The hotel was amazing Shanita the hotel manager was very accommodating and was able to provide me everything I needed. The restaurant Allora where we ate dinner Friday night was equally amazing Eithleen, Kim, and Ivy Lee where great people to work with as well. The whole experience was awesome and my daughter and her friends had a great as well as I. I would definitely book there again!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very nice views and great location!

Very clean & fresh upon entry; we arrive at 9am & was accommodated & let check in early at 9:30 instead of 3. Hotel restaurant was CHEFS KISS!! Amazing waitress by the name of Kimberly please ask for her she is what every hostess should be!!

Perfect location. So much to do right there. Loved having a kitchen. Plus the rooms are basically small apartments. Great for a family stay. The staff was wonderful.

The location was perfect! I was able to do some shopping at my favorite stores and eat at some really good restaurants that was only walking distance away

Be careful booking with them refunds take up to 12 days ! Book this hotel for my gf bday and paid 182 the minute i got there they asked for more money and additional 75 to give me the key to the room ,no parking at all either risk getting a ticket or pay 25 for overnight parking at Atlantic station the manger was so rude told me to park on the street where they give tickets out frequently and said if you get a ticket just pay it . The money i book I immediately called to see if there was anything else that needed to be done she only told me to bring my id ruined my girlfriend birthday

Check-in was easy and fast, Griselle was very pleasant, Chey at restaurant was very nice, it was a pleasure talking with her. She was very efficient, and the food was good. The area had lots to offer during my stay.

The hot water didn’t work, the balcony didn’t open, they gave me two rooms instead of an 2 bedroom I didn’t ask for 2 rooms I ask paid for an 2 bedroom the tv in the room didn’t work at cuts off as soon as you cut it on. My family was very upset and we spent over 1500 just for that

Loved the location of the hotel

My husband and I had brunch at Allora and it was delicious and so were the mimosas.

One of the housekeepers didn’t hear my husband say that he was coming to open the door for her and she just walked right in with her key. We definitely didn’t like that at all!

I liked nothing.

The staff was terrible. The rooms look nothing like pictured. The general manager hung up on me he’s literally trash. This whole establishment was unprofessional and everyone had a terrible attitude. They’re stealing money. Beds are uncomfortable like you’re sleeping on brick. 0/10 experience. Valet is confused and unprofessional. TERRIBLE! Still waiting on my refund a month later. Booking is terrible too. The whole experience was horrible.

It was a decent location within good distance for shopping and dining

We walked into our room to an immediate smell of marijuana and the tvs on, after looking into the room further it was obvious someone had smoked in there after the room was cleaned (potentially staff?) because there was a shower cap on the smoke alarm and a very pungent smell of weed which we did alert the staff at the check in desk.

Over priced for what it was

I enjoyed that the place had a full kitchen, we needed to do some cooking and that worked out perfectly.

The day we arrived there was no A/C in the entire building. We decided to leave and requested a refund after it became unbearable.

A huge spider in our room and a dirty sock left in the corner of our bedroom that didn't belong to us!

The bed was the absolute worst the sheets had balls all over it low low budget , were they even changed. I did not sleep I was suppose to stay until July 5th but I cut my stay short and left on the 4th of July at 7:28 PM. I was over charged my price was 557.09 tax included and my card was charged $707.09 for what.

the room I had stuff in the oven that was burnt when I turn on to use , shower couldn’t blow dry hair , floors dirty in room black needs to be mopped , room I thought I was getting wasn’t like the picture , over all paying that much a night and it’s mediocre is crazy.

There was no way to hang anything. We came here for us to get ready for our wedding. There was no wear to hang the dress to keep if odd the ground. Room is smaller than described.
