The decor and style of the building was outstanding! Amazing spiral staircase. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Attention to detail exceptional. Even down to writing a personal message on a large mirror welcoming us for our anniversary stay 😀

Great location, very nice and friendly staff, one of the staff called "Reyes" was so kind and gave me a tour in the hotel while explaining the history of the building, I appreciate this a lot! the hotel is different with a combination of old and modern style. Comfortable beds, and very nice facility.

Very small, dark room without any view. The bathroom was really dirty (there were dirt footsteps on the floor). The Safe didn’t work. Poor wifi.

My mum and I stayed at Cotton House for a weekend trip to Barcelona. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, they really made our stay even more enjoyable. The building and the décor are stunning. The terrace and pool area are wonderful places to enjoy drinks and food in the sunshine. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

The wet room type bathroom was a little strange at first.

Breakfast was delicious we liked location of hotel and staff was lovely.

I booked a queen size room which was extremely small had no windows we felt claustrophobic the room was expensive. We decided to switch rooms in the end and paid for an upgrade. This was my only complaint .

Location is great, the hotel itself amazing, nice balcony, great pool, good breakfast and lovely stuff. Very helpful and room always clean.

We and all our other guests had a daily struggle with the room card, cause it wasnt working. That is something that just costs time, especially when the elevetor takes longer than normal.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff at the front desk concierge were very helpful pleasant friendly. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and chairs and service at the pool.

I think the facilities themselves are average. There was no room to put our clothing. The very small “closet” in the bathroom had only three or four hangers and no bureau, so we had to keep all of our clothing in the suitcases for the entire week, which was inconvenient. The room is small with no view and no balcony. The air conditioning shut off at night. So after 2 or 3 nights, I called the front desk and they adjusted this. Seems that this should not have to be a request. One should not have to call the front desk to ask them to keep the room cool overnight. The restaurant in the hotel served poor quality coffee, & poor quality orange juice. The host at the restaurant was rude, wanting to seat me in the “living room” section vs. the actual dining area. I assume because I told him I only wanted coffee and juice. But the dining area was practically empty!

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Above all else, the staff were fantastic and worked extremely hard help us at all times. They were friendly, helpful, and had lots of times to help us plan our outings. Nothing was too much for them to do. From the door staff, to the front of house, to the concierge, all were amazing. My wife said the bed was the most comfortable she has ever slept in, great as she was 17 weeks pregnant. They wrote us a message on the mirror for our 2nd year wedding anniversary and left us a cake in the room. They really made it extra special. The design of the hotel is amazing, we particularly liked the bar area, the lighting and atmosphere were great and the staff very attentive. It is a stunning location. Would recommend this to anyone travelling to Barcelona. Many thanks Cotton House, Rob and Rebecca

Mario at the Reception was so kind to upgrade and het is the late checkout. Reyes was the best doorman I’ve ever met. So check in and check out was amazing and professional!

Set in a refurbished former headquarters of the regional textile industry association, the building respects it's history, with a library and design that make you feel as though deals are still being struck on quality fabric supplies and tailoring services. The decor is amazing throughout. Often the swimming pool in 5 star centre town hotels are nothing but lip service - not in this case. The swimming pool is phenomenal, with roof top views of the entire city, and a bar ready to keep the fun going. The restaurant was also excellent - with the breakfast consisting of a nice and varied buffet and an a-la-carte menu. The room was spacious and again really well decorated. The overall consistency of the service and experience caught us by surprise - all delivered by a team that never made it feel like anything was too much effort. What a wonderful experience we've had.

The hotel charged twise for the stay. I indicated the mistake, however, my money are still "reserved" by the hotel. This is absolutelly unacceptable.
