Twelve Atlantic Station Marriott Hotel, Atlanta

IThis location was great for where I needed to be- lots of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance.

Im not sure if it was just my room 217 given other recent posts it looks like I am not the only one -but everything in the room was dirty from the floors, blankets, couches - bathrooms, living room and kitchen were outdated... my son even said if you touch the floor with your bare feet it feels like you are walking on sticky cream. We paid over $800 for 2 nights were supposed to have a balcony- instead were staring at a cement wall. The bathroom with a bathtub had the plumbing backwords and a long piece of metal sticking out to switch from bath to shower - super dangerous if you have kids, watch out. Only one trash can had plastic liners. One of the extra blankets we were going to use for my kids hard some hard white residue all over the blanket could not use. Upon check in find out restaurant was closed for renovations but there was nothing on the webpage stating that. You could constantly here noises during stay. The morning breakfast I just don’t even know where to start - inedible? The hallways on second floor old you could see black dirt and dust on all crevices - same thing in the room. Coming from hotel industry - Cannot explain how dirty everything was . Will be addressing with corporate it was honestly a disgrace.

I won’t change my perfect 10 score, but the overnight valet lady was so rude, and hardly ever available. Anytime after 11pm, we would end up parking ourselves and finding her after the fact and her response was rude each time. The day time valet staff were super busy but very friendly and accommodating

The view was great, the pool was huge, and the property was clean

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! We loved Quinn and Tina! It was in a great area! Right in Atlantic station! Shopping was right out the door and so was food and Publix was next door. I loved that they had valet parking as well!

We had to take COLD showers our entire stay. We were told that maybe the hot water heater was turning itself off. That was a really BIG inconvenience for us. Maintenance was not available 24 hours. The ice maker on our refrigerator did not work. The air did not properly circulate in our room even after someone came in to check the vents.

Everything was exceptional. Quin at the front desk was very informative and helpful.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet! The room was beautiful and it was so convenient to be right there at the shops

The hotel was amazing Shanita the hotel manager was very accommodating and was able to provide me everything I needed. The restaurant Allora where we ate dinner Friday night was equally amazing Eithleen, Kim, and Ivy Lee where great people to work with as well. The whole experience was awesome and my daughter and her friends had a great as well as I. I would definitely book there again!

The location is top tier. Valet was very attentive, along with overall staff. The housekeeping did a great job with cleaning the rooms.

Room amenities were lackluster for the size of room. (Didn’t have Washer and Dryer as advertised, TVs were small and updated.)

The room was so spacious and had all the amenities that you need. It was in a great location for walking to anything you are interested in. There was also a restaurant located on the property for easy dining .

The bed could use some work maybe a better mattress. And the bed dipped in the middle.

Breakfast was great, dinner not so much at all. Expensive and not appetizing. Steak too charred,, ran out of special which was reason I chose there.. Facilities clean but did kill roach in kitchen.

No one Acknowledged that we were there for honeymoon. Expected something from staff. Finally someone in restaurant asked if we were celebrating. I put info in reservations and comments. Did bring us dessert and champagne before we left.

Love to clean wide space of the rooms as well as the wide shower head that felt like a massage and a soft bed.

I didn't have a menu for room service in my room and I also thought that they would have left a robe in the room. But most of all, I didn't like the late last minute notice that my room may have been canceled. Had to wait 3 hours almost before the problem could be resolved.

The valet parking person brought the wrong bmw while we were about to leave for the airport, so the key he gave us was for my bmw rental we almost lost 30 trying to figure out how to get inside then we asked him do you have another key. He had the other key glad I left extremely early for my flight
