Breakfast was really good and the staff always friendly. The room was perfect with great shower and bed.

I booked online with booking. com only to find I had to pay more when I got to the property because the ocean veiw that I taught I booked was not so had to upgrade

The property is beautifully maintained, and the rooms were both clean and spacious. The hotel offered a variety of activities, including a l waterpark and several pools, ensuring there’s always something to do.

While the hotel itself is beautiful and offers many amenities, there were some notable drawbacks. The prices were quite high, particularly for room service, and the breakfast buffet was not worth the cost—food was cold and service was slow. Additionally, it was challenging to get service by the pool; we often had to search for staff or go up to the main area. We also had an issue with our rollaway bed; despite requesting a comforter, we were only provided with a few blankets, which was less than ideal. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, these issues significantly impacted our experience.

The boat rental through the hotel was a disaster, paid over $3k for a private boat and upon arrival it was a shared experience with 20 people: was told it was private. Got scammed!

The water park is extra

Service is almost non existent and very very very expensive. Place is isolated and thus very difficult to get around and they basically take advantage of it by overpricing all items.

Overpriced, not enough breakfast options and other guests can easily charge things to your room like they did to me THREE TIMES.

Our room. Bathroom door would not slide m, it was stuck and unable to close. Shower door was also stuck...would take a big effort from 2 people to open in order to take a shower. I had to ask for bathrobe and slippers (none in the room.)

I loved the beach front.I liked that baha bay was included. The veiw was amazing.The food from the various resturants was good.

The resturants close too early. They said breakfadt was included and it wasnt.I booked a walk out balcony and they gave us a shakespear balcony. The sheets were not clean we had to request clean ones.When the house keeper came to clean they did not change the sheets because a stain that was put there the night before was still there after the came.

The staff was absolutely incredible-from Iesha at the checkin desk going way above and beyond to assist my family with getting into our room a bit early, to all of the restaurant wait staff, lifeguards, housekeeping etc...it was just phenomenal to be treated with such warmth and diligence throughout our stay. They all made our trip memorable and we can't wait to go back! Additionally, the facilities were clean, the water park was safe and well-run, the food and drinks all over the resort were delicious. The pools were a blast-if you have kids you want to send one person down to the Blue Hole (with the cliff jump and grotto) around 7am and save a few lounge chairs for the day. After 730 they are all claimed and it kind of shuts you out for the day. A bright spot of being up and about that early is the short line at Starbucks for your morning coffee on the way back! We also needed medical assistance for a minor issue during our stay, and having the clinic right in the hotel was so convenient--and the care was excellent!

I really wish mini fridges (not the mini bar) were provided in the rooms as a standard amenity. We were unable to take leftovers from meals at restaurants (and the food isn't cheap!), nor could we keep milk for cereal and protein powder we'd packed. I also wish there was a place to refill water bottles with filtered water. The regular tap tastes and smells gross. Some of the larger bottles water (Fiji, which costs $2.50 in the US at Whole Foods), set us back $10/bottle. It's so hot there, and I wish hydration was more affordable.

A very nice hotel well situated with lots of good facilities and beautifully manicured grounds and extensive gardens. There are a number of nice sophisticated shops in the arcades emanating from the lobby. The hotel has a large selection of swimming pools albeit they got quite busy (to be fair it was Easter weekend). Their water park on site is excellent, great rides and with plenty of sandy beaches and was quite spacious and did not get overcrowded. The hotel is served by a long stretch of very lovely beach and plenty of facilities to buy food and drink. It is a big hotel and the onsite restaurants are virtually impossible to get reservations for. This turned out to be a bonus for our party as we ate out at local restaurants most of the time which were exceptional and we would certainly recommend that. The Bahamian people are very kind and friendly. Our first taxi driver was so nice and helpful, he ended up driving us throughout our stay, was always available when we needed him. He was very helpful with his restaurant recommendations and local knowledge and even reservations when needed.

The casino is situated virtually central to the reception and lobby area and is almost the only thing you see when arriving at the hotel. More or less, wherever you go in the hotel, requires a transit of the casino. It's very lively and noisy with lots of flashing lights etc. Not a show stopper but not our favorite place in the hotel.

This resort complex was thoroughly developed and was designed well.

The expense was a bit higher than I would have liked.

The location of the hotel is brilliant but like most big resorts it needs a lot of improvement. Mostly with the staff. Some are just plain rude and either shouldn’t be there or need retraining in the art of hospitality!

The food is very mediocre to say the least. When I make a booking in a restaurant for 8.30, I expect to be taken to my table and seated at that time. Not half an hour later. The restaurant barely had anything available on the menu and our food didn’t start coming out until nearly 10pm! Just unacceptable level of service in a high end resort.

We enjoyed the property overall. The room and welcome was underwhelming having come from the Cove at Atlantis.

I liked that the hotel has a lot of facilities from various restaurants and bars, to essential shopping and luxurious brands, as long as casino. I loved the beach - it’s clean, the sand is white and the water is clear and blue. Rooms look good, the view from the window even for the standard room is amazing. Nature really made my experience in that place

I didn’t like it that during my 5-night stay the bedsheets weren’t changed even once, the bath was always sandy (because I mostly preferred bath to shower), which means that bath wasn’t washed either. The prices for EVERYTHING in the hotel are terrifying, especially food. I’d be fine with paying more if the food was something amazing, but it was regularly (and sometimes even below regular), so I don’t understand where the prices come from, and can’t accept the quality is not enough for the price.

The food was terrible. The resort has many restaurants. We tried several and all of them were very expensive and food was inedible.

Breakfast was okay, but I must say I wish The Sugar factory had better food quality. Overall all the other breakfast spots we tried was good.

I wish booking had better customer service, I initially booked the hotel with booking, for some reason I received an email stating they were having issues with the transaction, through Klarna, I went ahead and booked another room just to find out when I get to the property that the room I previously booked with booking was never cancelled. I ended canceling one of the rooms at the last minute and had to pay a $500 fee for last minute cancellation as requested by the person who was checking us in. She was not helpful, she made us feel like we were not able to afford to stay at the property. Since it was my daughter’s birthday and being in a foreign country, I ended up charging my card and pay a higher rate for the room. I don’t think I will book any trips with booking again.

very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you need in one location. Working Wifi, clean beach and pool, towels available, access to the waterpark, etc. The hotel staff also cleans after the lazy guests that do not take their towels back to the return boxes or leave empty cups on the beach, etc. That is actually a shame but kudos to the staff and the hotel service for that.

Very expensive - I am happy to give a tip, etc. but 16% service charge on everything is really a lot and that had an impact on our consumption and overall spend for this vacation.

Everyone is amazing there. It is pricey and they add taxes and VAT to everything. For dinners it's recommended to make reservations!! But you will not go hungry, there are options for available restaurants.

Room was beautiful but our view was really bad on the 8th floor of the East building. And there were workers outside my window every day we were there so we had to keep curtains closed for privacy.

Direction signs inside and outside hotel needs improvement. Food/drinks were much too expensive considering what we paid for the hotel. And should have options for whole fruit somewhere like apples etc

I liked that there was always food available on the property. The glass shower was nice. The room was spacious. It was great to check out on the TV…very convenient. The wrist band key was excellent.

It was difficult to locate the activity areas on the property. The room was too cold even though the AC was shut off. The Live TV guide was incorrect for some channels. The coffee mugs and machine in the room were not cleaned properly.

So many amenities! The pools were very nice. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. I thought the restaurant options were wonderful! The Casino was a lot of fun and we all enjoyed the Baha Bay water park.The staff was lovely.

The food is seriously over priced, to the point of ridiculous! There should be an all inclusive option at this resort
