Superb hotel in a great location, the rooms are beautifully comfortable everything you need for a cosy stay in mid winter, the staff were outstandingly friendly, professional and courteous in all areas reception/bar/restaurant/room staff Will definitely recommend and if we visit Berlin again will not hesitate to book again 😊

The room wasn't clean enough. I think that the bathroom wasn't 100% cleaned the day we arrived.

I wish there would have been a better hairdryer in the room. 😅 The hot setting was way too hot and the air flow was of medium strength at best.

Very busy at breakfast. Also I asked 4 months in advance for rooms close together as my mum is 82 and a little confused. Upon arrival we were told they were too busy to fulfill this request. We has 3 junior suited all on different floors

Staff really friendly, especially the young guy in the bar. Always trying to up sell. Fantastic location, only 30 mins in a taxi from the airport, charged at 66 euros.

Coffee machine didn’t work in the room. TV really basic, only one English channel and that’s BBC news on repeat. A put up bed was in the room when we arrived, despite only being 2 of us. Was soon removed though. Christmas tree taken down on the 27th, which we thought was a bit early. Pillows too soft. Towels really small.

The ambiance is perfect as is the location.

The breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice very good fresh bread and great coffee. The steak resturant is a must if you like meat . The lounge bar is a nice place to be with very attentive staff with knowledge how to make old fashioned cocktails

Could have done with more bottled water and a coffee machine would be nice . The television channels are poor only sky news cnn and BBC news in English

The location to the Christmas markets and key touists sites could not be better. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of options. The staff were super friendly and were always happy to help and go above and beyond. The room was fantastic with plenty of room.

Great location for reaching all the main attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was extremely comfortable and clean.

The location is excellent. An easy walk to Unter den Linden subway station and very close to Christmas Markets. Main tourst attractions are an easy walk from this hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of options to choose from.

Location was fantastic, within walking distance of several Christmas Markets and historical places or interest and local attractions.

Only a very small personal thing but the bed was a little on the hard side for me but the bed linen was lovely. Also, again maybe personal but the square toilet seat was very uncomfortable.

All staff members were friendly and helpful. The bar service was courteous, patient and most obliging when dealing with multiple requests. The concierge and reception staff were so helpful. The room service crew were meticulous - our room was cleaned perfrctly each morning.

Can think of any major issues. Breakfast room can get very busy on the weekends and finding a table can be a challenge.

Didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole interior design of the hotel and the Christmas tree in the lobby was spectacular Staff were always welcoming and attentive Accommodation was a dream… beds were so comfortable. Couldn’t fault this hotel . So central to all the landmarks too

Our whole stay was amazing! The beds were very comfortable and the staff were all polite and helpful anytime I had a question. We had the junior suite and I thought the room was plenty big! The breakfast was lovley in the morning with plenty of options. The location was ideal, with it being in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do! Would definitely stay again!
