A very fantastic stay, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, best view. The holiday was worth it with this great hotel.

Location good staff at the pool very friendly I travel with my daughter it’s kids friendly .

The waiting for the room it was around hour I send email about birthday we celebrate nothing been done at the room as I wanted to surprise my daughter when I ask at the reception they was like ok we will check so they bring after this small cake with printed card nothing personalise as I do go abroad a lot on my birthday and this was really miss organised so when we arrive they said they prepare the room so we wait till 4 pm check in from 3 pm last day I ask if they can do late check out a bit rude way answer that u have to call zero about that . It’s more hotel staff the pool staff was amazing. Breakfast also it’s not much to choose from small restaurant .

At Noxe restaurant,the behavior of the waiter Elan was at its worst level , arrogant and rude . His supervisor was defending him instead of teaching him to be polite with all types of clients.i left the restaurant very disappointed with 4 of my guests.

Everything! I was very impressed with the gym equipment and that they had someone frequently replace towels and water bottles. The view is outstanding, food was excellent.

The price is something to choke on. But what you get for it is fantastic.

The view was wonderful overlooking the beach and sea. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food and as much as you wanted The room was comfortable and warm with good toiletries available

I feel they could have catered better for gluten intolerant guests

The room was set up incredibly and the view out onto the beachfront was picture perfect. Cleaners do incredible jobs in turning your room around and setting it back up nicely when you come back from a day out exploring the city. The little touches in the room are what makes it though, the bedside controlled curtains and lights along with the speaker the room comes with just tops the experience off!

The only downside of my experience was the rooftop bar was quite disappointing. It was very small and cramped and only if you are a VIP you get to sit/see out of the window when being on the 26th floor.

I like the location most of all , amazing building and very friendly staff . I will be back for sure !

The location is amazing, the entire staff were awesome and very welcoming, pretty much took care of my every need, would recommend this hotel 100 percent.The view from my room, I stood on the 16th floor, was out of this world.

The one thing was the weather, of course it’s not the hotels fault, but I guess my timing wasn’t the greatest, the other thing was I was charged €15 three times for accommodation fees which I did not understand why.

Location and view are perfect and really unbeatable in Barcelona

Staff and charging process like in average 3 star hotel - I took 30 minutes to check-in, in spite of there was only 1 person in line before me. - Giant line for check-out. Why do I have to wait for check-out at all? - On Saturday morning I was hearing a noise of drilling for 20-30 minutes. Are you doing renovation on Saturday? Really? - Charging random amount of money. The receptionist said one amount for the room another amount for the deposit, but eventually charged money which doesn't sum up into these 2. Just some random amount. When I asked him why I had to pay this amount for deposit, he started to explain how charging would work, if I had a credit card. Come on, man, I don't care how you work with your credit cards. I came in with a debit card and told you twice that I'm not going to use a credit card. Why on Earth are you still lecturing me what would happen with a credit card? - Upselling is on level of a cheap 3 start hotel which trying to survive at any cost. I came to relax in the hotel, I don't want see everywhere endless "take it home just with X price". If you are using any facilities for 3 minutes, then they will try to sell you something additional 3 times.

This trip was extra special as it was my partner’s birthday, and I also proposed—W Barcelona made the occasion truly unforgettable. Their thoughtful touches and outstanding service created an experience we will cherish forever. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The property and grounds were very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the SALT restaurant was lovely too. Great spa facilities. I highly recommend the high rise rooms - the view is amazing.

I think the hot tub area (walls) needs a bit of TLC and the temperature could be slightly warmer.
