The villa team is very helpfull and pleasant

There is no soundproofing and privacy accordingly between villas. If you have neighbours at the next villa, you will hear each of their conversation even if you stay in the closed room. (i lived in villa 5). So i dont recommend to choose this accomodation, before they make some sound isolation between villas.

Pool was amazing. Villa was nice and in a great location. Short walk to the main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Road noise was a bit loud, but overall it was a lovely villa.

Best villa I've ever stayed at in Bali. The villa is beautiful, spacious, super clean, comes with a large pool and even your own massage gazebo. There were days we didn't even want to leave the villa because we just enjoyed the ambience and facilities so much. The service was also excellent, especially the chef coming in to cook breakfast every day, the shuttle service around Seminyak and pick-up service to and from the airport. The villa is also a short walk away from Jln Kayu Aya where all the shops, restaurants and cafes are at.

The villas are quiet even though you are located in the busy area of Seminyak. Hardly any noise from outside which is great. The villa itself was comfortable, nice pool, inside and outside space and has a private gazebo for massages! The pool is large and lush, is well taken cared of and gives you a great escape from the heat. There are 9 villas at the property, and the staff is super attentive with all your requests and wishes. It was possible to communicate with the staff for inquiries via Whatsapp during our stay. They respond fast and can mostly accommodate your wishes. As service the hotel provides a driver which can pick up and drop off from the airport. Besides that on request and availability, it’s possible to request the driver to drive you to any restaurant or other public facilities in Seminyak. At the property itself there is a very small Japanese restaurant Shiro available. The restaurant has great Japanese food! We loved our stay at One Eleven, for us it was a quiet getaway from our busy life. We also really liked the staff which are very kind and attentive!

The flooring of the villa is very slippery when water is on the floor around the living room and kitchen area.

I loved the design of the house, open to a big garden and a big pool. It is equipped with everything I needed. Loved having the chefs coming to cook my breakfast everyday in the kitchen. It was a real pleasure to be looked after. Also shout out to the great service from the team. Always helpful, funny and offering great tips. They clearly go the extra mile to make the customer feel good. I was surprise that the hotel offered free shuttle back and forth to the airport AND anytime I wanted to go around to explore Seminyak. That was not promoted on their website. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Amazing breakfast and incredible pool, excellent location as well. It was great to have all on one level and can lounge around the pool in the modern living area. There is scooter parking right at the entrance and very secure.

This Villa is amazing. So clean and the staff will do absolutely anything to make your stay comfortable, nothing is a problem! Daily butler breakfast cooked in your Villa included in your stay. Such a great location in Seminyak. 100% recommend and will definitely be back!

the layout was great, pool and outside shower exceptional. bed and pillows very comfortable

getting a little dated, our inside shower needs upgrade and mould removal, bath needs replacing. would have liked motorised screening available on open living/kitchen area for insects and privacy when needed.

Amazing villas provided and the service is out of this world. Exceeded my expectations and will certainly come back here when I return to Seminyak.

Overpriced.

My wife and I chose to stay here for our wedding anniversary. From the swift responses pre-arrival to any special request we had while there, the service was above and beyond. The property itself was amazing, it has EVERYTHING you need, even filtered hot/cold water at the push of a button. from the bathroom supplies (shampoo, bug repellents) to the outdoor area, everything was magnificent. we absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay here again.
