Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, Florence

The hotel is extremely luxurious and beautiful – everything inside is made of marble, just the way I like it. It has a huge garden, a spacious spa with a sauna, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi, and pool.
Overall though, the hotel was lovely. The breakfast was delicious, the interior was very elegant, and the staff were friendly and polite.

the hotel is quite far from the city center – at least a 15 to 20-minute walk, which was a bit annoying. There was also no kettle in the room to heat water, which is disappointing for a hotel of this class.
When we checked in, we had booked a premier room with a large bed, but they initially tried to give us a room with two separate beds. Apparently, our room type wasn’t available anymore, so they moved us to another one on a semi-basement floor with no view, which wasn’t ideal.

The hotel and the gardens are exceptional, as are the restaurants and bars.

While the property itself is exceptional, the service fell far short of expectations — particularly housekeeping, the concierge, and the doormen. Housekeeping repeatedly overlooked basic details: our water glasses were not replaced, and fruit plates and cutlery were removed but never replenished, even though fresh fruit was provided daily.
We had clearly instructed the concierge to take only three bags from the dressing room, yet all our luggage — including my personal handbag — was taken, despite the fact that we had not checked out. To make matters worse, someone had eaten the remaining contents of the jar of nuts I had placed by my handbag that I wanted to snack on during our return flight!
Finally, the doorman placed our suitcases in the wrong vehicle, and they were mistakenly sent all the way to Malpensa Airport. These repeated lapses in attention and professionalism caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during our stay.

Incredible hotel in an amazing location with the most beautiful grounds and pool. Above all the staff and service was top notch, absolutely faultless. Had the most special few days.

Staff kindness at the pool and concierge which compensates a bit the huge disapointment !

This is way overpriced for a room that is ageing with an old air conditioning system so loud at night ... everything is charged extra ! the breakfast is simply basic if not ... the food quality is less than traditional street food ... no modern comfort with electrical plug been outdated... this is so poor for such a Price !!!

Quite a walk to the busy places

My luggage was lost and the hotel worked hard to find it for me! The service quality is the best in my travels in the world! If you want to request any supplies for the room, the response is very fast, unlike the five-star hotels I have stayed in, which are very slow, like on vacation! This hotel is the best in the world that I have ever encountered in terms of catering, ability to solve difficult problems, service standards, and staff quality! Including its Renaissance design, it is a rare museum!

Simply Beautiful! Such a memorable stay that would never be forgotten!

Everything was perfect. We stayed for our anniversary, and they went above and beyond to decorate our room with rose petals, champagne, cake, and even left candles by the bath. The room was immaculate and so clean. We appreciated the turn down service and the consistently high level of service and attention. Can’t wait to come back!

Nothing we didn’t love!

One of my favorite hotels to stay in. The location was perfect, walking distance from any where.

The Christmas decorations were a bit too much, I couldn’t experience the Four Seasons architecture and interior because the decorations were obstructive.

The hotel is like a museum, there’s a nice photo to be taken at every corner of the facilities. It is definitely the best hotel in Florence and one of the best in the world.
