This is a trendy hotel with lots of activities, room service was excellent. Staff were brilliant and very attentive. The sunset at the beach is so nice but it is busy in a good way.

It is getting very dated in terms of look, colour, materials, design and feel. Food (including buffet breakfast) was good but not up to the standard that can be reasonably expected from a luxury brand.

Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, professional and nice staff, great location, you cannot go wrong with this resort.

From the minute we checked in (and received an amazing upgrade to 2 villas) to the minute we left I can only say that the experience was amazing. From the exceptional Sunday brunch to daily breakfast above and beyond anything else we have experienced. One of the best things about this stay is the staff, I have never encountered staff who went above and beyond their roles. Whether in the restaurants or just being taken back to our villas by buggy the staff were friendly absolutely wonderful. They all deserve a big THANK YOU

Everything about the hotel from hotel entrance and reception , hospitality (big shoutout to Daiwan, Ragha and the rest) … breakfast is outstanding!! Restaurant are nice liked a lot “Fire”… the pool / restaurant menu is amazing 🤩…. I can go on and on .

It was just perfect. The villas were so beautiful with everything you need. So many plus ones. The staff were all so lovely and added special touches all the time that made you feel special. From the gardeners, cleaners, waiters, pool staff to reception and spa girls were all exceptional. The hotel itself is very big but easy to get around and offered 2 amazing restaurants and a great bar right on Seminyak Beach. Close to everything. You are right in amongst it. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff!! Very helpful , prompt and kind I will single out a few: Bikul in the Woobar Titi at the StarFishBloo Suksma The porters!!! Look they make me want to go back…look for them Otherwise the hotel was amazing, big clean pools with no congestion, my room had an amazing sea and pool views and a balcony, I recommend that Also dont forget to get a professional photoshoot while you there, it will be worth it!

The kind staff and amazing views of the seaside. Villa was very private and housekeeping was friendly.

Not much restraunts/dining in the hotel. Food was very limited. Only 3 places to dine. I paid MYR48,000+ for our room for 4 nights (12,000 a night). But no free complimentary breakfast.

This is the best property in Seminyak, the facilities, ambience, staff and everything was a 5 star standard, will surely like to visit again.

The pool is long overdue to be retitled. The are missing tiles in the pool and loose ones which could be dangerous to little toes.

Beautifully designed with Instagram worthy spaces for pics. Fresh juices were superb (the hot pink coconut is a must!!!) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times.

It was beautifully designed, modern and location was excellent. All the staff were super friendly, very very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much when asked and prompt responses via the messaging service were always received. We particularly enjoyed the woobar which we enjoyed day through to night both food and drinks. Food was absolutely delicious every time. Our room was an ocean view room in the main hotel which was beautifully decorated, equipped with amenities and had the most beautiful view.

The only thing I would say is some maintenance is required around the pool, as there are broken tiles in and around the pool area which could be dangerous or cause injury.

I ride a scooter and had to leave it to far away. The security checked my bike every time I came in. They made me wait in line to get out instead of letting me drive past the the line. They annoyed the guy picking up the scooter as they would not let him in. They told me to slow down even though I wasn’t going fast. I won’t be returning to this hotel

the only things i wanted at this hotel...due to the renovations and the o2 room closed and the steam room and areas closed even though you could make a reservation to use the seam room separate.. it wasnt what I booked. I thought at $1400 aud for a basic room without bfast was a bit pricey

The staff are extremely kind and helpful and very good. Especially Wari in the fire resturant and the manager of blue cafe. The manager of the blue cafe came and spoke to all patrons every day and made the experience very personable.

Service was the best I've experienced in all my visits. In particular, Putu at the swimming pool and Nita at the restaurant went above and beyond. Everyone else was also incredibly friendly, helpful and prompt.

Wouldn't recommend the room we had (right at the edge next to potato head) as the generators are quite loud.
