The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! I left behind something after checking out and they worked hard to ensure I received them. Overall phenomenal customer service!

The location of the hotel is really good if you want to be near all the cool Parisian spots. Soooo aesthetically pleasing, the rooms are beautifully designed (very Wes Anderson coded). The staff was super kind, the pool was beautiful - a bit too hot for my liking but that’s just me.

The room was a bit small, I asked for a quiet room yet I could hear the car noises all the time. Ordered room service twice and the taste of the food is definitely not worth the price - would not recommend eating there. Everything I tried food wise was mediocre (sorry for the honesty)

Asked for twin beds several times but got one big bed. They fixed it but only after having to ask twice. Also the lock on the door was broken. Otherwise everything was great.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and perfect location!

One morning a staff member opened my room´s door and almost entered it even if I had the DND sign on. I don´t understand why they even opened my door if I haven´t ordered any room service that day or asked for my room to be cleaned.

Beautiful Architecture and interior , every corner had an element of surprise . Looking forward to more stays in the hotel . The service was impeccable and that heated pool was perfect to wind down during winter .

The location is excellent.

I booked a room with a patio, only to be informed that it's just "patio view." The room description was misleading. Luckily, the desk staff handled the problem.

I stayed at Le Grand Mazarin for two days and absolutely loved it! The service was amazing, the funky style of the hotel was so unique, and the small details made the stay extra special. Breakfast was lovely as well!

The location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions like the Pompidou and other cultural spots.. However, it might not be the best choice for a longer stay if you’re looking to explore other parts of Paris.

De staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. They also had attention for the kids. They really made us feel welcome. We booked a hotel with swimming pool so the kids could have little breaks during the day.

The restaurant was disorganized. The rooms were large (especially for Paris) bit quite dark.

Beautiful design hotel, the room was so nice the restaurant downstairs and the location was just perfect. The concierge was very helpful and all the staff were very sweet and accommodating. The gym was nice and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommended

1. It was one of the best host I’ve ever met. From parking of my car till housekeeping and restaurant. Great team. Thank you!!! 2. Unique interior, which details want to examine every time. It is beautiful. 3. Perfect and comfortable room. Wc with Japanese toilet surprised as well. Dyson hairdryer I saw first time in a hotel. Nice present-bag. 4. Perfect breakfast. Delicious, big variety of eggs, pancakes, cheese and meat.

It’s gorgeous. Artfully decorated. Comfortable to the max. Incredibly attentive staff. They went above and beyond to see and meet our needs. Helped with bags, offered refreshments at check in, moved a bassinet into our room at short notice. Plus amazing facilities, steam room, pool, hot tub.

It’s a 5 star boutique hotel with impeccable service in a great location. Very well designed and whimsy…reminded me of Wes Anderson x Alice in wonderland. Also has nice touches like welcome wine/pastries, Dyson hair dryer, Diptyque products, heated bathroom floors, steam shower. I also cannot stress enough the warm and hospitable hotel staff- everyone goes above and beyond to anticipate your needs. The pool is the icing on the cake. It's not large but it's a welcome respite after a long day of walking around the city.

It was a perfect stay. I would not change a thing and excited to return.

Location was central and convenient for many restaurants and shops. Staff were very good and helpful. The room was excellent. Every possible amenity there. Service very good. Pool and spa very good as well.

The hotel is located in a lovely part of Paris, very convenient for an array of restaurants and bars. The staff were fantastic. All very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are top-notch and we loved our stay.

The breakfast was lovely but did not, in my view, represent very good value for money. Nevertheless, we did enjoy it when we are breakfast at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Special place indeed thanks to the astonishing design. The hotel reception staffs were very welcoming, friendly and helpful!! Super professional. Pool area is unique!! Soft Drinks at bar were free but I wish some snacks were also complimentary. 15 euros for some simple peanuts/chips is just too much.. This could be a nice treat and not costy for the hotel ..

AMAZING interiors. Really, out of this world. Even if You don’t like this dreamy ecclectic, Wes Anderson like style You will be amazed by the attention to detail and the quality of finishing materials. There are no shortcuts here. The suite looks and feels like an apartment of Your hypothetical millionaire artist friend You wished You had. -Overall branding and ambience of the place. Great breakfast. - Very responsibe and plaesant staff.

-As the hotel is located in a tight city quarter in an adaptedd old building there is no real lobby to rest in. A reception desk and a small room that follows it on the way to the restaurant is not enough. Thankfully the rooms and suites are spacious and so nice that You dont actually miss the non existent which is usually present in a hotel of this class . -Bit too pricey for its own good.

A beautiful hotel! Breakfast was very fresh with lots to choose from for both adults and children. All the staff really helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Rooms were perfect and the swimming pool amazing!

I travelled with my 79yr old mother and 19yr old son and we all loved our stay! Staff were super-efficient and knowledgeable , and warm and welcoming. Food: absolutely divine. Stylish decor with modern amenities
