Located in the tropical valleys by the Ayung River, Four Seasons Resort Sayan offers its guests luxurious suites and the best views of the city. The resort is an excellent location; close to 2km away from the famous Sari Organic Restaurant, a 15-minute drive away from the Monkey Forest and a 10-minute drive from the Ubud Palace and Ubud Art Market.

Excellent hotel in an amazing location!!!
Absolutely stunning room with pool over looking the river. The staff couldn’t not have been more helpful and kind.
Walking distance to Ubud I’d say is roughly 35 minutes so nice to walk in but be far enough away from the hustle and bustle. All in all highly recommend!

People working in FS were amazing, services were great, food in seaside restaurant was great!
Cleanliness should be better as we know it is FS, not some cheap hotel. Mirrors were not clean properly in the bathroom and wardrobe as well. Also it was obvious that there is a need of change of some facilities as they are already aged - in the room.

Another perfect experience at a Four Seasons resort!
Location, food, friendliness of the employees were absolutely amazing. Activities provided, and the beauty of the resort. Everything about this hotel is perfect! Highly recommended to everyone considering a trip to Bali!
There is nothing that you could not like about this hotel even if you tried your hardest to look for it.

Pure luxury in Bali! Thank you Four Seasons!
The resort is surrounded by the Bali forest. The nature surroundings make it a perfect place to relax and decompress. The staff and hotel manager are wonderful ~ they took care of every detail. I was impressed everyone knew my name by the first day.
I’ve stayed in many hotels and I found the price for the room to be a little steep. For the price you would expect breakfast to be included.

Perfect Stay
We were in FS Sayan for our honeymoon. Everything is perfect, all staff were so caring and ready to take care of. Even hotel manager Mr. Costa stopped by and we had a chit chat. Great experience. Service was high quality.
For the people who are not so in to nature and animals like lizards, frogs; the site can be a little challenging since it is literally located in jungle and near to the river. But we never had an experience inside of our villa.

A magical experience at a magica location
Amazing location, great views and amenities. But the best thing about four seasons at Sayan is the client oriented staff. The service me and my wife had here was more than amazing, with attention to detail. Everything was tailored under our preferences.
Not to mention that we had our wedding ceremony at the hotel, we couldn’t imagine a more beautiful and intimate ceremony for us. Special thanks to the general manager Mr. Gianni Costa, Ms Bella and the rest of the team that helped our dream to come true.

Everything was according to how much I paid, the amenities, the place, the people who work there, the stuff, the environment everything was just magical. I stayed to celebrate my birthday and the room was spotless, they gave me a welcome cake on my birthday and made a present for my belated birthday with another cake. I felt so special and comfortable in that place. I'm still impressed that one of the workers was talking with me and my girlfriend in English and he switched to talking Spanish to me and suddenly he switched to talking Russian to her.

They gave us a different car from what we agreed , they cancel our massage without coming back to us
They were trying to charge us for a different bills so many time enen the complimentary bags they want it to make money out of it . When u ask for a room service it took so long to send it and they were’nt organized and they made me pay for the breakfast which I already pay for at the counter and with the online also .
They put also a room service charges for cleaning the room ??
