Great location. Amazing top roof restaurant with acropolis views .

Wifi weakness, kitchen smells in most of rooms because of the empty quarter hotel design, they should solve smells issues

The bed is not suitable for a couple, as it consists of two separate beds that are not connected. It is expected that the bed in an expensive (Executive) room would be more comfortable.

The hotel is located in an extremely central area, making it easy to explore almost the entire city on foot. Its convenient location really enhanced our stay.

For a 5-star hotel, I believe the rooftop should remain open much later, and the breakfast selection could have been more diverse and richer.

Fantastic location and Acropolis suite view can’t be beat. Evening and breakfast buffet on the roof were both great. Staff was extremely helpful - especially the concierge who gave us a tour of the ruins in the basement!

The breakfast was excellent, The food in general is perfect. The service is impeccable, very polite and helpful staff. No to speak about the Acropolis view which from the top terrace seems like at a one hand distance.

The doors of the bathrooms need a renovation.

Albeit not as new and modern as other properties, I liked everything. A larger variety of fresh vegetables at breakfast would have been really nice

Excellent location with beautiful rooms. The bathroom is excellent. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and breakfast on level 10. The rooftop was perfect for a bottle of wine late afternoon while enjoying the Acropolis view and sunset. The staff were excellent. We were granted a late check out which was very much appreciated. The best hotel stay of our 3 month European holiday! We can't wait to stay here again.

Brilliant location, walking distance to most sights Very friendly staff although it was a very busy time! If something did not work they were very quick to respond and resolve.

Lifts very very busy at times requiring a long wait.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, we were very happy with our room that we were given. The room had a very nice decor and the bed was very comfortable, it was very clean and the bathroom was very luxurious.The hotels location was perfect and was close to all amenities lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and a short drive to the Acropolis. Throughout the hotel it was all modern decor and a very high standard. All of the staff were very professional and very helpful, they went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was amazing with a very large choice of food, the breakfast staff were very attentive and brought us glasses of fruit juice and coffees. The view from the 10th floor where breakfast is served has a breathtaking view of the Acropolis. The gym had everything we required and the indoor pool was lovely and relaxing, but it was advised to book it as it sometimes gets busy. I would highly recommend this hotel if youre looking for a city break in Athens
