The sauna and swimming pool is a joke and needs a lot of improvement, the chairs to lie down are only 3 kept so can’t even have a bed to lie down .

Location is prime. Breakfast is ridiculos expensive for a standard buffet.

super location ! We arrived by metro straight from the airport and very short walk to the hotel. Also from the metro easy to go to Akasya shopping mal. Equally short distance to ferry for crossing Bosphorous. At the entrance of Kadiköy popular area. the hotel room was spacious, excellent bed, nice desk to do some work on laptop, enough space for clothes ...

The airconditioning. No way to turn off the airco. 2nd night we found that opening the window closes down the airco but now you have a lot of noise from the street (trucks, party people, opening/closing of parking entrance, ... usual city noise). So either the airco makes noise or the street ... The bathroom may need an upgrade. It was very clean but the bath tub itself is maybe up for renovation. Shower worked fine.

We stayed only for a night. Spacious room, comfortable beds, great view, varied and plentiful breakfast. Expensive, but good restaurant upstairs. We arrived late and tired - so we went there. There is a nice winter garden for smokers, next to the bar and a fantastic view. Very friendly and helpful staff - from reception to the restaurant everyone was professional, friendly and always ready to help.

The heating is centralized and difficult to control. It was stuffy inside - but airing with an open window solved the problem.

Excellent, friendly staff, cool hotel, everything is comfortable and convenient. Located next to the Kadikoy metro station and the ferry station, the location is excellent. Breakfasts are simply gorgeous, everything is very tasty and varied.

Leaving the room early in the morning, I pressed the button asking to clean up. I came back closer to evening, the cleaning had not been done. A bit unpleasant for a hotel of this level. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, I still didn't understand why. I couldn't air it out.

We liked the location. It’s very close to the ferry to go to touristic areas. The room was clean.

The heater was centralized. It was hot inside even at night. We called the lobby many times and the electrician came in to check but it didn’t work. After many attempts we asked to turn off the heater and they finally did it.

It was very clean, good organised.

It was not clear enough that when booking a suite for 4 adults, that one had to sleep on the couch, one on an extra bed, for this amount of money. The A/C was only working on Hot Air, so we had to find a sweet spot within opening the windows & Heater

Nice location. 5 minutes walk to the Kadikoy ferry terminal. Hundreds of pubs and restaurants nearby.

My room didn't have any toiletry kits. Everyday I had to request them.. The room service menu needs more variety. The Turkish hammam service was very expensive, it also lacked the sauna and steam part before it .

The location of the Hotel is near the stop of ferries that connects to othe places to visit in Istanbul. We we're rightaway given some welcome cookies, so nice of you! the receptionist is very kind efficient and fast! Our room is big and we have everything we need The breakfast was great !they have freshly bake breads which are so delicious! My compliments for checking the buffet area!for cleanliness of he chafing dishes goodjob! Also For freshly bake food offering directly to the guests! At the table.We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives!

We really want to seeThe rooftop terrace to just see the view but its only accessible in the morning.

Spacious clean rooms, good pool + fitness areas. In the heart of Kadakoy.

We only stayed a night so can’t be sure : however given the size of the property any room service (luggage delivery or ask for any amenities) can take a real long time. Also don’t like that no one ever answers their phone in reception or front office and the WhatsApp takes a long while to get a reply. If you are in need of something urgently it’s best you just go down in person!

We liked the area, Moda is a modern area full of shops, restaurants and bars full of people. You can buy a card and use any public transportation to go to the old city or to Taksim.. Don't use taxi, they will rip you off.

The room we stayed (18m2) it was smaller than the one we booked (25m2).

Comfy, clean room. Good views. Excellent location in Kadikoy, nearby public transport. Great variety of food at breakfast. Okay hotel gym with the basics. Enjoyed the spa facilities.

Bathroom is outdated. Bathroom and bedroom are separated by glass, with a curtain. So you'll notice the bathroom lights are on, which isn't ideal if someone is trying to sleep.

The Doubletree in Kadıköy exceeded my expectations. Arriving late at SAW, I could practically take the metro to the property's front door. I knew about that going in. But when I walked up to building, I was surprised by the hotel's upscale look and feel. I had expected the adequate but bland kind of Doubletree one often finds in the US. This hotel was quite a bit fancier. Certainly not a Kempinski but better than your average Marriott. Key measures of quality -- cleanliness, comfort, and service -- followed suit. As did an excellent dinner on the top floor, with a stunning view of the Bosporus. A great place to stay.

The gym, which is in the basement, didn't measure up to reviews. My biggest gripe was the enormous TV in my room, which was positioned at the foot the bed, where it effectively cut the space in half. Quite the opposite of feng shui.

Everything was fine. Pleasant staff, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts, convenient location. The view from the window of the Bosphorus was amazing.

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Location was excellent as it overlooked water, was close to tram. metro traiñ station and village-like shopping strip that led to water front park.

For the price, I think breakfast should have been included.

Air conditioner for first night was not working, we were asaigned a poor room in design, bathtub shower tap brokwn and AC not working. Team gave ua another room the day after but it was not a pleasant 1st night

The location is great, by metro directly from Sabiha Gokcen airport without transfer, by the port. Beautiful view. Very nice Asian side of Istanbul, excellent food, markets.

my room had a sea view which I upgraded. I was happy with that. It was unexpected.

There was a small issue which I did like it less ; It was a smoking room ! no one asked of I smoke or not . The room had a smoking smell of course.

We booked the room with an extra bed for our son, it took quite a time to get it ready. Although the room was paid for three persons, it was always a challenge to receive towels, etc for the third occupant. There was also no paper and pen available for taking notes.

Our corner room had amazing views and for a family room it was a great size, the single sofa bed and they brought up a good 2nd single bed was superb for our teenagers. It was perfect for our needs. The 12th storey swimming pool was amazing, atmosphere and views were great. Kadikoy as a location is fantastic a real holiday vibe for a city location. The breakfast was superb, every type of food on the market.

The pool was great but space around it was small, one afternoon, it was too busy to sit around, only minus. Food and drinks on the high side but not prohibitively so.
