Hotel Galleria 10 Sukhumvit, Bangkok

My upgraded room with 'smart' TV (though I think that was a good will gesture - ask for the digi box!), breakfast was great and in lovely setting and the chefs especially were friendly and kind. Located on quite backstreet but short walking distance to MRT and skytrain and only 3 -4 min walk to a beautiful park (from which a 15 min walk would get you to another park - Lumphini). So perfectly situated if you want to be somewhere where you can quickly escape form the hustle and bustle of the city - and where you don't have to rely on taxis.

The initial room(s) I was offered were sadly lacking eg fridge not working, loose cables from TV, room smell. So I would recommend going for the upgrade - those rooms look almost identical in the pictures but my eventual room was just neater overall - small differences but which made a big difference especially as I was there for 2 weeks. I can't fault the staff and manager especially for the free upgrade and the bonus of the 'smart' TV.

the place near everything, the street is really calm despite you are not so far from big avenue. the breakfast was excellent (thanks to buffet). the personnel help us with parking and commodity (they contact airport staff for my luggage who wasn't arrive in airport). wifi is good. hotel is clean.

the price is little bit expensive but i appreciate my stay.

The staff were so helpful and nice. Every interaction was excellent! Friendly, courteous, helpful! Cannot say enough good things about how welcoming they are. The food was delicious. I ordered a green curry at the bar on the 8th floor and the flavor was amazing! Just the right blend of spices. Delicious! Breakfast was a great variety of tasty dishes. Today there was Chana Masala, a Thai chicken noodle dish, eggs your style, fresh salad, fresh fruit, juice coffee, waffles etc... all very good. The price was an excellent value I felt. The location was good too. 15 minute walk to the hospital, 10 minutes to Pier 21, 5 minutes to the outside food court.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and there was a little staining. The rest of the room including the bathroom was big and clean

The room was good, the toilet door didn't work at all (it doesn't close) - Room 106. We escalated this issue, but it wasn't resolved.

The balcony was not there (its fine its just that we cam from Pattaya and wehad huge ones there)

All staff is what makes this place superb !

Great location for access to sky train and close to Benjakitti Park

The water pressure was horrible. And the staff only gives you one key for two people.

Ive been staying here for many years since 2016 - Was a late booking and a late arrival. Staff always super friendly. Room was spacious and the beds on the 5th floor (after some previous stays were very hard beds) are now soft and comfy again. But rooms sound proof. Quit area. Wify they have improved I was getting 200mbps + and staff helpful booking taxi for us after my grab app kept crashing. Location 5-10 min walk to Nana BTS

AC's still a little on the loud side. wish they bring back the golf buggy to the main road.

Toiletries were incomplete.......no body lotion and conditioner were provided. The cleanliness could improve.

Staff sometimes snobbish A "manager" who allows himself to enter a conversation without taking the time to introduce himself. But that doesn't surprise me because that's often the behavior of Indians with a superior complex. Otherwise it was good

There is no shaded area or umbrellas around the pool. I have been coming to this hotel for many years now and there used to be a retractible roof over the pool area and many umbrellas. Also, during my last visit my room wasn’t cleaned until 5-6pm each night. I thought that this was unacceptable and way too late for the room to be serviced.

I have been staying at the hotel over many years and the systems and infrastructure have noticeably deteriorated. The state of carpets in the corridors is terrible

I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were clean n comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was really good as well. The staffs were very welcoming and always happy to help. Special mention of Patrick who went out of his way to help us in anything we needed. The hotel was about 5 mins walking distance to main road and walking distance to sky train and MRT as well as Terminal 21. Highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here if I come to Bangkok

The hotel is located in a popular tourist area. There are many aspects to this so do check this and make sure you are happy with this before booking.. It appeared short staffed at times, particularly with regard to the room cleaning service, which, on one evening, hadn't been done before our return from the city in the evening ( tho it then was by a hard-working young female employee working on her own). Plus I got scammed about this booking - and, infuriatingly, fell for it. Obviously not the hotel's direct fault but it did cause me distress a few short days before setting off on my holiday. So please beware

The hotel is in a fabulous location, minutes away from the rail link and shopping mall. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by and fantastic night market 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast is great with lots of variety. The rooftop pool and restaurant are excellent set in a garden style which is very pleasant and relaxing.

The rooms are a little basic but is in keeping with its star rating. Beds were comfy and rooms clean which is the most important thing.

Good value for money

Great location in the heart of Bangkok. Very close to malls, BTS and other services. My first room had a leaking roof, but the staff moved me to a new room and were very helpful.

The room was comfortable and the location was convenient. The breakfast spread was also pretty good.

My coworkers and I had to work on a presentation together and needed a table for an hour where we could discuss and work. Request to use a table at the breakfast area (at night when the tables were not in use) was turned down. The hotel does not have a business center either. So, working there in a group is inconvenient.

Everything was great: room, staff, location. The gym was good, in terms of what one may expect.

The pool does have very murky water and surprisingly they hotel has no hot water... I asked about this and was told the temperature was normal. Took (not icy but) tepid showers and shivered all of my stay. Kind of crazy.

The staff are amazing, especially Patrick. The location is fabulous. Just off the main road away from the hustle and bustle but only a 5 min walk from the strip.

Stayed here before and hotel and staff were great. Will definitely rebook this hotel again. Hotel has great location close to sukhumvit road but was very quiet.
