The seafood restaurant, KISIK, was not as good as we thought it would be for the price we paid

Stand out property in Jimbaran and amongst the various Ayana properties within this grounds. Beautifully laid out, expansive. Huge rooms with all the luxury frills. Friendliest of staff who are ever helpful. Amazing restaurants on site. Rock pool Bar visit was a highlight. Walk to Kubu beach a must - a very quiet and tranquil place.

On the expensive side, but makes up with all the resort facilities.

I love small touches and that place beyond expectations from check in to check out, positively i recommend it

The property is perfect

Facilities inside Ayana was great with lots of different pools and views. Kubu Beach and Rock Bar was beautiful too. Enjoy every part of it with my family. Facilities are kids friendly too. The kids enjoy it especially swimming it at Rimba pool.

Facilities in the resort may come with extra charges, sometimes the tram waiting time may be longer and pack with other resort guest which makes travelling within the resort takes more waiting time as require to wait for next tram. Hope that the resort can adjust the tram services more flexible to manage the crowd.

AYANA main resort rooms is outdated

Compound is extremely huge! Recommend to stay at least two nights to fully try out all the facilities. They allow guests to use the facilities as well even after check out, with free shower service!

This is one of the most beautiful places we had ever stay at!! The staff is so amazing!! And the pools , drinks and food out of this world !! Loved it will be back for sure!!!

Beautifully maintained property. Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Wifi was excellent, never lost wifi at all anywhere on the property. My favorite spot was the Ocean pool, but there’s only about 20 chairs available. Rock bar was great too.

Everything about the place.. we didn't leave the resort. So many things to try and explore. They had 35+ resturants.. my favourite were the gyms

Even though the rooms/bathroom is a little dated, everything at the resort is so good it didn’t even bother us like it would have at a different hotel. One small thing - if there was a convenience store in the shopping plaza there really would be nothing negative I would have to say. It’s about a 8min cab ride to the closest market.

Best resort I have ever stayed in. Alittle pricey but worth the experience. The pools are beautiful and the smell of frangipanis were amazing. The staff were lovely and very attentive. The app to navigate the ground of the resort and book reservations online was very easy to utilise.
