Quality of facility, room needs renovation, pool is not clean, showers not clean

The staff weren't very kind or accommodating unfortunately and out of my 5 days there, I didn't have hot water for 4 of the days unfortunately.

Amazing hotel very modern stylish and contemporary! Very clean and comfortable! Great location and has an amazing rooftop pool on the 11th floor staff were always ready to help you with every need! We were very impressed with all facilities and it’s definitely worth staying there even for a one off visit.

Location was perfect, right in front of BTS.

The last day before we checked out there's no water available from the tap including the toilet, that's the first time I ever encounter such thing in a decent hotel. Also, during the stay, we were told the hotel do not provide water for the check out day, which is insane to me considering 2 bottles of waters per cleaning is obviously not compatible for the hot weather in Bangkok. Not to mention we only asked for room cleaning once during the stay, We're entitled to ask for more water in my opinion. Or at least a water dispenser machine that we can refill the kettle. Instead of asking us to buy a bottle of water for 40 Bhat

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The adjoining coffee shop had tasty food but service was slow due to short staffing but the existing staff tried their best

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough - the facilities were outstanding featuring a rooftop bar & rooftop infinity pool. We only stayed for one night in Bangkok as our trip was short so wanted to explore the islands. We arrived around 10pm ish after a long flight from England & went straight to the rooftop bar. We wanted to do a rooftop bar so it was great that this was included in the hotel when we had so little time in Bangkok. We booked the exec room after reading some reviews & it didn’t disappoint. The room was a corner room, it was huge & had floor to ceiling windows around. We were on the 31st floor so the views were spectacular of Bangkok during the day & night. The bed was so comfortable - really was needed after such a long flight. The tram service stop is right outside of the hotel & easy to navigate so this was super handy whilst we were exploring. Taxis were really cheap - around £1 - £3 to get to the major touristy attractions. The staff were kind & welcoming. They kept our bags whilst we went travelling for the day but had technically checked out. We’d been recommended this hotel by a friend & so glad we stayed - thank you!

Very good hotel, we had room on the 28th floor and there was an amazing city view. The pool and bar on the roof was super. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Very good location to walk to the night market, or take a taxi, tuk-tuk to discover the city center. The train stop is close to the building and it was easy to take a ride to the airport.

The room was super cool and the pool also. The staff and buffet were great. I highly recommend this hotel and Im willing to come back soon

The European reservation of towels on the chaurs at the swimmingpool in the morning so no one can find a free slace to sit/lay and the people putting a towel appear hours later, so not social and the staff just accept that bad behaviour.

Food service was terrible. Three of us had dinner, two meals came out an hour apart and one of our party didn’t even have their food turn up at all. Tried to explain and staff were unhelpful. We paid over £100 for were worst service and hotel management did not seem To care.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The amenities were spotless and staff super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. It had a good mix of western and eastern cuisine. I really appreciated how the head chef did regular rounds requesting for feedback on the food. This was top class. The roof top bar was incredible too. Being able to get a great view of Bangkok was something to remember.

The traffic to get to the hotel was shambolic. I would strongly suggest using a scooter or a Grab Scooter to get there. Good luck trying to access the hotel throughout the day. I don't think there is such thing as peak hour traffic in Bangkok. The area within vicinity of the hotel was ALWAYS BUSY and packed.

Room was good with a nice view.

Poor breakfasts. Mediocre food, that was cold and kept running out. Useless toaster, coffee machine kept breaking down and poor choices. Drinks in the roof-top bar were very expensive. Lighting system complicated and not fiery user friendly.

The hotel is near BTS station, and the staffs are eagerly to help.

Rooftop 🍸 nice views from the room and just few step to the MRT

The room was renovated, but it looks like it is still not finished yet. Toilet flush was not strong enough. The shower room was mole underneath. TV. Was too low and didn't have TSN. Sport channels. On our 1st night, the coke in the fridge popped out because it was too cold. All our drinks were frozen. After taking a look, the fridge was on a higher level.

Location is very nice. Very close to BTS Sky train foot bridge.

Room small. (1 x large bed type). Concave old bed.

Staff were amazing and have enjoyed the facilities. Would definitely consider booking again 😁

Attractive room , I paid for a deluxe suite, great view from the 36th floor. Room looked a little tired. Lovely pool area. Easy to get to elevated train, stop immediately in front. A big plus ! Close to central core, but not so hectic. A nice calm feeling in the area. Also close to the river.

Hallways and elevator not air conditioned. Room was attractive,but a little worn around the edges. Blinds were very difficult to operate.

Staff were a bit too casual. No greetings upon coming and going from hotel. Prices in the restaurant and bar were far too high for the establishment.

Wonderful pool area, amazing!!!! Cocktails in the bar, amazing rooftop bar, the breakfast is totally worth it and the rooms are soo spacious, we had two bathrooms and exceptional views on the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

athe room wasn’t as tidy as a 4-star hotel should be. We had floss on the floor, Shopping tags in the corner and some parts of the bathroom weren’t cleaned well.

Second time I have stayed here and despite some issues during my stay I still very much like this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I love the decor which is contemporary and a little bit quirky but without being pretentious or clinical. The location is great as it's right next to public transport links. The staff here are super nice and friendly as well. Breakfast options are generally good.

Unfortunately I think there are some fundamental issues which need to be addressed here. The room that I initially stayed in had multiple problems. A couple of problems were maintenance issues with the facilities not working properly, obviously not great but it happens sometimes, but the main problem was a cleaning issue which shouldn't happen at all. To be fair to the staff here, when I reported it, they dealt with it really well, they quickly and efficiently moved me to a much better room which was great. Sunday morning breakfast was quite chaotic, it was full when I arrived and they were quickly running out of everything and what was available was mostly cold. I appreciate it's difficult when everyone seems to arrive at once but they should be able to cope with this. Overall, despite the issues I would stay here again but I think there are some infrastructure/organisational issues which need to be sorted out which would take the hotel from good to really great

Really nice hotel, my room was a good size, very clean, bright and very comfortable. I really like the decor in the room and the way it's laid out. The pool area is really nice as well. The facilities overall at the hotel are good and I really enjoyed my stay here.

The pool closes early 7pm which is a shame and there was nobody serving at the pool bar. That didn't affect me much but I think it's nice if you have the option to get a drink there. The roof top bar is nice , but the price of food there really needs to be looked at I think. The price of a burger is 1200 Thai baht which is approx £30.00 or US$35.00 that really is the most expensive burger I have seen anywhere in a very long time. I'm using the burger as an example but there were hardly any items on the menu under 1100 baht. I understand that you usually pay a premium at roof top bars but that's ridiculous and it's a shame because I think they would do a lot more business if it was a bit more realistically priced. The drinks were fairly standard price for that kind of venue. Lastly, unfortunately my room didn't get made up when I was there (I was only there 2 nights) I reported it but didn't receive any acknowledgement or apology which isn't so great Although, in my opinion, these are issues which could use a little attention; I would definitely recommend this hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience, I look forward to staying there again next time I am in Bangkok

Menu price at Rooftop bar are unreasonable price, the dishes price minimum 900 THB (not include service charge), even front desk offered to sell interesting voucher but the menu price and marketing are well-planned to take advantage of new customers, we planned to dinner here and unluckily outside raining and cannot sit rooftop outside. We need to dinner inside with simply dinner room, spoon and fork placed direct touching on table without place mat (not hygine) And spent over 3,000THB for 3 dishes ans 2 glasses of fruit drink (even purchased 2 vouchers). I felt disappoint if compared other rooftop and other exclusive dinner places standard because the menu price as same as one famous rooftop located on 63 floor level. Let consider to improve and make more returning guests in the future. 2. Accommodation ; toilet and bathtub room separated but toilet no hand soap and the room have only 1 small bottles of bath gel.

I really didn’t like, that there is no cleaning service in the rooms. we stayed there 4 nights and they clean our room only 1 time and with my request.

Seems like staff are may confuse on their working process and miscommunicate especially FO staff. They always make a mistake such as provide wrong bed type room, ask me to settle payment again during c/o even I paid upon check in already. But totally fine, they may new staff and need a time to learn more about the product and service.

Depending on where your activities are, the location is safe, up scale - however might be distant to other areas of interest.

The size of the room compared to the size is over expected and is located next to the SkyTrain. Nice view rooftop bar.

Very friendly staff. Very nice room with separate bathtub and shower. We don't hear anything, it's very quiet. Very large TV screen with a large shoice of TV channels. We loved the rooftop bar for the view and for the quality of the drinks
