Location with garden courtyard for breaky was gr8

View from room was awful but we weren’t there for hotel view

The hotel is ideally situated, just a minutes walk from the promenade des Anglais, 10 minutes from the railway station and also close to the old town. The room was clean, had excellent air conditioning and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel has a lovely secluded garden which you can sit in. Our room was ready when we arrived at midday and we were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out as our flight was later in the day. The staff were very helpful and efficient and the hotel offered excellent value for money.

The garden made this hotel for us. We could sit in either sun or shade at any time of day. The breakfast was good for €12. The staff are very helpful. At just a 6 minute walk from the beach it's in a great location. The air-conditioning was very quiet.

Our shower was tiny, it was a challenge to wash hair and keep the curtain in the cubicle. The toiletries provided are minimal. The plumbing noises kept me awake at times, but it's not a major issue.

Good breakfast and in a lovely quiet garden. Good airconditioning and a modern bathroom with a good shower. Fridge in room to keep drinks cool,comfy bed.

Room was dated and needed refreshing as it was little tired, the soft furnishings did not smell clean.

I loved my comfy bed in a room with an AC. The location was very central. It was nice to sit in the garden.

Well kept, comfortable Provencal style hotel. Marion was an excellent, attentive hostess.The garden was pleasant and tranquil.

The location was a little too far over from the Old Town and Port for me, but there are eateries close by and it is only 2 minutes from the beach. The photos might give the impression that there is a bar/ food service, but that is not the case, though you are able to take your own food and drink into the garden.

Beautiful room with old French charm. Access to the garden. Possibility to use some kitchenware and eat our own lunch outside.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the beach and shoping, clean, quiet, good bed, and a tropial courtyard with an orange tree.

Lovely little b&b with a stunning garden. Within a 10 minute walk to the old town and only a few minutes from the beach front.

We were in the economy triple. It had a fairly small bathroom and basic amenities but was clean and had a fridge and good aircon unit.
