Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, Bahamas

Room was beautiful but our view was really bad on the 8th floor of the East building. And there were workers outside my window every day we were there so we had to keep curtains closed for privacy.

Direction signs inside and outside hotel needs improvement. Food/drinks were much too expensive considering what we paid for the hotel. And should have options for whole fruit somewhere like apples etc

I liked that there was always food available on the property. The glass shower was nice. The room was spacious. It was great to check out on the TV…very convenient. The wrist band key was excellent.

It was difficult to locate the activity areas on the property. The room was too cold even though the AC was shut off. The Live TV guide was incorrect for some channels. The coffee mugs and machine in the room were not cleaned properly.

Some of the personnel that work there do not have the right attitude, the service attitude required when you work in tourism.

So many amenities! The pools were very nice. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. I thought the restaurant options were wonderful! The Casino was a lot of fun and we all enjoyed the Baha Bay water park.The staff was lovely.

The food is seriously over priced, to the point of ridiculous! There should be an all inclusive option at this resort

Housekeeping didn't provide towels after cleaning the room one day.

All were good, not excellent! Choice were adequate. Prices just were very expensive for what you had. Don’t think we will be coming back.. Casino was adequate also. Not worth what you pay for sure, and the staff not very accommodating.

Room to small for the price and it did not have enough drawer space, Dinner was excellent in Kasuya, Carne and breakfast was good in Madeline.

The property was very well kept and tons of things to do for people of all ages!

The food was pricey for the portion sizes and no menus available unless you visit the restaurants of interest.

lovely property, very friendly staff, so much to do you really don’t have to leave. I would definitely come back next time I’m in Nassau

Fantastic staff, in particular the Jazz Bar Bar Staff, namely, Gino, Demitrius, Hosea. Very attentive and remembered what I was drinking.

The property is amazing, the pools are great and the beach is beautiful. The variety of activists is amazing too. The room was good, the shower was great.

the staff was hit and miss. Restaurant staff mostly good, but the water sports people at the beach are very rude, act like they’re doing you a favor. and at the slightest whiff of a breeze take all the gear from the water

truly beautiful property all the way around, we had absolutely terrible weather though so that was a major downside.

hard to knock it being dirty because the rain messed with everything but honestly the inconsistent service was the issue. while housekeeping and bell staff were amazing, front and activities desk workers ranged from mediocre to downright rude.

it is very crowded. the beach is absolutely full, the beds were a mess to find them free at 9:30 in the morning ( on the pools and on the beach)
