Towels were a bit dirty, brown spot(s) you can guess what it probably was.

The food and gym were absolutely fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience even more enjoyable. Their friendliness and professionalism made a real difference. Highly recommended

The location was great, a short walk to the Skytrain. Breakfast was just "OK". The staff was great, always helpful and cheery when needed.

The coffee they serve at breakfast sucked! If you wanted an espresso they wanted to charge you extra!

The hotel is really nice within affordable range and very much clean. Location is also in the best position from where you can go anywhere easily.

the bed is big no no. asked for one big bed, but we got two small bed that put together, there is a gap between and very uncomfortable, the bedsheet even not cover all of the bed. so it is move easily when we sleep.

The hotel location is good and stuff is friendly. Breakfast doesn't have much variety, but it tastes good.

The room is a bit dilapidated and the bathroom door cannot be fully closed.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The massage upstairs is professional and relaxing. The hotel is situated in the middle of Sukhumvit Rd, easy to go anywhere with Grab bike. Highly recommended.

The bathroom was clean, but it can be a little cleaner.

Good location near terminal 21 mall The access is not the most convenient with children because there is no sidewalk for pedestrians on the street

The towels smelled really bad the entire time even if it was changed. And the entire stay I was there i kept on leaving the housekeeping request light on but they insisted that DND light was on too and said they have photos. They should take a photo of it with the DND lights on and off while housekeeping lighted and see how the light creeps to each other.

Nice quiet location, very friendly reception, nice clean modern rooms, varied breakfast which was always well cooked. Local cafe over the road did exceptional coffee, food. Would recommend for a mid budget hotel near to Sukhumvit, but on a quiet road.

This is a great location and good value for the price. The rooftop has a nice view on the city. Do not miss the happy hour between 11:30 and 17:30.

The pool was smaller than I expected, but still good to refresh after a day out in the city.

Some staff unable to understand and converse also room were not cleaned till after 2 pm although we had left room to go out around 9.30pm with the MAKEUP ROOM turned on .

hotel is in a good location,about a 300mtr walk down soi 10 from sukhumvit rd.very close to train station and some good restaurants and bars.Rooms are very quiet.Breakfast is ok as well.

No towel racks in bathroom

Central location, not far from the BTR and metro and only one stop from the train to Suvarnabhumi airport. Needs about 50 minutes transfer and cost only 70 bath. Nice room and bathroom and a good enough breakfast. Great rooftop pool with bar. All in all a very nice hotel with very friendly staff and good room service.

The air conditioner is a bit too noisy

Very helpful staff, ready to assist with all your needs. Breakfast is good, no complaints. Location is also very good - near to Sukhumvit malls, walking distance to Robinson and Terminal 21, 1-2 BTS stops to other malls.

There should be some shades/umbrellas on the roof, arround the pool - it gets too hot under direct sun rays during the day.

For a solo traveller who wants an extended stay in Bangkok, it's ideal. The staff will do anything for you if you ask. The location is very good. Not too close to the action but not too far either.

Quiet area away from the main road. Generally friendly staff. Clean room. Decent hotel buffet spread.

Some hotel staff were reluctant to do things to the extra mile. For example, I requested a bottle of water cause we just came back from a hot day. Was directed to the vending machine as they did not have any. Hard to believe. Also sensed the reluctance of concierge when asked to deliver something to my room as we only had one key card. Thankfully the bell men were all friendly and helpful. Take nothing from the cleaning ladies as well. They did a fantastic job. It’s just the front desk - could have been less transactional. Hotel lobby sofa area had a few mosquitoes so it wasn’t a pleasant experience waiting for a ride. Room seems a bit dated but otherwise clean and spacious.

Stayed there many times over the years . Great place to chill

The drink prices are getting far too expensive. Had a red wine . Very small measure about 125 ml . With tax and service charges, was about A$12. That it scandalous.

Location was good.

The pool area needs to be updated, new furniture and shade. The restaurant by the pool is limited and was closed for a function whilst we were there. The restaurant used for breakfast could be a better location for dinner and offer more selection.

The location was great close to a busy area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was good that it had the pool to cool off.

The bedroom was just a base and that’s what it felt like. Had what it needed but nothing amazing. The breakfast on the first day was ok but the second morning nothing left after a coach trip had eaten the lot. At 6:30am. was replenished but not before we had to leave.
