Great location

The restaurant, food is very expensive and poorly prepared. I ordered a hamburger and the taste was meet mixed with raw fish. They need to avoid mixing food while prepping. They did not charge for my food and overall the fries were very good

Staff was exceptional, room super comfortable and large. Shower modern and great water pressure. Lots of nice touches. The attached restaurant, Riders, also nice happy hour specials. Across the street from a sweet lil market for essentials and wine. Starbucks also. Thinking it’s our new Seattle go to place.

There needs to be easier ways to get ice. It took a while to get requested ice. ( over an hour) Better parking accommodations and price on parking.

Very clean and comfy

The only think we did not like is that because the room was very small the king size bed occupied a lot of room and it has a wooden frame that we hit ourselves at least 3 times and it did really hurt. Otherwise very comfy mattress, very crisp and clean sheets and good pillows The bathroom is Very small. But very clean, good shower, water pressure very good.

The first day we left the room early and returned around 3 and the room had not been cleaned yet. As soon as we got there, they came to clean it, and we had to leave the room as we were told the cleaning crew did not work longer hours than those. We did not have the same issue the following days and everything was great

The bed was extremely comfortable, the location was ideal for exploring and the facilities in the hotel were also good. We also enjoyed the free wine hour - a nice touch and a good way to save some $$$ in a very expensive city!

The cleanliness of our room was mostly OK but there were multiple hairs on the ceiling of our bathroom and in the shower, which was a shame. It also would've been good to have a kettle in the room since we don't drink coffee.

Clean & perfect location

Very tight space in the rooms.

I arrived early in the morning after a long 17+ hour flight and the staff were happy to accommodate my early check-in request. The room and toilet were also very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and I like that they had adequate electrical plugs/USB outlets around the room and an ironing board. Location-wise, this hotel can't be beat if you're attending an event at the Seattle Convention Center, with less than a 5 min walk door to door. The famous Pike Place Market, Target and many eateries are also within a 10-20 mins walk from the hotel.

The room was a little small and all I had was a tiny round table that was barely big enough to put a laptop on. Since I was traveling for work, I would've been great for the room to have a proper desk or at least a larger table. Also, be warned that they don't do daily room service like most other hotels, though this was not that big of a deal for me. I do wish that they had paid more attention to the amount of shower gel left in the dispensers during the last room service as the one in my room ran low on my last night there. Finally, do check your bill carefully AND online credit card statement upon check out. The hotel accidentally double-charged me for one of the nights and I didn't realize this until days later. They were finally able to resolve the issue by issuing me a refund after 2 weeks but I could have done without the stress as they take a long time to reply to messages over Booking.com and the refund took almost 2 weeks to reflect on my credit card statement.

Style, room size, proximity to transit and Pike Place Market.

From my arrival and valet parking attendant, to super friendly front desk that were able to get me into my room early (despite not asking for it-I had asked to store my luggage), to nice room more along the European model of very efficient use of small space, which I prefer, to a glass of good Happy Hour wine at attached bar, to perfect location- all was excellent.

My only ask is that some padding be applied to corner of the bed frame! I couldn’t really see it and both I and my husband bruised our shins getting around it to get to the windows!

The staff is always professional and welcoming. The location is gray. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Not the hotel's fault, but Pine Street walking to Pike Place Market is full of homeless and derelict people.

We had great front desk customer service and our room was beautiful with a water view.

I opened a bottle of water thinking it was complimentary and then realized it was not. Most hotels I've been to give at least a couple of small bottles of free water. My boyfriend's brunch was dissapointing with his eggs benny being over and under cooked, not having much sauce or meat and they forgot my OJ.

Nicely renovated, very cute decor and very comfortable bed.

Woke up to next door alarm clock. Room was small but bathroom was sooo tiny.. had to have bathroom door closed to be able to fix hair and see in the mirror. Nice shoes just needs a bigger mirror.

Comfortable king bed. Good size room. Great location for train and sites. Nice lobby.

Bathroom too small: no place to lay out sundries. No dresser drawers. No housekeeping during our stay; check-in didn’t inform of this and nobody asked if we needed towels or supplies.

Great location. Courteous staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Great decor. Dinner at Rider-the Hotel restaurant was delicious with attentive staff/service. The lobby coffee service was very good as well.

The walls were very thin between the rooms so I could hear if someone was talking in the next room even if it was a normal voice level.

Staff was unable to get me a taxi with urgency to get to the airport early in the morning.

The hotel was most catering to the historic feeling pallet. Featuring a restaurant off the hotel lobby open to the public as well. Morning, coffee and pleasantries were available for the earlier riser.

The parking, it works best to valet. Once down in the parking garage it is a little trek up to the lobby.

I couldn't get house keeping ... Since I woke up late. Even after I asked for the sheets and I would have made the bed myself still nothing. I had to put down a towel and sleep on that...

The hotel lounge and restaurant are wonderfully decorated and comfortable space. Location is very convenient to light rail, restaurants, convention center, and rideshare. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room could use a little more lighting beyond bedside table lamps.

The staff were very helpful in assisting guests with their needs. The location of the hotel is central to restaurants and transport system

The staff was amazing! Beds are very comfortable and clean. The espresso machine was much appreciated. The only downside is that the bathroom is tiny. There is no room to put anything anywhere. The room is very big.

Booking.com did not show an additional $32.00 cost for the overnight parking garage. We probably would have searched further as the added $32 made the Roosevelt less cost competitive than other similar hotels in Seattle.

The location was ideal. Lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance

Though we had to pay to park our car, the lot was next to the hotel and was easy to access. We were able to use the monorail to get to the Pacific Center easily and walk easily to Pike's Market.

The room and bathroom were small, but comfortable.
