The hotel is very nice. Silence. Tourist information available. The reception is done by the owner and you feel welcome and comfortable. Very clean.

it should be better indicated that this hotel is in the Turkish part of Nicosia and the “inconveniences” (long queue at the border, extra insurance if you arrive with a car, the fact that you can not leave the Turkish part by foot if you came in by car,…). Maybe this is not related to the hotel but you need to know what are you going face if you decide to go the Northern territories, where the hotel is located.

The hostess was always available for us. She even made us some amazing local breakfast which made us really happy! :) it was clean and the hostess was warm :) i would definitely come again.

A good-value small hotel with a very very nice owner and staff.

Extrem friendly stuff, very clean and quit room. The room very small for two people, but if you only come here to sleep, it's more than enougth

The beds are a bit worn

Atmosphere of the hotel, nice cozy place, the location is close to touristic center, however neighborhood is very poor.

The service is very poor, as no one comes to the hotel to clean the rooms. The manager showed up once to receive the payment.

Really comfy, clean and cool place in the heat of Nicosia! Located just inside the Venetian walls in the North, it was a great location to explore both sides of the walkable city. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, and communication with the owner fast and efficient. Comfy beds, decent wifi speed, good water pressure, what more can you ask for!

Nothing to like , it was very bad experience, no staff and no room service or cleaning Too many bugs in rooms and beds sheets and mattresses were very bad quality

Everything , it’s not like advertised

We stayed only for one night there. Very cooperative host. We were in contact while coming from south Cyprus and we arrived around 8pm. It's like 15-20 minutes away from the Ag. Dometios border. The reception lady was already there and waiting for us. This place has only a few rooms and it seemed like there was no one else staying there for that night. The room was well equipped and very clean and quiet. We also found car parking on the street Ike 2 minutes away. Some restaurants and small shops are close, so we also enjoyed a nice dinner.

Place was nice when you occupy all rooms as a family.

Worst management i have ever seen. I told them we were arriving late, they texted to me while on plane. So upon arrival i didnt know how to enter the hotel as they were gone. I needed to open my phone to international usage which costed me extra money. Later they arrived to open the hotel and ask for the payment. And i told them they can charge via Booking.com as my payment information is available on booking. They refused that. I told them i would pay in credit card then they wanted 5% commission extra. They claimed that they wrote that to me yet it was not true. There were no written rules or conditions neither on booking nor anywhere. Management is a disaster, although we said that we were there for my engagement ceremony and we were really busy, they kept insisting on payment. At some point i had to leave the bride to pay the money they want! So i had to withdraw cash from somewhere, where the banks didnt give that amount of money. That ruined my engagement ceremony preparations! Plus i wanted written invoice as i paid in cash. They said they would prepare it and they wouldn't provide it. If they will not deliver any kind of invoice to me I will call the local tax office. Other family members stayed in another place, they were given all the information before their arrival to hotel. They paid via credit card without any commission and get legit invoice. Rooms were good enough. Bidets were not working, low water pressure. Not enough toilet papers, hand papers and soap.

Clean hotel with polite staff

The fire alarm in the room was sounding loud every 2 minutes and this for the all night, then at 8am it went so loud for 5 minutes. So it was not possible to sleep and to get a proper rest.

Change the Chinese name. It says the breakfast was included

We checked in 12 AM, we were glad this could be arranged, staff was very friendly.

Quaint place, very close to town. The property management are responsive and happy to help. The room was comfortable and the water pressure was amazing!

The breakfast was rather limited and expensive. The room could do with more dishes.

The hotel is located not too far from the centre of north nicosia, the inner garder is very njce and colorful.

The whole place looks run down and there room was dirty and the walls unfinished. Our cusheons were full of dead ants, spiders and spiderwebs in the bathroom, stains on the sofà.The staff was not very friendly and understanding.

Perfect little hotel, very clean room and walking distance to the centre.

The authenticity of the beautiful little building , and living in the northern area of the Old City . The decaying buildings in our surronding areas made our experience even more authentic . The sympathetic restoration , and great bathroom + a little sitting room with sofa and table and chairs ,made for a very comfortable 7 day stay . Very central location to everything , with all historical sites within walking distance
