Beautiful property and my housekeeper Fember was very friendly and nice!

The service was world class, it was very clean and the convenience of having everything in the resort was amazing. Any activity you could think of was available, whether you were there as a family or as a couple there was something to cater for everyone.

It was on the pricier end, coming from Australia, we were expecting a much cheaper price for food, drinks etc. However, the scenery and service was so insanely good that you forget about how much you are paying.

You have access to all facilities of all hotels in the group - AYANA, Rimba, Segara. Great landscaping and lots of options for leisure, chill and fun.

The only beach access is at Kubu beach, where we couldn’t go into water all week because of the bad weather and dirty water

From the moment of checking in to moment we checked out of Ayana, the level of service, and incredible attention to detail was outstanding. The cleanliness and prompt combined with friendly service was absolutely impressive. I am looking forward to our next stay at any of resorts that Ayana has to offer.

Wowza!! everything from pool, Kubu beach, breakfast at Damar, properties. Blew our minds coming from a 3rd world country. We really enjoyed our stay at Ayana, we enjoyed the Rock Bar. We couldn't cover the 13x pools and 26 restaurants in the property (haha). But it was worth it. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Staff, facilities and rooms were top notch.

There were guests below my dream who were smoking and loud in the night. We couldn't sleep one night and couldn't enjoy the balcony. Hotel management could have been more strict on noise control and implementing non smoking zones.

Facilities and staff were 1st class. Unbelievable number of choices for dining, drinks, swimming, etc.

It was just amazing the view from the ocean pool from the main pool. The lobby the entrance. The room view everything was just exceptional. The lift which goes to the ocean pool is just amazing. The huge property three days should give at the property is just amazing. The view is breathtaking from every side of the hotel. It’s just fantabulous.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the property. Everything was just. amazing. It was just good.

Segara was great! Clean and nice rooms, great pool, great breakfast…

Went to Rimba for lunch and there was no diaper changing room! It would be nice to have at least a diaper changing table in the bathroom.

Ayana served an international breakfast that was over the top! The food was of excellent quality and delicious. The property was beautiful. The pictures cannot compare. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing resort, very beautiful. Staff exceptional.

Drinks prices very expensive. Breakfast was included as part of booking; however, not communicated to hotel and had to pay for this, still awaiting correspondence from Booking to seek refund of Breakfast charge. Caused unnecessary loss of time trying to deal with it. Sadly took the edge off a perfect holiday.

Ayana Resort in Bali is truly the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink, flowers, and a cool, fragranced towel that instantly made us feel at ease. Our stay was in the Ayana Segara ocean-view room, and I was honestly blown away – the room and its view were breathtakingly beautiful. We dined at both Karang and Padi restaurants, and both offered fantastic meals. Padi, in particular, served authentic Indian cuisine, which exceeded my expectations. Every element—the pickle, gravy, flavors—captured the essence of India. Enjoying this food with such a stunning view was like icing on the cake. We also spent time in all the resort’s swimming pools, each offering a refreshing, world-class experience. The Rock Bar was another highlight, with incredible waves and a fantastic vibe. Kubu Beach, accessible by a lift, was also a unique experience. The Resort also offers a dedicated app where we could view a complete map of the resort, explore activities, and browse restaurant options. The app even showed tram schedules, making it easy to travel between different parts of the resort—an incredibly convenient feature. The resort’s hospitality stood out the most. Every staff member greeted us with warmth and politeness, making us feel truly welcome each time we passed by. Everything is so meticulously planned and thoughtfully designed that it left us speechless. If anyone were to ask me what my idea of heaven is, I’d simply say Ayana Resort, Bali.

Ayana Hotel was just perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful and they took care of all our needs. The breakfast was very good, the room was very clean, spacious and room service was 2 times a day. It is definitely a 5 star hotel.

Personnel was very kind and polite. They arranged a lot of kind attentions for our anniversary Our diner at the Kisik restaurant on the pier was amazing and our butler Selamat was very good.

It is a very expensive resort which does not entirely live up to its expectations anymore. They started renovating the Jimbaran part. Hope they keep the Bali vibe there.

Staff hospitality was incredible - every single member of staff greets you with a smile and a good morning/evening. The room (AYANA Segara) was beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfy. We had the Ocean Dream Spa treatment on the rocks which was incredible and definitely will be remembered. The tram and buggy service was so useful as there was always someone around to pick us up and take us where we wanted to go in the resort easily. The restaurants and bars we went to were also lovely.

We loved the property, so close to the sea, beautiful views, amazing gardens and pools areas.

All the crews at Ayana were kind and nice. Every place I visited at Ayana was clean and nice. My favorite place was the Kisik restaurant. They have fresh and good seafood. Come and visit around 6 pm. You can see beautiful sunset there. I liked the Kisik better than the Rock bar.

Amazing room, loved the 14 swimming pools. The food ordered at poolside bars was all superb and service was lovely all around. Would definitely recommend Kisik Restaurant at sunset and Damar Terrace for lunch. We absolutely want to come back and stay longer!

Loved how many restaurants and pools there are. The tram makes it easy to get around and staff are so friendly.

A lot of Chinese, all they do is take photos and it gets repetitive and annoying if you just want to relax. No real vibe in any of the restaurants or pool areas.

Then, when we first went to our room, we were escorted by a friendly staff who explained the resort facilities and activities. We were then welcomed by a spacious, clean room and bathroom. The background music from the TV also made us feel very welcomed. The overall Ayana resort is huge with different types of accommodation and restaurants. It’s a perfect choice for a staycation so that you don’t need to go out and face the traffic if you don’t want to. There’s a free tram that can take you from different points within Ayana Resort, including a wide range of restaurants and swimming pools.

Our least favourite thing about Ayana Segara is their food at Karang Restaurant. Karang is the only option for in-room dining if you’re staying at Ayana Segara. The taste of the breakfast buffet and in-room dining from Karang was mediocre. We also couldn’t order from other restaurants outside Karang. You need to go to the other restaurants in-person and order a takeaway. I reckon there’s lots of rooms for improvement for their food services, especially if one’s planning to do a staycation. It’d be great if the in-room dining option can include other restaurants within the resort.

Location: It's a sanctuary, a beautiful property with lots of swimming pools and places to visit. Use the app and map wisely to get around the property. It's like a destination in Bali to visit. Furniture at Ayana Resort: I stayed at Ayana and found the furniture to be a bit old and in need of deep cleaning, especially the sofa. It was dirty and you could see visible stains. Staff: The staff at Ayana Resort are well-trained and you will not encounter any staff member who doesn't greet you. They are all ready to help anytime. Breakfast: The best breakfast was at the TO GE restaurant. The view and breakfast spread were worth the money.

Some of room service food such as the pizza on a pre made base was below par when there’s a great Italian restaurant on site doing fantastic wood fired pizzas

We are a couple from Europe for demographics. I was missing the toilet brush. I asked partial ocean view but was opposite the reception and couldn't have privacy. It was not very quiet in the morning because we could hear the cleaning, outdoor sweeping and people coming in the Sagara reception. Mattress: one of us liked it, the other found it too soft and squishy. Swimming pools could be more for adults only and the hotels could be divided in families with kids and adults only. Sometimes it got noisy from children crying. Hotel guests who book the rock bar for dinner should have better tables! With the best views not on the bottom. Overall we had a great stay, staff were polite, breakfast was very good, room was airy and nice, and the facilities were great, we used the rock bar , the stores and the pools.

The property was incredible - so many pools, amazing restaurants, top quality spa, beautiful private beach and each member of staff went above and beyond in their hospitality

Amazing room and the resort is very well set up. The staff were lovely. Spa was amazing! We were there for three days. Really enjoyed the beach and had an amazing massage on the beach.

It is a bit remote and resort is so big, you need to use shuttle to go around.
