An exceptional hotel in a perfect, quiet location
A beautiful hotel in a quiet location close to the Old Town. The room was excellent with a big, very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, lights and sockets next to the bed. The bathroom was well equipped, had a bath AND a separate shower and bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided in big bottles. Tea, coffee, kettle, fridge and welcome biscuits made our visit perfect. We had breakfast on one of the mornings, a bit pricey at £25 per head, but quite an exceptional variety of hot and cold food.

Charming hotel in convienet and attractive location
Fantastic location, quiet, charming alley but yet close to everything and so central. Very polite and helpful staff. Classy decor. Comfortable room, well organised and planned space. The only small criticism- mattress was very soft.
Breakfast was delicious with wide variety of food. We would stay here again.

Not really big but cozy hotel in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the Old Town. Recently renovated, with a small but nice spa area and very friendly, well-trained staff.
The hotel’s only restaurant is definitely worth a visit, the food is excellent and the chefs clearly know what they’re doing.
Overall, if you’re visiting as a tourist, this is a great place to stay.

Lovely, elegant hotel in great location.
Very well located outside of, but near, the Old Town (8 mins walk); excellent service; nice breakfast; comfortable rooms; small, but cosy spa area and pool; lovely communal areas.

Great quality, relaxing hotel stay.
Exceptionally clean, with a very relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very spacious, with a lovely big bathroom with full sized bath. There is a beautiful pool, just the right temperature & empty when I was using it, there’s also a sauna & spa treatments available. Breakfast was excellent, a range of fresh salads, breads & meats, cereals and hot cooked food also available. Staff were great, with excellent local knowledge & they couldn’t do enough for us. There are lots of good local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel.
We like to use public transport to get around when we can, & Warsaw has an excellent Tram & bus network, which is not expensive, 4.40 pln for a 75 minute transfer ticket. The location of the hotel near to the old town does however mean that there is a walk of around 7 minutes to the nearest tram & bus stops.

Great value for the money!
Lovely property, beautiful inside and out. Location was great to walk into old town and an easy taxi from the airport or the modern part of the city. Lots of shops and restaurants all around.
The staff were pleasant but not the friendly and welcoming attitude we experienced everywhere else we’ve been in Poland.

Good and comfortable hotel, recommended.
Clean room and hotel overall. Nice and tasty breakfast. Want to recognize the cleaning stuff behaviour - they were waiting for my absence to clean up the room. It is really convenient and pleasure.
The room needs some minor cosmetic repairs (scratches on the walls), the shower head in the bathroom leaks when the tap is completely closed.

Beautiful, quiet hotel with wonderful staff and lots of amenities. I will definitely stay again!
Staff was wonderful! They were very friendly and helpful, and everyone spoke English. They recommended several restaurants and things to see during my very short stay. Room was very clean. I wish I had time to try the pool- it looked stunning and very serene. There is also a spa onsite, and breakfast is available for an additional charge. Also, a huge plus for me is that the hotel was very quiet!
The beds were very firm. But that is the only thing that I found lacking. Everything else was perfect.

Nice stay near the old town
Nice breakfast with option to ask for porridge/ eggs to be cooked for you. We also had dinner at a restaurant and everything was delicious.
I had a massage at the hotel spa and it was great!
Pool area is rather small. All seat were taken even though the hotel wasn’t full
