Comfort of beds, towels, location, view over acropolis, breakfast, quiet, good coffee in the room.

A little sleek.

With the exception of the blocked view from my room (big exception) all was high quality and met my high expectations. The view from my room was blocked by the tall building. There was no city view but buildings view.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff, the room, the rooftop bar/pool, and breakfast choices. The location could not have been better to all the sights in Athens. Front desk was very helpful for city information and helpful in arranging the transportation from the cruise ship to the hotel and hotel to the airport. Would stay there again.

We didn't not like but expect a little outside noise because this hotel is in the city.

Everything is excellent

Right in the heart of the city's shopping street and 15-20 min walk to the major historical attractions. Spacious rooms and buffet breakfast. Restaurant/bar at the top floor has perfect view of the Acropolis.

Big hotel with lots of rooms, so can be crowded. But well-staffed so it's more whether you like that kind of vibe.

Views of the acropolis were exceptional from the hotel. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Service was top notch. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Very highly recommend this property.

The staff at the reception and throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room service was efficient, and the suite was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Athens, making it easy to walk to major attractions and shops.

The breakfast was very basic and not up to the standard expected from a 5-star hotel at this price range. The indoor heated pool was very small, required a reservation, and was only available for children until 2:00 PM — plus the water was not warm enough. Regarding the rooms: I stayed in a suite on the 7th floor, which was very comfortable and clean, but the noise from outside was quite noticeable. Whether it was due to the central location or lack of proper soundproofing, I could hear traffic and street sounds clearly until late at night and from early morning, which was somewhat disturbing.

The location was fantastic and near to all the tourists spots. The staff were great with cheerful nature. Breakfast and Acropolis view were great.

The room was good and specious but the washroom was pretty small. But overall very clean.

This hotel is amazing: -centrally located and in walking distance to most tourist sites -modern hotel, with comfortable and spacious rooms, and lovely clean washrooms. -fantastic and friendly staff, who went out of their way to help us when a tour operator didn’t deliver. -a legendary breakfast. Seriously, the breakfast is phenomenal and the view of the acropolis was unmatched. I would book here exclusively when travelling to Athens. I understand why they regularly sell out.

The restaurant prices are a bit high if eating dinner at the hotel.

The hotel is very well situated just off the Syntagma Square and approximately 15 minutes' walk away from the Acropolis. It is a clean, well-run hotel with friendly and helpful staff, with a small spa in the basement and a rooftop bar/restaurant with wonderful views over to the Acropolis. The food and drinks are quite pricey, but you are paying for the view so we did not begrudge that, and the evening meal we had at the restaurant was of really good quality and well worth doing on at least one evening. The room was of a good size, very clean and modern. We would definitely look to stay here again if coming back to Athens.

There was very little that could have been much better. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

There are two pools. Since it was a bit cold we only used the indoor one that is part of the Spa. Although it was heated it was still cold and you have to make a reservation to use it because of the small space

Breakfast was phenomenal and all the staff at the hotel were fabulous…..we 3 ladies shared a suite so a bathroom with a more private shower would’ve been nice…..food at dinner , and the Burger house was also great

The light switches in the rooms didnt match the light locations which was problematic….

The view of the acropolis from the 10th floor restaurant of the Electra Metropolis is the reason I booked this property and it did not disappoint.

Our stay was good

Large rooms. We had a superior double room. One on 3rd floor and one on 8th floor. Rooms were very modern and well appointed. Very walkable area near Plaka and many sites. Spectacular Rooftop views of the Acropolis are unmatched! Included breakfast buffet was superbly excellent as well. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic location with deck view of Acropolis. Staff was very helpful and surprised us with a cake and liquor gift the first night. Could not have been in a better location for a short stay to view historical sites.

We were slightly disappointed because we were told we would get an upgrade to a better view than street view and it was actually a street view. False expectation One of the waiters at breakfast was truly arrogant.
