Personnel was very kind and polite. They arranged a lot of kind attentions for our anniversary Our diner at the Kisik restaurant on the pier was amazing and our butler Selamat was very good.

It is a very expensive resort which does not entirely live up to its expectations anymore. They started renovating the Jimbaran part. Hope they keep the Bali vibe there.

Staff hospitality was incredible - every single member of staff greets you with a smile and a good morning/evening. The room (AYANA Segara) was beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfy. We had the Ocean Dream Spa treatment on the rocks which was incredible and definitely will be remembered. The tram and buggy service was so useful as there was always someone around to pick us up and take us where we wanted to go in the resort easily. The restaurants and bars we went to were also lovely.

We loved the property, so close to the sea, beautiful views, amazing gardens and pools areas.

All the crews at Ayana were kind and nice. Every place I visited at Ayana was clean and nice. My favorite place was the Kisik restaurant. They have fresh and good seafood. Come and visit around 6 pm. You can see beautiful sunset there. I liked the Kisik better than the Rock bar.

Amazing room, loved the 14 swimming pools. The food ordered at poolside bars was all superb and service was lovely all around. Would definitely recommend Kisik Restaurant at sunset and Damar Terrace for lunch. We absolutely want to come back and stay longer!

A lot of Chinese, all they do is take photos and it gets repetitive and annoying if you just want to relax. No real vibe in any of the restaurants or pool areas.

The hospitality at Ayana Segara is second to none. When we first arrived we were given a beautiful necklace of frangipani. Then, when we first went to our room, we were escorted by a friendly staff who explained the resort facilities and activities. We were then welcomed by a spacious, clean room and bathroom. The background music from the TV also made us feel very welcomed. The overall Ayana resort is huge with different types of accommodation and restaurants. It’s a perfect choice for a staycation so that you don’t need to go out and face the traffic if you don’t want to. There’s a free tram that can take you from different points within Ayana Resort, including a wide range of restaurants and swimming pools.

Our least favourite thing about Ayana Segara is their food at Karang Restaurant. Karang is the only option for in-room dining if you’re staying at Ayana Segara. The taste of the breakfast buffet and in-room dining from Karang was mediocre. We also couldn’t order from other restaurants outside Karang. You need to go to the other restaurants in-person and order a takeaway. I reckon there’s lots of rooms for improvement for their food services, especially if one’s planning to do a staycation. It’d be great if the in-room dining option can include other restaurants within the resort.

Location: It's a sanctuary, a beautiful property with lots of swimming pools and places to visit. Use the app and map wisely to get around the property. It's like a destination in Bali to visit. Furniture at Ayana Resort: I stayed at Ayana and found the furniture to be a bit old and in need of deep cleaning, especially the sofa. It was dirty and you could see visible stains. Staff: The staff at Ayana Resort are well-trained and you will not encounter any staff member who doesn't greet you. They are all ready to help anytime. Breakfast: The best breakfast was at the TO GE restaurant. The view and breakfast spread were worth the money.

The staff are truly wonderful! Such a huge resort, so much to visit.

Some of room service food such as the pizza on a pre made base was below par when there’s a great Italian restaurant on site doing fantastic wood fired pizzas

We are a couple from Europe for demographics. I was missing the toilet brush. I asked partial ocean view but was opposite the reception and couldn't have privacy. It was not very quiet in the morning because we could hear the cleaning, outdoor sweeping and people coming in the Sagara reception. Mattress: one of us liked it, the other found it too soft and squishy. Swimming pools could be more for adults only and the hotels could be divided in families with kids and adults only. Sometimes it got noisy from children crying. Hotel guests who book the rock bar for dinner should have better tables! With the best views not on the bottom. Overall we had a great stay, staff were polite, breakfast was very good, room was airy and nice, and the facilities were great, we used the rock bar , the stores and the pools.

Amazing room and the resort is very well set up. The staff were lovely. Spa was amazing! We were there for three days. Really enjoyed the beach and had an amazing massage on the beach.

The bus (tram) was often full and had to walk between locations Lot's of weddings and private events going on all the time, often blocking access to parts of the pool in the main resort and loud misic at night.

Nothing about the property was a problem. I had a concern about my booking with the person that greeted us when we arrived. My booking.com name was my normal name that I’m known by but my passport name is the longer version of my name. This apparently is a problem for the Ayana and I had to ask booking.com to resend my booking under my full name. This caused me some stress and I had no confirmation from booking.com about this problem being sorted. I’ve stayed at many hotels and booked through booking.com with no issues before as far as my name on the booking is concerned.

The variety of restaurants, facilities, swimming pools, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel and amazing service in all areas We were greeted with welcome drinks, room service in the morning and also when we had got home from our night out, the staff had been into the room, plugged mosquito repellants in, slippers were out, beds re made, curtains drawn so when we got back from our evening out it was a lovely surprise.

Restaurants and bars on the resort are expensive.

Loved this hotel, the resort is very big and has 23 restaurants. We had a great time by the sunset pool. Recommend it for a romantic getaway or vacation with friends.

The seafood restaurant took 2 hours before we got our dinner - I had to get up and complain and the food was not that good after we waited ages !

This was an exceptional resort without compare. The sheer scale, range of facilities, beauty, highest quality and exceptional staff are just some of the things we liked. We cannot recommend this property more highly. It should be more famous. We stayed 11 nights and could have stayed longer.

The rooms were great and very clean and the staff made our trip to Ayana amazing. For such a big resort that requires trams to go from one area to the other, the efficiency of the staff is remarkable. The staff was very attentive whenever we needed anything at all. The beach was stunning and met our expectations of the beautiful Bali beaches we came for. The pool club was great and the food there was delicious. The pool club in the villa section was our favourite as we felt that the pools in the Ayana resort section were very busy. We had booked for breakfast but the breakfast area in the main resort section was very chaotic as it was very popular and they have a lot of guests staying here. That experience didn't fulfil our expectations however we explored other breakfast spots around the resort and were extremely pleased. We had breakfast at the Dava restaurant in the Villas section (we paid a little extra for this option) and it was amazing. The best breakfast I've had at a resort before. We even received a sweet handwritten letter from the staff at Dava on our last day! Rock Bar was also a great view and experience. The shopping avenue in the resort was good.

We were not able to swim in the beach due to the waves however this did not cause much of an issue for us as the view was spectacular. Taking this into consideration, we did go to beaches in Uluwatu so we could swim. Our biggest complaint was the online communication before our trip. They informed us they wouldn't have our room ready as we were arriving in Bali really early morning so they said we had to book for the day before even though we were not staying there that night and we had to pay the full price. This is understandable but we would receive messages very late so we were worried about the trip. Also after such a long flight we would have liked a more convenient solution. They should invest in a rest room for travellers coming/leaving at awkward times of the day. Some of the restaurants available at the other sections of the property were lacking. The location is in Jimbaran but if you are planning to visit a lot of spots in Uluwatu (like we did) this will be a bit difficult as it could take up to an hour drive however this resort was worth it.

during my stay the beach was closed due to very strong waves, food in general was not really good comparing to the price we tried 3 different restaurant and my wife actually got food poisoning in the last day and the doctor in the hotel charged us around 350 dollars
