Good size room and large bathroom. Breakfast not included. Staff very friendly and informative. Location was within walking distance to the Bayside which had a good nightlife - restaurants and bars.

My favourite Miami hotel. Lovely, clean and very comfortable.

Having a toilet next to my bed! Lack of privacy between bedroom and bathroom totally unsuitable if I’d been travelling with anyone else.

Room was big and airy and the breakfast which we had included was superb. The staff also provided me with an electric kettle as there was only a coffee maker in the room and the taste of coffee tainted the water. Generally the staff were extremely helpful. We also were given a free drink card at the close-by multiple eating mall...very nice food also. The shower was very good.

Once they had given me an electric kettle, we were pretty happy. Perhaps in the first floor lounge area, they could supply coffee/tea making facilities. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, but I don't think that was the fault of the hotel.

Comfortable bed, good location and the fruit and champagne apology.

From arrival to departure the front desk team was very friendly and helpful. we have used valet parking they were on point as well. The room that we had was quiet and clean. Breakfast was okay.

The bedroom had a window - frosted glass - without any view to the exterior, we have felt a bit locked in.

Welcoming, clean, comfy bed, big space

Room located to lift - could hear everyone both mornings using the lift. Windows not sound proof so need earplugs for the busy city.

It was one of the most affordable options I had when I was arranging. For the price, which I still think not so cheap, it was ok, the room was good. They allowed early check-in.

The hotel and especially the entrance is very small. Doesn't look like a hotel but a hostel. The receptionist asked us to take a weird room where there is no door to the bathroom, there is a glass between the bathroom and the room itself! So no privacy. We declined the offer and they gave us another but if there were proper rooms available, we wondered why they asked us to have a room with no door to the bathroom. Also, when I used the bathroom in our room, there was an unflushed toilet paper in the closet, which was not nice.

I only thing I found was my friends also stayed there and got a free breakfast and we didn't. I recommended your hotel to 2 friends and they stayed there. Maybe more consistency.

The old luxury building and the views,comfortable room. Very nice personnel. Delicious breakfast. Very clean.

It was not my room but my friends: a full trasparent glass wall between the bathroom and the bed. Please tell people in advance if this is going to happen as some may not enjoy seeing their partner pooping. I couldn’t believe someone had designed that when I saw it.

Spacious room had a great night's sleep. Great location that was minutes away from Ultra and good eateries in Downtown. Great front desk - shout out to JD for always bringing a smile to our faces.

The breakfast falls short of a hotel of this quality. I would have expected a fresher and wider range of ingredients, and better service. Also the fitness room only consists of 4 cardio machines.

The location

Room was cute but small

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect after a long day. The staff was able to hold my luggage after check out until my flight.

I woke up at 5am from the traffic outside as well as the treadmill being used in the gym on the 3rd floor. I didn’t realize also how far I would be from restaurants. I wanted to order food and it didn’t give me much options since the hotel was in an odd location.

Breakfast was excellent and lots of choice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful specially the hotel reception staff
