Across from Krakow Glowny. Hotel is stylish with nice restaurant and bar. Room was quite compact but good for one night.

The bathroom light is on a motion sensor so you cannot leave off when entering at night ( I only use phone light at night) The worst part is that the door is translucent so it lights up the entire room when someone enters bathroom. Not so bad if you’re traveling alone. Otherwise this is the dumbest idea I’ve seen in a hotel.

Great location in case you are travelling by train or bus. Walking distance to the city-center. Rooms are clean however a bit small.

Aesthetic of the room, heated floor in the bathroom, complimentary toiletries for any emergency, big TV, easy contact with staff from the room, easy WiFi connection, awesome wardrobe options to store your items!!!

My room was quite small compared to newer Puro hotels, and with a side bed for my child, two suitcases, and a car seat, it felt a bit tight.

Noise from room next door though joining door. The door seal is not soundproofed.

We had a great stay. The hotel is conveniently located across the main station and right by the historic centre. The breakfast is delicious and the buffet is varied. The atmosphere is warm and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and our room was gorgeous!

We were checked in and provided a room at 9:40 in the morning. This is exceptional!

No closet in the room

Top location. 5 min walk to old city center, right next to train station. Top amenities even free bikes. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Top breakfast very tasty food. Nice design, come if you like architecture.

The curtain did not make 100% dark

Amazing breakfast, design interior very pleasant and appealing, interesting technology implemented. Oh yes and free coffee that was actually pretty decent.

Can only regulate temperature with a slide bar on the tablet not knowing the desired output in Celsius, and also not controling the fan speed.

Great breakfast buffet. Loads of choice. Fresh modern interiors, fantastic staff, room cleaned every day.

Room had adjoining door which allowed sound travel from next door.

Location was directly opposite the main train station. Rooms were clean and well presented. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Our tour to Auschwitz was cancelled late the day before it was to tale place. The Puro staff helped to put us in contact with the tour provider to arrange an alternative.

The property was perfectly located in the city center next to the big Galeria Krakowska (shopping mall) and the central station. It is only a short walk to the old town. The 24/7 coffee station was a big plus and also the interior was super nice. Also a big thank you to Ola the receptionist, she helped us with all our needs and was super friendly every time we asked her for any advice!!

We came by car and there was barely any space to unpack our luggage so we had to park at the parking meter. also the rooms are pretty small and there is no soundproof door to have your own privacy in the bathroom…

Rooms: comfortable and pretty rooms, high-tech. Nearby activities: Lively area with big shopping mall. Cute residential areas nearby with nice cafes. Safety: very safe Walkability: Close to old down, walking distance.

Hotels design is gorgeous, rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Also 10 min. Walk from the old Town so great location

The smart home system in the rooms was impressive — everything, including the bathroom facilities, was thoughtfully designed. We usually prefer staying at different hotels for varied experiences, but we’d be happy to return here.

No tea or coffee in the room

A perfect stay in Krakow - the location is great to get to and from the airport in a car or by train as well as close to all areas of interest in Krakow. We LOVED the bed and pillows (feather pillow snob here!), and coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was very helpful as we had an early rise one day for a tour. The staff we happy and helpful every-time we interacted with them

There isn't anything we didn't like about PURO in Krakow and would recommend it to a group of friends or couple for their say in Krakow

Cleanliness is a definite plus, quietness as well

The smell of carpets is weird and detracts from the impression of a freshly cleaned room

Easy connect to public transport. Krakow Glowny central station is just across the road. If u like to walk, it's just 15min away from old town .

The hotel location is very convenient - close to the city center and, at the same time, with good tranport access. Proximity to the shopping mall and the railway station are additional pluses. Room was small but comfortable. The bed and linen were exceptional and made the night pleasant. The food and drinks at breakfast included into the price were decent, with generous variety.

Table lamp didn't work

I like network of you hotels! This is the second one so far and was as good as the first one. Thanks for cleaning room every day, even when I didn't ask to - it's alway a please to return and see fresh and tidy "home" :)

I'd add bathrobe and slippers. Also couldn't find how to turn off ventilation in bathroom - tablet had only light and temperature options.

The location was bar none, the coffee and tea facilities at the entrance was a fantastic perk.

The aircon wasn’t cooling properly but they resolved it eventually. The lighting sensors in the bathroom cannot be adjusted. We ended up having to open the shower door several times during the shower to keep lights on.

Everything was excellent. Smart and easy. Best bed and especially pillows.

Very nice hotel

The room was clean and the location was very convenient to travel/walk around, close to train station and shopping mall.

I am not sure what the hotel’s policy was but we were offered a room on the first floor. We had to ask for a change to a higher floor level to avoid traffic noise. I thought the policy should be first come first serve based on price range of the reservation? Luckily another staff was there to accommodate us and found a room on a higher floor.

The hotel is just across the train station and 10 min walk to the main square of Krakow.We were given two rooms with door in the middle which was very convenient for the kids to play.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special.Reception lady with glasses wasn't very polite.

The breakfast, although excellent, is a bit expensive . I have stayed 3 times and observed that I the first floor, there is some noise from the train outside.

The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is good.

The location was exceptional. The room was very comfy and even though it was facing the main road, it was really quiet.

Very nice hotel - modern, clean, very comfortable bed. Coffee maker and kettle are in the room.

I don’t like smart house, maybe I didn't understand, but there are sensor lights in the toilet, when I got up at night to drink water, the light turned on, because the toilet door is made of glass. Light was 3-5 minutes

Great modern facilities. Room all but automated. Staff were great and helpful very well spoken English. Coffee machine in the lobby was great before heading out for the day. The pictures displayed are exactly what you get. Was Nice being able to stream to the tv after a long day seeing the city and perfect being located directly across the road from the Train station. Also had a nice view over the city.

Loved everything would like to have stayed longer.

The breakfast was very good. I also had a good lunch there.

I would have preferred to have tea in the room and not have to go downstairs for tea.
