The size and cleanliness of the room.

Thin walls...we could hear conversations going on in the adjoining room late at night.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Parking price was not what we expected.

The location of the hotel was absolutely very good! The breakfast was wonderful with many options for kids and adults The staff was very friendly and helpful The small coffee place was a smart idea to buy drinks and patisserie during the morning before we’re ready to go to breakfast and for people who didn’t payed for breakfast The library was amazing, we loved it

The blanked on the bed was looks very poor with out a proper cover which was not comfortable The beds was so small for 4 people in a one room This is what we were offered by booking Other options was not even expecting in the hotel The reception was offered an upgrade for additional cost We refused to take it

Close to a lot of bars, restaurants, Christmas Village, staff was very friendly

Rooms seem dated, no exhaust fan in bathroom, rooftop bar was closed for a private event two days in a row

Location, fountain, operable window for fresh air, quiet room, Urban Farmer, Steve at front desk

Broken Keurig machine, took 3 visits to get a replacement, clock alarm went off at 5 am every morning, I couldn’t figure out how to unset the alarm, asked housekeeping and front desk 3 times, alarm still went off. Finally unplugged the clock radio altogether. No conditioner in shower dispensar… housekeeping needs to spend more time checking room for these details between guests. Fix. Restock. Check alarm setting, etc. Also, hard to reach front desk. Mail box was full, had to do a work around for my 6-7 calls over a 3 day stay. Slow internet. No perks for Hilton Honors members.

I very much liked my room with a view of Logan Fountain. The staff was gracious, I was seated in my favourite wingback chair at the restaurant which also served excellent food. I appreciated the small store where I could get coffee in the early morning.

My room was not clean when I arrived, it had not been vacuumed. It was immediately corrected, but during my whole stay a thick coat of dust remained in hard to get to places, e.g. under the chest of drawers. The elevators also needed cleaning, the same broken glass remained in the corner of the dirty elevator floor during my entire stay. I also found the price for wine exorbitant - a glass of Pinot Noir should not cost $29.

Can't beat the location and room spaciousness. I also stayed previously in another room that had a great view to Logan Square. I did use the swimming pool this time and it was great.

Hallways weren't clean and had furniture in them my entire visit

The location could not have been better, plenty of bars and restaurants around, the rooms were a decent size and we had a lovely view of the church. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well.

Communication was a bit on the slow side, we arrived early and we were told they would text us when the room was ready, we waited until after 4pm to ask about our room again as they forgot to inform us. They were very apologetic though. There was a lack of sockets on one side of the bed but loads on the other side.

My room was not ready for check in for over an hour after a long day travelling from the U.K. A member of staff called Sierra (ciara?) was absolutely wonderful, and offered me a voucher for drinks so I could sit in the bar area. It was lovely to have my favourite cocktail here again and always a pleasure to see Henry and Dunbar. Service is always stellar and one of the main reasons I come back and stay

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Bed comfort wasn't the best but, they brought us extra pillows

The bed was comfortable. The room was a good size, even with 4 people.

The refrigerator was very small and awkwardly designed.

Room wasn’t ready until almost 6:30, very noisy neighbors at 1:30AM.

A microwave for the room. Even though housekeeping did get us one , they should be a standard for each room

Great amenities like pool and gym. Central location. Comfy bed, lights fixtures, furnishing.

Phone rang randomly at 5am and 7am — I stayed here to sleep in, so this really made me upset. They seemed short staffed. My bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain, and it took me several times for them to bring me one. Front desk did not answer phone from my room, and I had to go downstairs to ask them. Had to wait in a long line. There was a small hole in the wall in my bathroom — not a big deal, but they should patch up things like that.

The aesthetics of the lobby and grounds were beautiful. I fell in love with the shower

loved the room but felt it wasn’t as contemporary as the rest of the building. The toilet and sink faucet made very loud noises when I flushed or turned the sink.

The location is excellent. Every interaction with staff was wonderful.

The room’s cleanliness wasn’t ideal. The bathroom had mildew around the bottom edge of the shower shelf. The walls also has some stains.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely fitness center and indoor pool.

My Sunday brunch at the urban Farmer was so disappointing it was comped.
