I think more can be done for kids in terms of pool facilities and outdoor areas, but a minor point

It was a fantastic time. The staff was super nice. my villa was absolutely beautiful with a private pool. I had a great birthday there. Thank you very much for making my day special🤍🤍

Absolutely stunning villa with pool over looking the forest The resort is surrounded by the Bali forest. The nature surroundings , the forest sound , make it a perfect place to relax and connect with nature . The staff and hotel’s managers are wonderful ~ they took care of every detail. The restaurants are very good and the service is impeccable The assistant manager Miss Yukari and to Mr Udayana, duty manager were very kind and helpful. The cooking classes are very good and the chef very nice and friendly. The Spa is a perfect place to relax The resort team made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable . Thank you all ! I will definitely come back again !

This hotel was amazing! Food was fantastic, staff extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure my food allergies were taken into account and passed them on to each restaurant. Sitting in the bar, listening to live music, overlooking the trees and stargazing - bliss!

The view was exceptional.The food was the best in Bali.All the staff was friendly and welcoming us with a beautiful smile thank you for making our days happier.

Only thing that i can complain was the bed. It was making noise.

The staff was the best we have ever seen in the many nice places we have been to. Service unparalleled, attention to detail was impressive. The spot idyllic.

Excellent staff and very peaceful location. Breakfast and dinner was excellent and concierge very helpful. The brunch on Sunday was amazing. Large room which was well appointed with great view of jungle and river

The design, location, and service in exceptional. A true ultra-luxury experience. Location is fantastic and close to everything. The staff were trained well & the rooms were spacious.

Limited food outlets. This property could have more F&B options to accommodate different food requirements

Staff is very caring to their guests.They are always fast to respond with their service quality. Breakfast is very good. The ambiance is very cozy. I enjoyed and felt so relaxed in my every minute. Highly recommend for a couple trip since it is very romantic. It is also valuable to others whom want to clear their mind
