The location is amazing, the entire staff were awesome and very welcoming, pretty much took care of my every need, would recommend this hotel 100 percent.The view from my room, I stood on the 16th floor, was out of this world.

The one thing was the weather, of course it’s not the hotels fault, but I guess my timing wasn’t the greatest, the other thing was I was charged €15 three times for accommodation fees which I did not understand why.

Our stay at W Barcelona was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Carolina went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed with her warm and friendly demeanor. This trip was extra special as it was my partner’s birthday, and I also proposed—W Barcelona made the occasion truly unforgettable. The property and grounds were very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the SALT restaurant was lovely too. Great spa facilities. I highly recommend the high rise rooms - the view is amazing.

I think the hot tub area (walls) needs a bit of TLC and the temperature could be slightly warmer.

We were not notified it was a Three Kings parade and got stuck near the Colonnade monument. It would have been nice to be told earlier to expect a parade crowd and no taxis available.

There was continuous noise throughout the whole night, like someone was walking or the wind was hitting something. It was really annoying.

Amazing hotel, stayed for the weekend. Perfect if you’re looking to spend some quality time with your partner and perfect for a short stay as hotel has a nightclub upstairs, spa and a restaurant. We did go for a walk to local shops and went into the central, nearest shop is a 10-15min walk .. beautiful view from bedroom..

Room service was good, but the breakfast the fruit hadn’t been washed but that’s just me being ocd. Other than that the hotel was amazing.

The View is AMAZING I don't think there is a bad room in the building! We woke up using the auto blinds/shades to the most magnificent water view with boats on the horizon.

The only thing I would have like a little better is if this hotel was maybe a little more central it's not a horrible downfall to walk 10 mins to things because you are cruising along the beach etc but at the end of a LONG night trekking all over BCN would have been nice to be closer to the center

The room was amazing and the staff exceptionally friendly. The views are exceptional.

The car park is dangerous. Our car was broken into with baggage stolen and the area is not safe, despite seeming to be part of and owned by the hotel. Don’t leave bags in your car.
