The building is a modern, energy-efficient structure designed by KJO Architecture, featuring interiors by the True Hand Society. The design leans into a clean, Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic using a mix of wood, matte finishes, brass, and reclaimed materials. A standout feature is the striking four-story interior green wall that anchors the central stairwell, providing a living, breathing core to the property.

Outside, the hotel offers a shared urban courtyard designed by Ferox Studio. This peaceful space is filled with native, pollinator-friendly plants and locally sourced furnishings, serving as an ideal spot for a morning coffee or a quiet evening drink.
