In house restaurants were brilliant

The room was super nice

There was continuous noise throughout the whole night, like someone was walking or the wind was hitting something. It was really annoying.

Amazing hotel, stayed for the weekend. Perfect if you’re looking to spend some quality time with your partner and perfect for a short stay as hotel has a nightclub upstairs, spa and a restaurant. We did go for a walk to local shops and went into the central, nearest shop is a 10-15min walk .. beautiful view from bedroom..

Room service was good, but the breakfast the fruit hadn’t been washed but that’s just me being ocd. Other than that the hotel was amazing.

The View is AMAZING I don't think there is a bad room in the building! We woke up using the auto blinds/shades to the most magnificent water view with boats on the horizon.

The only thing I would have like a little better is if this hotel was maybe a little more central it's not a horrible downfall to walk 10 mins to things because you are cruising along the beach etc but at the end of a LONG night trekking all over BCN would have been nice to be closer to the center

The room was amazing and the staff exceptionally friendly. The views are exceptional.

The car park is dangerous. Our car was broken into with baggage stolen and the area is not safe, despite seeming to be part of and owned by the hotel. Don’t leave bags in your car.

Upgraded room was amazing

Ordered a drink from the bar was given a completely different drink which I gave back and was told they didn’t have what I ordered. Why didn’t they tell me instead of giving me another alcoholic drink. I requested a room next to my sister which I was given however it took nearly 30 minutes while reception sorted out our room. Didn’t get access to our room until 5.30 pm

Cava supposed to be in room by arrival, not there. I was phoned 4 times within first 30 minutes regarding this.

The breakfast was amazing , the spa facilities were stunning , the room was beautiful and the room was gorgeous.

Great location but it is a tad far from the city but you know that when you book. The checkin staff could have been a little bit warmer considering the price you pay

It would have been nice to have been clearer about the view from the room I was there for the AC37 and would have liked the option of a view which was to the NE not the SE - when i booked it said "Sea view" but didnt make it clear which direction it was. I should have asked though! ALSO why is the 26th floor restuarant not open during theAC37 racing? It would be a fantastic place to watch from and we would have been happy to have paid a premium rate for that experience (I had lunch there with the New York Yacht Club on 14/9 and it was great

The room was very cold and didn’t really warm up when temp was increased. I had to turn the a/c off. But otherwise, it was fine.

The hotel offers a very good service with a location surrounded by beach and bars with night life and opportunities to relax or be more active.

The facility is a little tired

Stayed at the w out of convenience , was a pit pricey for me but once I checked in I seen why the price was it what it was. Well worth it for the experience, will definitely be staying again.

We were there for America's Cup, so it was a great location for us. At night, we would take a taxi in for dinner, and then walk home.

A couple of things ... walking in thru the bottom, from the beach area, nasty smell. Also, chlorinated water from the shower, and I think the shower gel gave me really bad hives, on my arms, shoulders, it was awful. Stopped using the shampoo and shower gel, and it got better. I'm home now, and it's all gone. Also, make sure to thoroughly explain what you want done with your laundry. Cost me a fortune when I just wanted the basic done.
