amazing hotel, did not feel like I was treated very appropriately by the staff
as always, the four seasons is an absolute treat
however, the staff had an error in my booking and called my room over 5 times about it very late at night. I offered to come resolve it at the front desk, they said it was fine and then someone called me again shortly there after.

I couldn't get into a room when I arrived.
There wasn't a hairdryer in the bathroom.

My stay was pleasant.
Service staff delivering breakfast was excellent. Pleasant, accommodating and efficient.
Lobby breakfast was of a standard I'd expect from any hotel. In room breakfast was acceptable, but not special or memorable in any way.
