We thought breakfast was included but found out it wasnt so paid for paid for breakfast every morning - food was brilliants, the rooms were exceptionally well looked after

The breakfast is fabulous, staff is helpful, location is awesome (nearby main railway station).

Unfortunately we had the problem with TV: you can't share entire screen from device because TV isn't connected to Wi-Fi. And there are limited settings for user, so you can't connect TV to Wi-Fi yourself. Moreover, can't see the real difference between Superior Room and Standard Double Room - I think it's a little bit overpriced.

The location was perfect. Across the road from the train station and mall. It made travelling around Krakow very easy. And it was a 10 minute walk to old town. The room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom was small, but functioned well in the space. We loved staying here and will be back for sure.

Very hot in the room overnight as if the aircon wasn’t working and even when the reception staff tried to sort it out it was still too warm fur me.

Great location next to station, shopping mall and the old town. Loved the way the free coffee and tea machine is in the public space to create a sense of community in the hotel lobby. This is the first time I have experienced this service and think its a great idea.

The keycard used to control the lift, is always a pain to use. The bar does not have much seating area around it so it lacks a buzzing atmosphere as people dont stay by the bar for long. The hotel should reduce the size of the huge bar area and make more seating available.

Location excellent. 100 m from main train station, 50 m away from shopping mall (also an escape from cold). 250 m away from the old city entrance. Small but clean and efficient room. Coffee offer at the lobby is one of the important differentiator of this Hotel. Like to stay.

As all Puro Hotels, the Krakow Center one is beautifully designed, very comfortable and worth the price. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are extremely clean.

The only thing that wasn't pleasant was the view from the window on the parking lot

All of the staff are super. Front desk, restaurant and restaurant manager is great, housekeepers are great. The location is perfect. The only hotel we ever use in Krakow.

This hotel is in a great location - a 10 minute walk from the old town and right beside the main train station. The room was comfortable and modern, with easy to use amenities. The staff were polite and helpful. There is also complimentary coffee in reception with to go cups - great for early starts!

Lovely room, great decor and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location right by the main train station. Literally 5 mins from platform. Also only 10 min walk from the Old Town. Loved the free 24/7 self-serve coffee machine in the lobby with cups and takeaway cups. Fantastic facility. Breakfast was good and included at a reasonable price. They allowed us to check in slightly early which was appreciated. Bar area looked lovely although we did not have a drink.

Room was on the smaller side but we booked the most basic room so I suppose that’s fair. We stayed in 3 hotels during our time in Warsaw & Krakow and this was the most expensive with the smallest room. But very nice.

Wonderful location if you need to be near the station. Short walk from the centre of town too. The restaurant was very good and did a great lunch deal. Staff were great and the bar had a good selection as well.

Rooms were a little on the tight side. But all in all was very very good.

Classy, yet unpretentious, with staff that care about providing top customer service. Excellent location near the train station, situated on the edge of Krakow's Old Town. All room operations are via a tablet. Nice modern touch. Spotlessly clean, good breakfast. Check out the hotel bar, very cosmopolitan with a gifted head barman who takes pride in his work.

The stuff were such a star!! My parents arrived a long flight and their room was ready and they even prepared a snack for them. I asked them beforehand if they can check in a bit earlier and they really tried to make the experience the best. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. They were so so kind . Thank you so much

Nothing, may be if can early check in would be perfect, but it doesn't bother much as there was free coffee at lobby and also near to old town, so I went wander around until check in time
