Beatufil building and surraundace. Also the sauna made a big difference at the end of the tiring day. Great breakfast.

The room had a slightly musty smell, maybe from the carpet or possibly from the air conditioning.

This is a lovely hotel. The location is perfect. Very quiet rooms and a peaceful stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The beds appear to have a protective cover over the mattress, which makes a crinkling noise when you move in the bed. On our second morning at 8am, loud piano music was played in the hall outside the bedrooms, and it was very strange. Luckily, we were jetlagged and awake already.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice, very tasty, even champagne and oysters. Hotel was impeccably clean, room was spacious and had everything. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised and if I ever go back to Warsaw, I would choose this hotel again.

Hotel is very good, everything was perfect, rooms clean, breakfasts were perfect too.

Serenity, nice view, pleasant, helpful staff. Very good breakfast- lot of choices inlcuding different meals from different cuisines.

Bathroom might need some refurbishment and limescale removal. The price for the room is overrated, it costs the same as at Ritz-Carlton hotel Super Delux Room. Otherwise, all is good.

I think its more very good 4stqr hotel than 5 star.

Room was very dark. Small things like: that there was only 1 big towel per person. Not possible to get out conditioner from bottle. No good mirror in the room. And door is not closing automatically so we found in the middle of the night that our door was open. Actually all are small things and if this is 4 star hotel i dont even mention them. But in 5 star i hope to have comfortable bed (not so soft) with additional blanket and good reading light. But there wasnt. also wine list in bar doesnt contain glass of cremant or champagne. Only cava.

This hotel had a great location near the Old Town and a gate and city wall. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I would encourage all to stay here.

It should be forbidden to photograph in the spa when other guests are around. And maybe special time for when kids are allowed.

Location was excellent, just a short stroll to the New and Old Town. We also liked the room (112) and bathroom. The shower was excellent! The quality of breakfast was very good overall.

The staff were a little too unsmiling and clipped. The exceptions were housekeeping and the reception lady on our last morning who had more warmth.

Probably, the best placed we have ever stayed. It’s the quite luxury you feel ar every step - the lobby, the room, the spa area. Perfectly located to explore the oldtown. We parked our car on the street few steps from the entrance, but guests can use hotel parking facilities.

Our experience at Mamaison Le Regina Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. The breakfast was especially impressive – delicious, generous, and beautifully presented. The interior design of the hotel is stunning, full of charm and elegance. I truly felt like I was in a fairytale! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special and memorable stay in Warsaw.

Spacious and clean room, toilets were well equipped. Very central location, nestled within a quiet street, but 10 mins walk to the old town.

Great location, nice room with walk-in shower, towel warming rack & excellent full breakfast - with asparagus season - had freshly cooked asparagus every morning, fresh fruit, good selection of cheeses and bread and raw honey!

Location is good. The hotel is in the Old Town. The room was big. Breakfast could be better for the 5 star hotel. I could not have breakfast on the second morning, but my friend told me that there were oysters. It was on Saturday. I guess it is better on weekends. The receptionist was not very welcoming and gave me an attitude when I could not find my passport and asked if a driver's licence could work. Apparently not. But it could be said with a smile and understanding.

But it could be said with a smile and understanding. The shower was leaking. Just one little hair conditioner for two women with long hair. The charging socket is only near one side of the bed.

I love the staff at this hotel. One example of which was the excellent male trainee who kindly gave me a comprehensive and insightful list of his favourite art exhibitions in Warsaw and another was the maitre d' in the restaurant going off menu for me. It is a delightful hotel in the delightful old town and I would not stay anywhere else in Warsaw.
