of the matter quickly, politely and professionally.

The staff were fabulous. Polite and helpful at all times. The concierge was especially helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable. Clean towels every day and the water replaced daily. The food in the restaurant was very good especially the evening dining. Good choice at breakfast and in the bar.

Strangely no conditioner in the bathroom. We did not have a view from our room but it wasn’t a problem as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.

Berlin doesn’t have a centre. This isn’t a criticism of the hotel. Uber worked really well for us.

Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable bed. The hotel is in very convinient location, righ in the center. Spa area is very nice, however the wet sauna was out of order in the Turkish Hamam (beautiful complex) was not hot enough in my opinion.

The location is great - 15 minutes walk from Brandenburg Gate and easy trip to Hauptbahnhof. By a beautiful square and even though it was a Saturday night, very quiet. Room was small but had everything we needed. Breakfast buffet was impressive. All the staff we encountered were lovely.

The hotel was grand and clean & the staff helpful. Bedrooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was amazing - however need conditioner for your hair.

The staff at breakfast were a bit chaotic - if you asked for milk they didn’t do much unless you asked someone senior. The table were hard to get as well. Although the quality of the food was good with lots of variety. Needs conditioner for your hair in the rooms.

Overall good, just a few suggestions. Gym was very good for a hotel but could benefit from a few more pieces of gym equipment/ machines and a little more space (plate loaded leg press, squat racks with barbells in addition to the one Smith machine, heavier free weights, more cable machines and attachments, another cross-trainer/ elliptical, not another Adaptive Motion Trainer (AMT), another rowing machine). Inconsistent housekeeping - some days we received a change of towels and drinking glasses (whether used or unused), a free bottle of water, replenished tea and coffee amenities, replenished toilet paper, but on a few occasions we had to ask at reception to replenish some of these items.

Quiet, clean room, good facilities. Complimentary access to steamroom and sauna at the adjacent spa was nice! Lobby is attractive, staff is kind and helpful.

The breakfast in the hotel is very overpriced and of average quality. Many quality restaurants are within walking distance.

The breakfast was quite good (but at EUR 36, on the more expensive side). The decor of the room was very pleasant, as was the lobby set up
