Everything exceeded our expectations-- the staff, concierge, room, shared facilities-- particularly the spa-- AMAZING! They went above and they welcomed our 4 yo son with such hospitality, it was truly a wonderful experience!

Some of the limitations (coffee in the spa) were a bit much, but get the level and clientele that they are servicing. Also-- Uber vs taxis 100% - we ended up taking a taxi to the airport vs the Ubers we had been using our entire 12 day trip and paid double! (But that's not the hotels fault)

Staff were wonderful and always extra helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty.

The room design was quirky. The toilet seat was an experience that I don’t recommend to anyone 😅. They had a beautiful central hall with glass ceiling that isn’t utilized. Could be something special if they used a bit of creativity

The beach in front of the hotel is not a sandy beach, it is full os stones, so it is better to take proper shoes if you wish to go for a swim.

Storage space in the room was very limited with no bedside storage or drawers.

Very good place, historical hotel, a lot of art, good room service facilities.

The most annoying was entering the hotel everyday. The staff was always caching us in the lobby, almost grabbing and asking “do You live here?”. I understand that they have a lot of travelers who are entering the hotel and want to see it from inside, but they should have some system how to know if the person entering is a guest or just a turist from the street. When You live 4 days and enter the hotel 3-5 times a day it seems very disrespectful grabbing You every time. Also the bar in the lobby has only few tables and You need to wait ours by reception if you want to have even a cup of coffee. Room service speaks only French and Russian. No English.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and wow, what an incredible stay. The building is a marvel in itself, as are the rooms. The staff are some of the most friendliest and helpful team I've come across. Our stay was truly magical and we cannot wait to return

Everything, a perfect position in the sea front with easy access to the area for beach, restaurants, walking around, catching the train etc. Beautiful historic building, characterful and amazing with all the art and sculpture. The new Spa is stunning. Staff were great, professional and yet friendly and welcoming. We loved it! We intend to return.

Amazingly beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, fantastic room! The staff just goes above and beyond, very attentive to their guests. We really loved the spa pool and sauna area!

The charge of 50.00 euros per person to attend the private beach, it should be included. There was no explanation at the check-in also about this detail

There weren’t any outlets in the bathroom. No way to dry your hair. Women need to be able to dry their hair.

The staff and meals were wonderful. I had room service breakfast, and an amazing dinner at La Rotonde. The downstairs lobby was very grandiose, the artwork was magnificent. The bathrooms had everything I needed.

The Art Deco style was busy for me. There was also quite a bit of street noise, which couldn't be helped. The in-room brochure indicated there were voltage adaptors available, but there were outlet adaptors only. It's honestly hard to complain at all.
