Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location! The rooms are large, and the beds are heavenly! Alouette restaurant ( adjoining hotel) is phenomenal! We walked everywhere from this location

The room needs updating.

Staff was friendly and able to answer all questions. Free bottled water was available.

There were no areas for people to sit other than the main entry area. We had a group of nine, and it would have been nice to have had a sitting area.

Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the complimentary bike hire. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and being able to store our luggage there pre check in and post check out was such a help

The door to the bathroom didn’t slide well

Everything was just perfect, great ambience, attentive staff, an excellent French restaurant and a very comfortable bed! Location was five minutes away from the waterfront and right in the centre of the city.

The hotel is lovely and in a great location. We stayed in a king corner suite and had lots of room (including an additional seating area and balcony) The bed was big and super comfortable. Really good WiFi which allowed us to connect our mobile phones to the TVs and stream without any issues.

Best hotel we stayed in during a trip around Oregon and BC. Exceptionally comfortable with all facilities provided. As Brits we always hope for a kettle - there was one…and so nice to have a bath rather than just shower. I found pillows too hard (others had mentioned in reviews) and housekeeping brought me a feather pillow after requesting. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice hotel and nice to have separate bedroom. Very comfortable and great staff. Excellent location to visit downtown, convention centre and cruise port. Room was not ready until 4:45 pm (check-in time 4 pm). This was despite requesting early check-in if possible when I booked, indicating arrival time of 2:30 on online check-in day before arrival and arriving at hotel at 2:45 pm.

Room was not ready even at posted check-in time - 45 minutes later than official time which left us scrambling to get ready for our evening plans (dinner & show).

Staff amazing. overall a great experience though the overalll cost was high.

cost, like to have more options on breakfast menu eg. avocado toast. whole wheat or multi grain bread option. otherwise alll was good.

My family and I came to participate in the Big Effort Swim event at Christina Lake. Because of a flight delay, we arrived late, but the staff kindly arranged a self-check-in for us. The motel is very clean. Groceries as well as small local eateries are within walking distance. There is also a barbecue area and a firepit in the yard, which made for a lovely place to sit in the evenings.

The only small thing I would suggest is adding napkins.

Convenient location, walkable to cruise ship dock. We actually had a 'city' view (sometimes this equates to an AC unit or back wall), but this was a real one! Staff very friendly even when we checked in around midnight; they kept offering to bring us anything we needed every time we ran into someone. SUPER SUPER appreciate daily housekeeping since this doesn't seem to be the norm anymore, but for what we paid it was somewhat expected. Loved the 2 separate 'rooms' so kids could have their own space with the pullout couch.

Price was high but more reasonable than other places nearby. Only wish the breakfast was included.

Large room with double sofa bed. Interconnecting rooms provided, making for easier stay with the kids in twin beds and on the sofa bed in the next door room.

Air conditioning was very noisy and strong. It started and stopped constantly, so that it was best to turn it off at night. Bathrooms in need of some updating, although well kitted-out with a strong and hot shower.

The hotel is a charming boutique hotel, only about 5-10 minute walk to the Canada Place Terminal where we were to board the cruise ship to Alaska. It is also within walking distance to Downtown and Gastown. Although the street behind it is the major thoroughfare Burrard Street, the hotel is tucked in a quiet street where we could enjoy the convenience and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We were glad to be able to use the gym fitness center next to it for a free yoga session. We were happy to have our dinners, two nights in a row, at the Cactus Club cafe nearby for the relaxing vibes and the yummy fusion food.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Very clean and well serviced. Has a great French restaurant underneath so you don’t have to walk far for an exceptional meal. Beds were very comfortable.

The location was excellent for what we needed. Situated near the harbour for restaurants and activities and easy to get to the terminal to board our cruise. Could walk to terminal.

I was concerned with a room located near the elevator but we did not hear it at all.

Perfect and outstanding breakfast - wow wow wow! We had the French toast, Salmon toast and Cassoulet! Just wow!

I liked the nice pillows on the bed and the balcony. It was close to public transportation and some good restaurants.

Lovely rooms with a separate sitting area, extremely comfortable beds. Excellent location being only a 5 minute walk to the harbour. Breakfast was great & all the staff were very friendly & helpful. Special mention to the concierge Telmo who sorted our Grouse Mountain tickets out.

Only one slight draw back was that one of the rooms wasn’t ready half an hour after check in time but we went for a coffee and it was when we returned so didn’t affect the holiday.

Location was perfect for our needs. We are very familiar with Vancouver and it is perfectly located.

The hotel was easy to get to using mass transit from the airport with luggage. The location of the hotel was ideal for our transition to the port for our cruise. I requested an early check in, and the hotel was very accommodating. The included breakfast was not only delicious, but very filling! I would highly recommend the hotel for your stay in Vancouver, whether for a cruse layover or vacation spot.

Great location and the room was ample for our family of 4 (2 kids under 12). Beds were super comfortable and the staff were great and very attentive. The a la carte breakfast we opted for was superb. The hotel overall had a high quality boutique hotel feel.

Like most hotels, the valet parking was quite expensive, but there are many public options close by.

Location is a 10/10 - walkable to every location and to bus stops. Customer service is excellent another 10/10 - very accommodating and helpful.

The location was very central to the sites of Vancouver and a short 15 min walk from the airport Sky train. The room, facilities and staff were excellent and the availability of free bikes to use was a bonus.

Well located and they were happy to store our luggage when we arrived early from a cruise. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, with separate living area and bedroom. Decent restaurant attached to the hotel where we breakfasted. We found the door-staff very helpful.

Incredible breakfast and perfect location

Very well appointed. Excellent staff. Enjoyed an afternoon drink at the street patio outside the hotel restaurant. Had no trouble walking our luggage to the port to board our cruise ship.

Good hotel in downtown Vancouver. Luxury feeling to the hotel as well, rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. Staff were amazing, especially the gentlemen responsible for the door services. Loved the free bikes that were available.

I guess you could say that the car valet service was pretty expensive, especially as there are many public parkings around the hotel. But you pay for the service, and that was quick and good.

The location was ideal three blocks,From Canada place the staff were helpful and would go out of the way to help it was spotless and the rooms and beds were the best I’ve ever been in. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a wonderful hotel.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. The was only one person at the front desk who was less than completely helpful, but the interactions with everyone else more than made up for it! Location was perfect. Quick walk to Coal Harbor, and many restaurants. Had a wonderful breakfast at the attached French restaurant outside on the sidewalk - a bit of Paris ;) Made use of the complementary bikes, which was great.

Had one, less than exceptional, experience with one staff person at the front desk, but everyone else we interacted with provided exemplary customer service!

This Boteque was exceptional. The location was exclllent and close to all the makor attractions. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to help answer all our questions. Have a Great french restaurant right next door that was outstanding. The room and the entire hotel were exceptionally clean. I couldn't be happier with my decsion to stay at this wounderful hotel. Give them a try and i guarantee you will renjoy your stay.
