We got a quiet room with exceptional view. Nice room design. Friendly staff. Breakfast was standard. Very comfortable beds. Very close to central train and bus station. Tasty food in the restaurant

Refrigerator was not working and the staff could not do anything with that.

very modern with tablet in the room to operate lights. Netflix from the phone worked with my phone well.. seamless experience over all. recomended!

Guy at the bar needs to know how to pour draft beer. but other than that everything was perfect :)

The rooms are really cozy and the hotel is located in a great area, close to the center and across the main train station. There was a machine that we could get coffee, hot chocolate and tea 24/7 for free, which we appreciated a lot. The staff was really kind and helpful.

It would be nice to have more hangers in the bathroom to hang the towels. Except for that we were extremely satisfied with the room

Location was amazing, close to old town square and also to many restaurants, cafes and directly in front of Galeria krakowska. The room was very clean and bed was comfy, and the staff was nice and professional. Really enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is very centrally located. Very clean and staff are very friendly. The free coffee facility at the lobby is great plus for this hotel.

The hotel is located right in from of the exit of Commercial center that has the train station inside. Very practical coming from the airport by train. The staff was supper friendly, the restaurant in the hotel was delicious (though, it was pricier than average i'd say). Was surprised with 24 h coffee machine (latte, cappuccino, tea etc) with cups to go available too.

While at the restaurant, I could feel the vibration of the building either because of the tram or train. Don't recall it in thr room on 5th floor though.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, the staff was really friendly and helpufl, the breakfast ws amazing and I have nothing to complai about. 10 for everything.

The hotel's location is perfect - just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, with the bus and train station conveniently right across the road. The staff is also incredibly helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and spotless, featuring a modern design with smart integration for everything. From the TV to the floor heating, all controls are accessible via a Samsung tablet provided in the room, making the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

The only thing I missed was a physical light switch at the entrance. When leaving or returning, the first thing I had to do was find the tablet to turn the lights on or off, which wasn’t the most convenient.

The location is great being directly across the road from the main train station but not disturbed in any way by noise. The train station is also home to a huge shopping mall so perfect for retail therapy. The old town is a 10-minute walk away. I booked the basic room type and although it was quite small, it was well-equipped with everything I needed for a short business stay and spotlessly clean. Water was replenished every day, the bed was comfortable and there was a desk for work. The rooms have a touch-screen tablet for adjusting the lighting, wifi and etc which was easy to use. The lobby/ restaurant/ bar area is open-plan but it is still possible to find a cosy corner. The bar was well-stocked and reasonably priced and the breakfast buffet offered a good choice of hot and cold options. A huge plus for me was the complimentary coffee machine available for guests 24/7 so even if you don't book breakfast you can still have your morning caffeine fix. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. Although I didn't have time to try them, there were also a couple of activities offered including a cocktail making session and walking tour which was a nice touch.

The room was fine for a single traveller but there is not a massive amount of space for hanging clothes, placing toiletries etc so this could be a challenge if you are sharing with a partner or colleague but for a short trip this wasn't a big deal

The light in the bathroom is regulated by move detector, but turns off very quickly. Makes it difficult to take a bath.

It’s was high tech, clean and great location. The staff and the facilities were top notch.

One minor nit picking. Our sink was getting clogged. But it was fixed by house keeping.

The location of the hotel is great, we had booked organised trips out and the pick up location was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It was easy to get into the centre and lots of restaurants around. We arrived in the middle of the night and staff were so helpful, taking the time to explain everything to us. The room and beds are a great size and the free tea and coffee machine in reception is a great addition. I would stay again at this hotel.

We thought breakfast was included but found out it wasnt so paid for paid for breakfast every morning - food was brilliants, the rooms were exceptionally well looked after

everything really! only want to stay at Puro from now on whenever i’m travelling around Poland, great value for money, beautiful and comfortable interiors, amazing staff + super dog friendly! 10/10
