Friendly, english speaking staff. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice. Room clean and has everything needed. Roof top pool excellent and plenty of room and not expensive.

Location a little bit aukward to get anywhere because of traffic and expensive for taxi transport. Not much going on round the immediate area.

In general, a good modern facility, even a little "high tech." Rooms are compact but well designed and functional (though I think some might see the light switch "control panel" by the door as a little over-the-top). Mattress good, wifi good, lighting good. A safe for valuables is a nice touch, as are the bathrobes. The staff is terrific, as other commenters have said. Also, the hotel is a five-minute walk from the lovely Benchakitti park, very suitable for a pleasant walk. The location down soi 10 also means no street noise, though soi 10 holds little interest in itself (and no 7-Eleven (!)).

The shower is at best luke-warm, as other commenters have said. This is shocking in a four-star hotel and management should fix it with all due dispatch.* Similarly, again as other commenters have said, there are issues with climate control. The room was freezing when I came in, and fiddling with the controls seemed to make no difference. * This Thai "winter" has been unusually chilly and perhaps that has affected the baseline temperature of the water supply, as it has in my house. Nevertheless!!!

Very service minded staff. In a quiet area in downtown Bangkok. Short walk to party streets if you want a night out.

The staff are amazing people always smiling & so polite..excellent breakfast choice as is the food in Nomad.. the location for me is perfect off the main road down a quite street. But near enough to enjoy the facilities of Sukumvit. Would I use this hotel again? Most defiantly..

The hotel is quite modern and has all the basic items. The bed was big and comfortable, and the room was serviced every day. I stayed 6 days. Breakfast was included and is adequate. They will make omelettes to order. Very good bathroom with all the personal items provided.

The entrance lobby could be attractive but the carpet needs cleaning or replacing. The temperature of the shower is impossible to set.

Room was comfortable, Location was great, breakfast was very good. I enjoyed having the pool and bar to use as well as the fitness center.

Room could have been cleaner, housekeeping was done very late, all the way up to 6:00 p.m. I would of appreciated a hand towel and face cloth.

The smell of cleansing agent in the rooftop bar was weird. Maybe it should be some room aroma, but definitely too much.

stayed here a couple of times now and I must say that I hope the new management has a revamp as the place is OK but rooms are getting fairly tired not enough water pressure to hardly run the rain head shower, roof terrace has rotten wood showing in places and rusty framework and the breakfast is pretty poor for 350baht

My upgraded room with 'smart' TV (though I think that was a good will gesture - ask for the digi box!), breakfast was great and in lovely setting and the chefs especially were friendly and kind. Located on quite backstreet but short walking distance to MRT and skytrain and only 3 -4 min walk to a beautiful park (from which a 15 min walk would get you to another park - Lumphini). So perfectly situated if you want to be somewhere where you can quickly escape form the hustle and bustle of the city - and where you don't have to rely on taxis.

The initial room(s) I was offered were sadly lacking eg fridge not working, loose cables from TV, room smell. So I would recommend going for the upgrade - those rooms look almost identical in the pictures but my eventual room was just neater overall - small differences but which made a big difference especially as I was there for 2 weeks. I can't fault the staff and manager especially for the free upgrade and the bonus of the 'smart' TV.

the place near everything, the street is really calm despite you are not so far from big avenue. the breakfast was excellent (thanks to buffet). the personnel help us with parking and commodity (they contact airport staff for my luggage who wasn't arrive in airport). wifi is good. hotel is clean.

The staff were so helpful and nice. Every interaction was excellent! Friendly, courteous, helpful! Cannot say enough good things about how welcoming they are. The food was delicious. I ordered a green curry at the bar on the 8th floor and the flavor was amazing! Just the right blend of spices. Delicious! Breakfast was a great variety of tasty dishes. Today there was Chana Masala, a Thai chicken noodle dish, eggs your style, fresh salad, fresh fruit, juice coffee, waffles etc... all very good. The price was an excellent value I felt. The location was good too. 15 minute walk to the hospital, 10 minutes to Pier 21, 5 minutes to the outside food court.

The room was good, the toilet door didn't work at all (it doesn't close) - Room 106. We escalated this issue, but it wasn't resolved.

The balcony was not there (its fine its just that we cam from Pattaya and wehad huge ones there)

Ive been staying here for many years since 2016 - Was a late booking and a late arrival. Staff always super friendly. Room was spacious and the beds on the 5th floor (after some previous stays were very hard beds) are now soft and comfy again. But rooms sound proof. Quit area. Wify they have improved I was getting 200mbps + and staff helpful booking taxi for us after my grab app kept crashing. Location 5-10 min walk to Nana BTS

AC's still a little on the loud side. wish they bring back the golf buggy to the main road.

There is no shaded area or umbrellas around the pool. I have been coming to this hotel for many years now and there used to be a retractible roof over the pool area and many umbrellas. Also, during my last visit my room wasn’t cleaned until 5-6pm each night. I thought that this was unacceptable and way too late for the room to be serviced.

I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were clean n comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was really good as well. The staffs were very welcoming and always happy to help. Special mention of Patrick who went out of his way to help us in anything we needed. The hotel was about 5 mins walking distance to main road and walking distance to sky train and MRT as well as Terminal 21. Highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here if I come to Bangkok

The hotel is located in a popular tourist area. There are many aspects to this so do check this and make sure you are happy with this before booking.. It appeared short staffed at times, particularly with regard to the room cleaning service, which, on one evening, hadn't been done before our return from the city in the evening ( tho it then was by a hard-working young female employee working on her own). Plus I got scammed about this booking - and, infuriatingly, fell for it. Obviously not the hotel's direct fault but it did cause me distress a few short days before setting off on my holiday. So please beware

The hotel is in a fabulous location, minutes away from the rail link and shopping mall. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by and fantastic night market 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast is great with lots of variety. The rooftop pool and restaurant are excellent set in a garden style which is very pleasant and relaxing.

The rooms are a little basic but is in keeping with its star rating. Beds were comfy and rooms clean which is the most important thing.
