This hotel is gorgeous. Not just the rooms but the rest of the hotel too - every area is beautifully appointed and so elegant. The restaurant served great food, the bar was fantastic, the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, and the BYREDO amenities were a very welcome touch!

I wish we had stayed longer!

A modern version of old world charm; exceptional design, carefully maintained with a well managed staff that seeks to delight their clients. The hotel has a well equiped fitness center as well as a spa with sauna and swimming pool. We enjoyed breakfast in the charming adjacent Bristol Cafe. The hotel does offer a extensive buffet breakfast in another area as well, but the simpler Cafe offering suited our particular needs.

My only suggestion is to provide smart TVs in the guest rooms. Our room could not easily access Netflix or Youtube or other services commonly found on smart TVs.

This hotel was a great location, super clean, flowers everywhere. The breakfast was wonderful. Took a taxi both ways to train station. Definitely would stay here again!

Staff at Vines bar are only staff experienced in Poland or elsewhere recently that were pushing for tips..completely unnecessary and stopped us using the bar as it was just too much and embarrassing

Hotel Bristol was centrally located, very nice staff, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a great shower and the bed was more than comfortable. We were walking distance to restaurants and the old town area.

Location and the beauty of the building are hard to match. The room itself was spotless. The toiletries provided were also very nice.

Leaky shower head and a pretty run down hair dryer. Nothing terrible but it did not match the impression the hotel wanted to create.

Charm and grandeur without pretentiousness. Spacious room with view, super comfy bed, stunning bathroom, dazzling public spaces, stellar breakfast, wonderful friendly staff who treated us like royalty (shoutout to concierge who helped with our roots tour and arranged a driver to my grandpa's village). Cafe Bristol not to be missed.

Beautiful property, gorgeous finishings, extremely courteous staff, very comfortable mattress.

The room was quite small, it was hard to find a way to unpack 2 luggages. Also, prior to arriving I received a message from the hotel saying that they would do something special as we were celebrating an anniversary, however nothing was done. I replied letting them know we are here (in case they forgot) and they simply said enjoy your stay. Not a make or break but wish they wouldn’t have promised something.

We were informed a few days in advance that the sauna was closed. That was disappointing.

Fantastic location and a beautiful hotel. Room was a good size and comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious.

We had a lovely little balcony except that the door to it had a security catch, so you could only open the door a few inches, the same for the windows. It was such a shame as we had lovely views across the gardens.

We had two Rooms for our party. The Hotel was very accommodating on finding two that were nearby on the same floor. The rooms were in great shape and of a good size. Plenty of amenities within the room. Bathrooms were exceptional and well maintained. Great daily service in making up the rooms and refreshing them. The Hotel staff - from checkin, the bell desk, the concierge, and the restaurants were polite, well trained, and attentive.The rooms were appropriately luxurious for the price paid. The overall facility was in very good shape - spit polished! Location - terrific as always.

In the past we thought that the breakfasts were much better. The staff was attentive and well trained - but the ingredients had gone down hill significantly. As an example: the buffet used to have smoked salmon - that was gone. The breads and pastries used to be of higher quality. The breakfast hours ran until 10:30am it would have been great if it was an hour longer, especially on weekends.

Hotel was great. Due to low occupancy during my visit my room was upgraded to the biggest one available in the category I reserved, and it had a brilliant view out over the royal road. Right in the heart of everything historic in Warsaw, and anything else you would like to see is only a bus ride away. Staff were the highlight for me, extremely helpful to me as a solo traveler with recommendations for food, things to see, etc. Would recommend especially for first time visitors to the city as well as solo travelers.

Breakfast : service and products not up to a 5 star level. Too few top quality regional Polish products. Young staff not properly trained and not pro-active enough towards the guests.

A bit expensive

Great service, the concierge was lovely and kindly booked us a romantic dinner for 2 at a local restaurant. The hotel is beautiful, room service was tasty and the bars downstairs were great for cocktails. The rooms were great, very clean and modern. Bed was huge and very comfortable. We didn't get disturbed by any noise through the night. They even gave us some homemade chocolates for our anniversary, which was a sweet touch.

Had a nice comfortable stay. The room was nice and the quality of the buffet breakfast was good (not excellent). There was a nice view of the Christmas lights from the room window. The hotel is perfectly located between the old and new parts of the city. Highly recommended !!

The buffet brealfast was nice .... good selection of cereals, meats, cheeses, bread, fruit, cakes, juices, etc, however, the quality of the hot food was poor. The sausages were like rubber, the rashers (bacon) were full of fat. There were no waffles or pancakes, and the scrambled eggs were runny.

Great Location for access to the city, very clean room, the bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel had an overall wonderful interior design style and finishes. The Breakfast was fantastic and the Hotel Bar was a great place to enjoy a drink at night.

Lack of toiletries in bathroom, however when requested they were provided. Noise issue with an adjoining room but the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and assisted with finding a new room of the same size.

A really nice hotel, located in the center of Warsaw. The room was very large and quite new. The bathroom was clean and super nice.

The room was not soundproof: we could hear everything that was going on in the room next door.

Our room was on the sixth floor and the design of the building meant that we had a window which was only half height from the floor to ceiling. Therefore, the room had reduced light. Not great in December. Would love to stay again when next in Warsaw - but not sixth floor

The rooms were amazing. I stayed in a Junior Suite, a Studio Suite, and a Grand Suite. The breakfast was like something I've never seen before for a continental breakfast. It was amazing. Also, the location could not be beat. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and my hotel driver was excellent. I even hired him to bring me to Prague for a couple of days!!!

I didn't really have any complaints, but if I had to nitpick, I would say I didn't like how tall the bathtubs were in my junior suite. I am disabled and fell twice getting in and out of the tub. The front desk was very accommodating and found me a studio suite with a walk in shower which I absolutely loved. Only issue with that is the Studio Suites are more expensive and it would have been nice if Marriot had comped me the price difference, but like I said, I'm just nitpicking. I extended my trip by a few days so that I could go to Prague for a couple of days and my Grand Suite has a tub only, but not nearly as bad as the Junior Suite as there is a lot more room to get in and out of the tub.
