Not enough hooks and the main door to the room is bump into the person standing hanging clothes in the wardrobe

The location was very central, easy to get around. Staff very helpful and room kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay.

We had no door to the shower and toilet area. It wasn’t private at all. Thank God we were great friends as otherwise we definitely needed a change of room + tv did not work

Location is great, walking distance to everywhere. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable.

Toilet does not have a door. I was solo, I did not care but if I wasn’t aline I would be very uncomfortable

Great location, welcoming friendly staff and the bed and pillows were comfortable (which is rare). The room was tiny and very stuffy AC didn’t work properly as it was on a heat timer it’s winter but very mild so heating not necessary but AC would have been appreciated, as there was construction across from windows. No coffee maker despite it being in the photos so that was disappointing however there are restaurants cafes and bars close by.

The hotel location is great, and Sandra who works at reception very friendly. The bed was also very comfortable.

We spent a short family holiday here. The hotel is ideally located for explorers of Lisbon. It is 200m from the elevator, 100m from the metro or tram 28. Lots of bakeries nearby for breakfast, restaurants for dinner and bars for a nightcap. Helpful staff, rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. The street was quiet, The street was quiet but good quality windows would certainly pick up the sounds. We were very satisfied.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance, and plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars next door. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean, nicely decorated, with big and spacious bathrooms. Would definitely choose to stay again.

Poor provision of amenities. Only the very basic were provided, we has to ask for the rest (e.g. slippers, etc)

I didn’t like the open concept of the bathroom. The rest of the things about the room was just fine and neat. Very happy about it.

Sink was not working properly and it was with high humidity.

Room and location very good. The fact you had to pay an additional fee for the coffee machine in the room was a little strange.

The tea and coffee could have been complementary.
