view of acropolis and neighbourhood, and area surrounded the hotel, and ofc affordable price

No sounds proof, i booked superior double room with balcony and acropolis view, however, i ended up could not sleep comfortably as the room right below the bar and the elevator to the bar is next to the room. Very noise and early morning around 7 AM there was sound of chair friction to the floor from the bar which made a noise to the room. Also the wall is super thin so i also can hear people from the next room.

The location of this hostel was perfect! Seriously just across the road from Monastiraki Square but down a small street so that noise wasn't an issue. I loved the location and chose it for that reason. The staff were helpful and told me about restaurant choices in the opposite direction to what I would have tried, so I found a really lovely area right near the hostel thanks to them. I appreciated the self-service paid luggage lockers in the basement, that meant I could leave my items for the day when I checked out, before heading to the airport in the evening. I guess if you were island hopping and wanted to leave larger cases there too, that would be an option, as there were payments for multiple days too. The 6 bed female dorm was a bit tight, if all of us were trying to dress or get started at the same time in the morning, it would have been a little tricky, but luckily only three of us were out of bed at the same time. The en suite bathroom was good, but I would have appreciated a hand towel or bathmat in there, as it stayed quite damp. The shelf and power point for each bed was a good touch too, very convenient. Personal lockers in the room were nice and big too - make sure you have your own padlock.

The mattress on my bed was a bit tough, the springs could be felt through it, but I still slept well. The ventilation in our en-suite bathroom wasn't great, so one wall had a lot of mould growing higher up. It needs a good scrub to remove it, I'd say. There was no communal kitchen for preparing your own food.

Location is fantastic, the rooftop bar looks over the Acropolis, and they give free shots to the new guests. Room is big enough for a few nights, the shower is good size with hot water.

There were some hairs in the shower (the side part though, not where you stand)

The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom wasn't that clean. But it was worth the money, I didn't expect a lot more. For the price it was good.

Location and Reasonable price.

Wifi was not working properly at all. Room given to me was on 3rd floor and no lift is there, although it's not very tough to climb; Light sensors in stairs were not good and could cause accident. No coffee machine or anything including water was provided which is basic in other hotels.

The staff were all amazing, very helpful and offered great advice on where to eat and do. Rooftop bar had exceptional views of the acropolis also the location is very central close to historical sites and public transport including metro to airport.

The private rooms are too basic and the pillows need updating.

Perfect location, value for money, clean room and bathroom, friendly stuff

The beds creak, the hostel should consider upgrading them with more stable beds since other hostels in the city providing this

The lounge area where I made some wonderful friends, drank herb tea and ate some thrown together meals together; the girls in my room who came from all over the Earth, and breakfast in the bar in beautiful sunshine with amazing views. I also liked the central location and ease of going anywhere in Athens.

There's no kitchen and my dorm room was a little small. The shower water tended to spill out on the floor.

We stayed at the private room. It was clean and had a good big balcony with amazing view. The location was good as well.

The bed was not super comfortable, it was ok. The pillows were very thin. The bathroom was so small.

I loved all the attractions were so near by .The Metro was 2 streets down. The roof terrace was beautiful and I was welcome with a free shot.

Even the room was nice and clean and comfortable I must sayed , I stayed in a room with 6 girls. This could have been super amazing if the bathroom wasn't so disgusting and shower looked like a dog shower. The bathroom needs remodeling and also attention to the mold growing all over it. The only good is that the hot water worked.

Staff was very friendly ,Awesome service respond messages very fast. The location is in center city which is excellent , you can walk to Acropolis & all tourist point. I would recommend to stay here

Amazing location right in the heart of the center, walking distance to the Acropolis and all the main sites, close to Ermou street, Plaka . Very helpful staff and clean and good facilities

It right in the Centre , Acropolis was only few hundred meters away.

The toilet was tidy and clean it just not big enough.

It's in a great location and is an excellent value. The staff were very helpful and mostly friendly. Everything is clean. Everything you could want is right around the corner, or at least nearby. The roof top and main floor common areas are great for interacting with fellow travelers. All major attractions in central Athens are a short walk away. The guests are mainly backpackers and not broke Greeks.

My personal towel was taken by the cleaning lady, and it took some real effort to get it back. The fire alarms went off randomly a few times, and once when the building next door was actually on fire. The rooms are extremely small, not even space for 2 people to pass between the beds, but the price can't be beat. There is only a microwave, and no stove or refrigerator, although the receptionist can put things in the staff fridge for you. Pretty minor stuff considering the value and location.

The view upstairs is nice and there’s a toilet you can use.

Power plugs to every bed not possible, but maybe this can change. Ventilation needs a bit of a fixing in the toilet.

The hostel is located in a central location, perfect to visit around! The receptionist was very welcoming and gave me great recommendations for places to eat. The dorm was clean, cozy, and had a private bathroom. (Also, free shot for the rooftop bar). Overall, very much recommended!

You need to pay for luggage storage in the basement lockers if you arrive early or wanted to store luggage after checkout. No privacy curtains.

I liked the location, the hospitality and the room was comfy.

The hostel is very near the city centre and the neighborhood is safe also at night, with many bars and restaurants. The staff is very thoughtful, helpful and friendly: the hairdryer in my room didn't work, but when I asked the staff to help me, they gave me another one very quickly. In general they are ready to respond to any request or need. The room and the bathroom were simple, but clean and very comfortable. I would suggest just adding a little table to put the stuff. But otherwise, it was great. There is also a rooftop where you can have breakfast or take a drink at night. The panorama is unique, with a beautiful view of the Acropolis. In conclusion, it's the perfect place for visiting Athens.

Place was very well located! Pretty close to the metro station and also to many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and kind, WiFi connection was also great! Bed was okay too; comfortable for a night or short stay. I stayed for a short time so didn’t have time to check the facilities. Isnt a bad thing so I will not add as “didn’t like section”, but the rooms were pretty small. There were no so many space to put your luggage and stuff around even with lockers available, but the room them self was kinda small. Also, it might be people staying a little bit longer so would be great to have more rules or advise about shared rooms, the room I was at has a person and was so many things of her everywhere, even food, fruits and salads, could definitely bring some little animals to the room.

The location is fantastic, 1-minute walk from Monastiraki Metro Station. The staff is kind and the facility is not bad.

The cleanliness of the room/ bed should be improved a lot. I found a few bed bugs on the bed . That's so annoying.

The location was great and the price was cheap. The rooftop bar had a view as good as any of the other big names without the big prices.

Not having free storage was a bit crap. If you want to leave your bags (and 3pm checkin is hard and fast) then you have to pay for a locker. Also, the soundproofing was poor. The drawback of such a great location is that it’s busy most of the night and early in the morning. So having poor soundproofing is a bit of a problem.

The location is amazing because is close to the Parthenon. The view, all the area is nice. The view from the rooftop is amazing

Great location couldn’t fault it near all the tourist locations.We had the double room with en-suite bathroom and a balcony,great views of the acropolis.

The location of the hotel is very good. Hotel staff are very helpful. The view from the terrace is very nice,

but the bar on the terrace is open to customers from outside and they make a lot of noise when leaving late at night. I stayed for 2 nights and had the same difficulty sleeping both nights. There is nothing else bad.

Location was good. The view from our balcony was excellent. The staff were excellent, very helpful.

The dorm could have been bigger. The shower didn’t have a door so the water went everywhere with dirty footprints on the floor. All the floors should have been cleaned properly including under the beds. The bunks were noisy and the mattresses were old. The whole place needs renovating. The lift is dangerous. If you don’t open it correctly it could slam back on you. You should have more comfortable chairs in the reception area.

good hostel, quiet at night. good AC. nice brekafast place next to the hostel. close to metro and 15 min walk to the Syntagma Square. moldy but reasonably clean bathrooms.

mattresses are roulette. some are ok, some are extremely uncomfortable, I had some problems with wifi in the room. bathrroms are really tiny. a bit too moldy..

The location is excellent, a few steps away from Monastiraki square, place is bustling and busy and felt like a great spot to socialize. Has lockers downstairs to store your luggage.

Very basic room, with no effort put into any design or making it feel welcoming. The shower head was in really poor condition, barely sprinkling any water, the tap was stiff and water temperature was quite unstable (went from cold to scorching hot without much in between).

The beds weren't very comfortable, they were squickiy so the room was noisy any time someone moved in their bed.

Central, good price for convenient although basic facilities. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Clean. Rooftop is great. Nice entrance hall/common room. Easy access and no hassle to come back late at night.

Small room for 4. Would be OK for 2. Lack of space. Bathroom facilities a bit cramped. No padlock on locker, apparently you have to buy one if there isn't one available ? It wasn't clear.
