Old, classic hotel with the charm. Great staff, generous breakfast. Great location in the beautiful part of Old Town, a bit further from tourist traps. I recommend to visit nearby Zoliborzsc district- really great place to have a walk and a baked goodie.

The hotel is ideally located, and the front desk staff were kind. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are lovely and have well stocked coffee facilities with complimentary water each day and a hand made cookie on the first night. The housekeeping staff are excellent and on one day when we left later than usual they came back and made the room up with no issues. The reception staff are very helpful and assisted us on a couple of occasions. We had drinks in the hotel bar and the maitre'd was really helpful on the wine selection. As we had made reservations in the old and new town we did not eat in the hotel.

There was nothing in this hotel that did not meet expectations.

Beautifully decorated hotel with excellent facilities. Room was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Location was excellent, within easy walking distance to the Old Town with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Nothing - only comment would be we declined the offer of airport transfer and breakfast options as overpriced. Airport/Local taxi service charge less and plenty of options for breakfast within short walking distance at very reasonable prices.

Everything was perfect, was little disappointed that the sauna was out of order, but i asked for a room with bath to get warm and the staff found me a room so it was great solution for me

Nothing I didn’t like,

Overall everything was very good. The strongest points are the location (very close to the city center but not in the crowded areas) and the value for money. The room was quite big. Even if the room was on the ground floor facing the street, it was very quiet and properly sound-proofed.

If I have to find something not extremely positive, I would say that the bathroom felt more like a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star one.

Room very comfortable and swimming pool big plus. We started morning with the most delicious breakfast where you could saver polish delicatessen.

What can I say? The photos speak for themselves: oysters for breakfast its high level. Spa and pool - 5* The swimming pool deserves special words of gratitude.

No smart tv in the room

Since the first time I stayed at your hotel I knew I would make it my regular place when in Warsaw. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, you have the best breakfast of any hotel I have stayed in, your restaurant and food for every type of meal are perfect, and the location of the hotel is ideal, with the quiet of a neighborhood yet just a few steps from the excitement and beauty of Old Town.

It would be helpful to have someone specifically there to take luggage up to the room. Also, the front door that requires manual opening rather than automatically makes it difficult to go in and out with luggage and other hand held items.

The room quality was much nicer than I expected! It was rather large, very clean and the beds were super comfortable! A very enjoyable stay!

One small thing is that the WiFi they gave didn’t work at all. The password was wrong. However, we were still able to use wifi just fine thanks to the lobby wifi.

Perfect central location but very quiet and stylish.

I would not say it’s a 5* hotel. It defo needs some renovation and deep cleaning. The furniture is very old school so you can feel it was not changed for long time. The TV was the size of a small monitor, and so far away you cannot see anything from the bed. The room was spacious, facilities fine but I’d give it a max of 4*. Breakfast was good and lot of options.

It’s a bit old and needs a fresh touch and deep cleaning. Carpet was stained in our room and the room was dark itself. I think the price shall be lower for the property.

The Mamaison is a beautiful hotel. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre. On-street parking was generally hassle-free, so this place can be recommended for travellers with their own transport.

Beautiful property in perfect location quiet right in the old town I’ll be back

This is a lovely hotel. The location is perfect. Very quiet rooms and a peaceful stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The beds appear to have a protective cover over the mattress, which makes a crinkling noise when you move in the bed. On our second morning at 8am, loud piano music was played in the hall outside the bedrooms, and it was very strange. Luckily, we were jetlagged and awake already.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice, very tasty, even champagne and oysters. Hotel was impeccably clean, room was spacious and had everything. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised and if I ever go back to Warsaw, I would choose this hotel again.
