Missing espresso machine and concept of breakfast menu

Breakfast was great, and we liked the location. Room was good, and comfortable. The pool was nice, and the staff was very friendly.

The air conditioning was cooling to much. And didn’t turn off, no automatic adjustment.

Spacious double room, clean, amazing walk-in shower, good location on Sukhumvit Road close to all shops, restaurants and the nice park!

Slightly dated flooring. Felt like some parts around the sink were not cleaned properly.

The only problem I had was that we only had 6 hours there as we got in late and had to leave early

Proximity to Sukumvhit road and BTS station. Quiet location but only 5 minutes walk to the nightlife, BTS, malls etc.

I stay here often as I live in Thailand and visit the capital monthly. This is the perfect spot. Close to the BTS and MRT as well as shopping and restaurants and bars galore. While the hotel is not a 5 star luxury property, it is well maintained, clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. They even have free parking. For the values this property just can’t be beat.

Nice hotel in the middle of Sukhumvit. Down a small road so it wasn’t t too loud. The staff were all super lovely and welcoming. We did t get a chance to use it but the pool looked really nice. The hotel breakfast was just okay, nothing special although they did make eggs to order. Wish they offered room service

It was a nice area to stay, near to a lot of attractions in Sukhumvit. The room was not very clean that we booked into and the toilet was struggling to flush. Just check the cleanliness of the rooms.

Conveniently located near the Ashok BTS and walking distance to Terminal 21 mall. Plenty of options for food and massage. Room is spacious. Nice park about 5 mins away, very suitable for morning strolls

a lot of mosquito in the lobby/reception area. Breakfast choice is limited but value for what they charge.

Staff exceptionally friendly; fantastic location and value.

Maid service didn't always replenish water, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, or towels (sometimes only left one, no bath mat, etc.). Small ants appeared in the bathroom the last few days of my stay. The thermostat broke (could not be changed or turned off) the last few days of my stay.

The pool area is not as shown on the pictures and it got in the years, not very comfortable. Pool didn’t look clean

Location was good. Quiet surroundings for a property in Sukhumvit area. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Only stayed 2 nights. Was comfortable, clean, and easy access to several restaurants and shopping.

The location. It was inside a street so you couldn’t hear the traffic noise so we were able get good sleep. And a good location with amazing cafes and restaurants and bars which were just a 5-10min walk

Love the location always and the pool. The bar and service was Great.

Staff are excellent, helpful, friendly and polite. Location is excellent. Rooms are fairly well equipped. It's a clean, comfortable and well run hotel in an excellent location.

Extra charges for an early check-in. This is not normal similar hotels in this area. The gym is in desperate need of updating and maintenance. Some of the equipment is old & malfunctioning. Some of the fittings and finishes in the room are now showing their age. Eg buttons on aircon panel are worn through. Paint peeling on bathroom walls etc.

The restaurant has delicious food & great cocktails, always arriving quickly & well presented. The rooms were great everything you needed. Location was good with shops a large mall & sky train just a short walk away. Massages were fantastic. The staff are absolutely amazing & very helpful. I would stay here again.

The only downfall which isn't the hotels fault, we had a smoker somewhere (which is fine) but it was coming through the AC unit into our room & being a non smoker I found this unpleasant.

The food and gym were absolutely fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience even more enjoyable. Their friendliness and professionalism made a real difference. Highly recommended
