A very modest breakfast served by unkind and disinterested waiters, on the second day of the stay neither coffee nor tea was offered. Poor hygiene of the bathroom due to work full of dust and paint on the tiles, water heater on the first day without hot water, wifi does not work in the room, wake-up service due to the early morning flight was absent even though the night rece was on duty I wouldn't repeat my stay at that hotel

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, which makes it easy to get anywhere. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, something I really appreciate. And the view was absolutely lovely Overall, it’s one of the best places to stay in downtown – clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Highly recommended

Location is fantastic. It's 10 minutes walking from Tahrir Square, where you can hop on the metro to anywhere. Half-an-hour and you're on Zamalek. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very healthy.

Egyptian police is everywhere, this is not good. These people are paranoid and threatening. Fortunately the staff was helpful in keeping them at bay, and my fellow hotel dwellers were also on their guard against police abuse. Egypt since 2011, when the actual president ordered the killing of 9000 people on Tahrir Square, is not a very nice country to visit. Fortunately, the Egyptian people are very nice and welcoming, which contrasts with the dictatorial outset.

Osiris Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean, nicely decorated, and the bed very comfortable. It was also very quiet even though the location is downtown, close to various tourist attractions, landmarks, restaurants, subway stations, shops, etc. The staff are very friendly and polite, especially Islam who went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Last but not least, I really liked the breakfast and the view from the rooftop is amazing.

The hotel was conveniently located near Tahrir Square, offering a quiet, comfortable, and clean room that met all my needs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with Mr. Mahmood standing out as a true gentleman, always ready to help with a warm smile. His dedication to guest service was truly commendable.

We stayed at this hotel many times during the course of the years and it's always good to be back. The hotel is well managed, the staff are very friendly and polite and go beyond and above to meet your requests. The location in downtown is great, close to everything: various tourist attractions, landmarks, restaurants, subway stations, shops, coffee shops. The lobby is very nicely decorated and furnished, the rooms are clean and luminous, the beds are comfortable, the view from the rooftop is simply stunning and the entire hotel has a cozy vibe to it.

i booked the reservation on booking , and when i arrived they informed me that the price was incorrect on the system and i had to pay for a new booking with a higher price. and till now i didnt even get a refund for the booking that i made on the booking.com

Very good location and safe lifts. The entrance to the hotel is clean and welcoming. I came early and they gave us an early checking-in because of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable and big. The area was good and the rooms were sound-proof. Ac units worked well and wifi was also stable. The breakfast was very nice, and when we requested an omelette, extra bread and tea they provided us with them. Very safe location with lots of cheap food stores, coffee shops and restaurants.

They mixed the rooms that I booked. I booked two 3-bed rooms, but they gave me 2 2-bed rooms. However, they accepted their mistake and changed the rooms. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, they even gave us mango juice as a sorry for mixing up the rooms. Otherwise, everything else was good.

This is not 3 starts hotel, it’s 1. This is the problem in Cairo. Looks like better than really is. The room was clean, air conditioning was noise. Needs maintenance on the rooms.

The bathrom was very crowded, hardly any space (contrary to the room). I know in other rooms its different, just mine was like that.

Location is great. Staff is great. Cook Bob preparing lovely breakfast everday. I also tried hotel's menu reasonible price and delicious. Reception guy professional and decent. They were helpfull any question i have asked.

Early hours in the morning some customers were speaking loudly some chinese guys. Maybe for early leaving manegement make a printed anouncement to costumers for being quite on the corridor.

I loved the dirty and neglected elevators!

I stayed there for two weeks. Friendly on the surface. Dirty... I had to tell them that I didn't like to see the dirt on the floor that I saw for the last two days... So they swept it, but the room never was really clean! Bathroom and sink same! Laundy came back still dirty, bad smelling... but ironed! 🤣 Breakfast is a little joke. Hard boiled egg, corned beef, pickles, packed cheese corners, artificial juice, tasteless very black water=coffee and luckily some cut tomatoe and cucumber. Rooftop tables and seats dusty... Mosquitoes at night. Not quiet outside and inside. Recepionist Eslaam is perfect! Thanks!

The first receptionist, cleaning lady and kitchen staff was friendly. The roof I was given has a balcony which is great.

When I was checking out, I was refunded for my remaining nights equal to 107 USD, which at that time was 3282 egyptian pounds or something like that. The 2nd receptionist gave me 3300 egyptian pound and I gave back 20 pounds. He didnt give me another 2 pounds. I just observe if he would be honest but he wasnt. I dont mind losing 2 pounds, it just to test his honesty but he obviously failed that.

No shades or blinds on the windows, which is bad combination with very early sunset in Cairo. No sound isolation to filter outside noise eg cars, prayer speakers etc. First day, I had hair on my bed, but was cleaned properly next time. Breakfast quality was bad (bread not fresh, juice in the jug probably is never changed (I was seeing the same dead fly floating for days). Avoid their tours, they are extremely overpriced and drivers are not carefully selected. eg the driver that took me to Giza recommended that I should not go inside the pyramid! but instead take a camel tour from someone working for the government (government is the scammer's tool) because the driver wanted a commission on top of the overpriced tour. Avoid if you want to actually visit the pyramids (you see one of the three great pyramids while passing on the camel and that's it... - 5 minutes), instead of riding a camel in the desert for 2 hrs.

Amazing views, not far from many attractions and a lot of little places to grab snacks right on the streets below. Staff was incredible. If anything came up, they went above and beyond to help. AC and showers in the rooms also worked great.
